The saddest thing is when you see your mother beating your father, there is no sadder shit because now you put women on the pedestal and submit to them.

THEN I HEAR STORIES FROM FATHERS THAT BEATS THEM

IM NOT JOKING ABOUT THIS, BUT WHEN THAT HAPPENS, SOME DARK TETRAD SHIT IS HAPPENING

Turns out I have some leadership capabilities afterall

Sociopaths are often the 33%, managers, supervisors, but never CEOs, or presidents. 

They can’t, they are too deluded to lead. Narcissistic, they love to control. 

At first I failed and took extreme ownership. I told them as the leader of this mission to move you guys out, I accept full responsibility. 

MOST OF THE TIME THE SHIT LEADS CAN’T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. THEY WILL PASS THE BLAME TO SOMEONE ELSE

Regardless the second time I adapted a lot and made it clear what the goals are. 

Both the students were deluded, so they kept doing it their way and screwing things up. 

ITS OKAY, EVENTUALLY IT STILL HAPPENED, THEY MOVED

ONE DIDN’T HAVE A PHONE WORKING BECAUSE HIS CRAZY PARENTS BARELY FEEDS HIM AND TOOK AWAY HIS WIFI.

The other parents does that sometimes but also, is controlling, yells at them non stop

MY PARENTS ARE THE CO-DEPENDENT TYPES WHO SPOILS ME SO I CAN’T REALLY GROW UP AND DO STUFF. THEY WILL DO ALL THE CHORES, LAUNDRY AND EVERYTHNG ELSE FOR ME.

LESSONS TO LEARN

These books feels like second nature. It actually makes sense to me

MOVE THE FVCK OUT WHEN YOU HAVE NARCISSISTIC CONTROLLING PARENTS. THEY ARE CRAZY

The longer you stay there, the more they will damage your mind

make you freeze up and turn you into a snowflake

then you get more and more messed up, you start to not be able to think for yourself

For Asians, this is a very important lesson

INDIANS TAKES THIS LESSON FURTHER, THEY LET THEIR KIDS GO FREE, JUST TO ASK THEM TO SEND MONEY THEN USE AN ARRAINGED MARRIAGE

THAT’S PURE NARCISSISM, CONTROL, WORSHIP, CO-DEPENDENCY

They don’t know how to lead, just be dictators. 

When these people leave, they move in there. I am going to let them have their freedom. 

You can teach or lead people by letting them know why the strategy is that way

You give them credit, Mr. S helped out too. You give credit to your team. 

THERE ARE A LOT OF PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP. My type, with my type of mental illness seems to be born to be a leader. I noticed that. 

A clear filter, who is direct. 

It isn’t as tactful to get along like a low level beta cuck. But sometimes you need to think with your HIGHER SELF TO LEAD.

But the first 7 years of your life, you get programmed. Over bearing parents can limit your potential.
