LIFE IS ALMOST REACTIVE, NOT PROACTIVE. YOU DON’T CONTROL THE BOAT MOVING FORWARD BUT GET SWEPT UP IN THE CURRENT

Even at you work, you get swept up unable to even focus at all

You pump your state when it gets half done. Like most of my Indian students. Pump, pump, dopamine, never gets done.

You try to gamify everything in a lazy way thinking you are getting ahead, but you are slowly falling apart

SOME INDIANS WILL SUCCEED IN 7 YEARS, IT TAKES A WHILE. YEARS WILL GO BY TO QUANTUM LEAP THEIR LIFE. OTHERS WILL BE SWEPT UP BY THE CURRENT OF THE RIVER

Not all of them would, if they don’t have GRIT. I don’t mean having tenacity that they do. But a lack of council or outside opinions.

It becomes opinions as facts, with resilience. Then gets stuck for decades.

Even being a know it all, pumps their state, everything fails, the fog of war. In 4 months it fails again, then again, then again.

The fog of war means you can’t see everything, just that part of the battle..

IN LIFE WE ARE THE SUM OF OUR HABITS, NO JOKE…. LIKE IF YOU ARE A RSD VICTIM, YOU CAN’T CHANGE YOUR HABITS IF YOU HAVE LOW SMV. THE LONGER YOU ARE THERE, THE LONGER YOU ARE SCREWED… WITH BAD HABITS

FOR ELITE 30, THEY NEVER PRACTICE. FOR ANY SKILLS, HIGH INCOME SKILLS, THEY NEVER DO IT. WITH THEIR ADHD, IF IT ISN’T FUN, THEY WON’T DO IT

IF THEY DO IT ONCE, THEY PUMPED THEIR STATE, THEY THINK THEY DOWNLOADED THE HABIT IN ONE DAY… INDIANS DOESN’T RECOGNIZE HABITS. JUST TACTICS, GAMIFY EVERYTHING WITH ADHD…

THEY HAVE THIS MINDSET OF WHY WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE, WHEN I GET TO THAT STAGE THEN I WILL DEAL WITH IT. A DECADE VAPORIZE FROM THEIR LIFE

THIS LIVE-IN-THE-MOMENT MENTALITY, I CAN’T HANDLE ANYTHING NEW NOW. I’LL DEAL WITH IT WHEN THE TIME COMES. AS IF THEY ARE GOING OVER A WATERFALL

Due to emotional reasoning, they can only focus on one thing at a time.

When the time comes to focus on the other things

It doesn’t mean everyone, you still need instinct and need a growth mindset.. not a closed mindset, delusions to make it up there.

SOMETIMES LIVING IN THE MOMENT IS GOING TO DELAY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. KIND OF LIKE DO WHAT IS HARD NOW, LIFE BECOMES EASY, DO WHAT IS EASY, LIFE BECOMES HARD

This is a concept that Indian students can’t figure out… its always default easy now, super hard later one. This never changes… cause they are know it alls…

Then it crashes and burns over and over, they don’t know why

the pandemic just made this more apparent.

THE DREADFUL HEADACHES OF PTSD, TWO OF MY INDIAN STUDENTS HAD IT, ONE WHITE STUDENT, WHAT CAUSED IT?

TALK THERAPY DOESN’T HELP IT AT ALL…. ALTHOUGH THAT IS SUGGESTED.

Its sounds weird but this CBT stuff doesn’t have any effect whatsoever for this type of headache…

PTSD RELATED THERAPY DOES HELP, BUT ONLY UP TO A CERTAIN POINT

EMDR helps to a certain point, but I mean to a certain point, it always comes back.

NO PAIN RELIEVER MEDICATION HELPS, THIS IS A SERIOUS HEADACHE

It almost has no effect on it, but actually makes it worst…

THE ONLY WAY TO ESCAPE FROM THE HEADACHE IS TO REBUILD YOUR LIFE…

FOR ONE OF MY INDIAN STUDENTS, AFTER ELITE 60, LEARNING ALL THESE HIGH-INCOME SKILLS, ALSO WORKING OUT, NUTRITION, ALL THAT STUFF GOT RID OF HIS HEADACHE.

It didn’t all go away, but it started to be reduced when his self esteem was higher

He even listened to binaural beats for 5 hours to raise the self esteem

By not being competent at things, he had this dreadful headache.

