When a low SMV student fails, it makes sense.

But when you have a student who is talking fast, due to cortisol, who has a fight flight, freeze response, mostly flight, they run fast.

It hurts their ego more, since they have every advantage.

For me I worked out for 21 days, it was very hard, but now it is a habit.. or at least I think it is near 21 days.

Intermitting fasting was kind of tough, I had 2 cheat meals, that’s not good never again, that’s not grit

I used to intermitting fast all day, for years, then I ate one mega big meal… full of junk, but it didn’t matter, since it didn’t raise my insulin like a bunch of small meals.. healthy or not…

NO GRIT, NO MENTAL TOUGHNESS

1. growth, they don’t have a growth mindset to listen to new ideas

2. Resilience, the ability to take a punch, to stand a fight

3. Instinct, to do the thing the best way, not he their way or other dating coaches way. Since I have the most students laid in the world. Even my Asian laid testimonials is more than all of their laid testimonials..

4. Tenancity, the ability to keep at it until it is done, like John Wick…

STUCK AT THE FIRST EXERCISE, HURTS EGO Nothing hurts their ego when the first exercise they are already stuck at…

You want to help these people, its so easy for them to be super soilders, since they have so much SMV, the solution is so simple, don’t ring the bell for 3 weeks…

I get it, it feels like hell week, but being too nice to them, they don’t improve…

Its like if you want to get better, you have to get out of your shell, like a turtle to move forward…

Even if I kick that shell forward, learn to take adversity, its fine…

Until you grow a thick skin, or callous the mind, nothing will improve.

Even if they knew that, still.. I wonder, maybe they realized if they can’t get results here, they are screwed up…

But at least give me 3 weeks until your habits catch up….

I HAD 2 CHEAT DAYS, BUT TODAY I HAD A BIG MEAL FOR DINNER FOR INTERMITTING FASTING….

I’ve done it for years, my students are switching over to it too…

It seems after a week, your old habits will desperately try to fight you…

Today had two burgers, nicely seared on stainless steel frying pans… I’m not longer using cast iron since it is so hard to maintain…

This gives you more of a restaurant flavor using these pans…

People should not quit within a week… this diet is hard as hell, but I can supplement it inbetween to be less hungry…

ALSO, YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE GETTING FAT EATING THAT BIG MEAL, BUT AT THE SAME TIME, TOMORROW IT ALL DISSAPEARS, THEN YOU GET EVEN SKINNIER.. WHICH IS WEIRD, BUT NOT SURPRISING, SINCE YOUR INSULIN LEVELS AREN’T RAISED MUCH FOR THE DAY…

The whole American diet is bullshit, 3 meals a day raises a ton of insulin…

Its the same with anything, learning daygame, imagine there is a hell week…
