Approach anxiety is the feel you get before you make an approach. A feeling of anxiety and dread. It happens due to evolutionary psychology in my opinion. You go after the alpha males girlfriends in your tribe. Since he gets all the women. Then he bashes your head in. So you have this evolutionary feature built it just like vertigo before you walk over a cliff. Those ancestors who didn’t have this feeling of vertigo did walk over the cliff.
Approach resistance is the lack of comfortzone and resistance to approaching. Most people who has it, said their approach anxiety is under control. But they simply don’t approach much in real life. A lot of my students has this for my online course. I want to shed light on it. In my article if you click here. Called don’t be so busy with your job/school you forget to build a life. A lot of people are so overwhelmed with their beta provider status by putting priorities like work above game. In fact I would say move game to near the top of your list of priorities but not the top. This is actually how you build your social skills. No matter how hard you work, like a busy idiot. You will always have an Asperger like aspect to your personality. Or in other words, a lack of social skills. I had a student, who just put work above game. He was dating two models and a third girl. He didn’t have time or want to train anymore. He got friendzoned by all of them. Or others who worked so hard in their job, they go outside only once a week to practice.
Solution: Put game to your top three priorities in life. If the only purpose in your life is to eat and fuck. That priority leads to that. Unless you want to depend on what is in your limited social circle to date. Trying to be a boyfriend, provider, beta type. Then work on your social skills and game. Schedule some time to actually actively game. On the way home and school or back. Do some approaches too. But have some solid time to actively game like it is your training dojo. Some people just say I have no approach anxiety as an excuse not to approach. But they have a total resistance to it. Get out there and take action. It gains you reference experience.