This started with so much mental abuse, lower self esteem, no hope for the future

HE EVENTUALLY GOT MARRIED TOO WHEN I TAUGHT HIM

That improved his quality of life too. Made him feel so much better about himself.

HE ALSO MAKES OVER 100K A YEAR NOW CAD DUE TO MY TRAINING. THIS OVERALL MADE HIM FEEL A LOT BETTER, THE HEADACHE DISAPPEARED.

The other white student who had it, still needs to build more skills, since he had a dreadful vibe…

Maybe that is the word for it.. dread.

A hopeless, unskilled, apathetic feeling…

It wasn’t easy, but I came up with a game plan to help him reach his goals on Elite Access.

He updates Elite Access all the time, some of the advice saved his life so many times over, he had GRIT

But I rather him use Elite Access more

My other Indian students rarely use it, when they pump their state or things are going well

The other 5’5 Indian student doesn’t use Elite Access as much, after 5 lays, which I don’t count 4 of them since they are tinder lays.

When they aren’t hungry they don’t care… still….

SELF-ESTEEM, CORE CONFIDENCE WILL ALWAYS BEAT PUMPING YOUR STATE, USING DRUGS TO REACH A PEAK STATE CAUSE THAT WON’T LAST.

There are some dating coaches who use LSD and stuff to trip….

I don’t suggest you do that.

It can alter your personality, not sure for the better.

If you can’t think clearly without it, then with it, it becomes a crutch.

You would always depend on it….

HOW PAINFUL IS A PTSD HEADACHE…

ITS SUPER PAINFUL, SINCE I AM EXTREMELY PSYCHIC, I CAN FEEL WHAT THE STUDENTS FELT

Its the worst feeling to have all day

It makes you feel clumsy, it squeeze your brain like a vice squishing your head.

I’m not joking,

I knew exactly where the student feels pain, even when they are smiling even if I can’t see it

Sometimes they don’t see me visually but I can always predict it.

Its a weird super power I have…

I don’t fully understand it myself…

But also, I think maybe way back then, for evolutionary psychology, I wonder if some of us had these traits.

Or is it epigenetics.

epigenetics[ˌepəjəˈnediks]NOUNbiologythe study of changes in organisms caused by modification of gene expression rather than alteration of the genetic code itself.

That means the gene can be turned on or off.

I myself am not afraid of snakes, often times when people have them around, I often put that over my head.

Maybe in China for my epigenetics, there might not be as much snakes to deal with

I have an extreme OCD with hand washing, perfectionism….

I wonder if there was any inheritable traits.

That maybe people got sick before not washing their hands.

For Asians, Indians they have a higher cortisol or adrenal response.

I wonder if it was from their tiger parents, or was it genetics, of mental abuse generation after generation…

That the genes are turned on

Jews for example has more cortisol… more anxiety than before,

its genetics. a heightened state.

I’M OFF TOPIC BUT THIS HEADACHE, FROM TRAMA, POST TRAUMATIC HEADACHE OR PTH… IS A FUCKED UP THING TO LIVE WITH…

especially those who caused it.

most likely sociopaths.

TO GET OVER THE HEADACHES, YOU MUST LIVE A LIFE OF YOUR DREAMS, YOU MUST THRIVE. NOT JUST SURVIVE.

It has to be so good, in every category, the headaches, self esteem, takes care of itself.

If not, it will remain

Sometimes you got to cross the finish line, it isn’t a sprint, but a marathon.

But putting in the work then it goes away.

I’M ENJOYING TEACHING THE INDIAN STUDENTS, THE ASIANS REALLY NEEDS TO STEP UP. BUT A FILIPINO STUDENT IS STEPPING UP LATELY FROM ELITE ACCESS. GOOD JOB… I’LL TALK MORE ABOUT IT TOMORROW..

WHILE IT WON’T BE USED FOR TRAMA FOR PEOPLE WITH PTSD HEADACHES, WHICH SUCKS IF ANYONE HAS IT…

It will work for everyone else.

This would be good for RSD victims who got rejected one too many times by not taking steroids….

This would also be great for the Asian masculinity guys who are angry at the world but wants to get over their trauma, without being brainwashed by ABCS of Low Self esteem mental bullshit that is a money grab.

Its better to let go of your trama, have a hard reset.

I can’t believe therapy cost one of my students 8000k for one therapist….

I can do it for a fraction of the price.

I’ll try to get rid of everything in one day.

If it takes two days, so be it, but you should lower your trama down to 2/10, from 9/10….
