One of my fucking Chinese student is making the same mistakes over and over practicing this exercise.

He has to imitate a voice properly to learn how to speak.

HAVING A TOTAL GYM NEXT TO ME IS EASIER TO WORK OUT THAN NOT HAVING IT. I PAID $75 FOR ONE THAT IS SEVERAL THOUSANDS.

I FIRST YEARS AGO LEARNED THIS FROM TONY ROBBINS, I THOUGHT THAT ADVICE WAS STUPID. BUT I’M STUPID FOR NOT LISTENING.

SOMETIMES I GET THE WORST INFLAMATION IN THE BODY AND CAN’T DO ANYTHING. MY BODY IS BHENCHODING. BUT THIS HELPS.

THE TRUTH IS NOBODY IS GOING TO FOLLOW THROUGH, ONLY 1% WOULD DO IT. THE LOSERS WILL MAKE EXCUSES.

THE WORST STUDENT OF THE YEAR KEPT RUNNING AWAY FROM IT, AND KEPT WORKING OUT AFTER HIS WORK, CUTTING THOUGH HIS DRILLS FOR DAYGAME. LOW SELF ESTEEM, HE ALSO DIDN’T GET A TOTAL GYM PROCRASTINATING. NOW HAS TO HIRE A PERSONAL TRAINIER WASTING MORE TIMES, ZOMBIES.

THE THIRD THING YOU CAN DO IN THE MORNING BESIDES DRINKING COFFEE OR CAFFINE, IS TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW. MAYBE ELITE 30, INNER CIRCLE VIDEO OR SOMETHING.

I HAVE ONE INDIAN GUY, WHO WAS ALWAYS GOING OVER MY MATERIAL. HOWEVER I MADE HIM JOIN THE SAME PLACE I GET ACCESS TO THESE 100 MILLION OR BILLION MENTORS FOR BUSINESS.

HE NEVER WENT THROUGH THE VIDEOS UNTIL I CALLED HIM OUT FOR NOT HAVING A GROWTH MINDSET FOR GRIT.

MOST OF THE ZOMBIES ARE TOO ADHD TO LEARN NEW SKILLS. EVEN IF THIS GUY STARTED TO WORK OUT AND HAS A 70% IMPROVEMENT IN TERMS OF PRODUCTIVITY. SINCE INDIANS ARE THE MOST ADHD.

  6. START WORKING ON IT, WHERE IT FEELS LIKE YOU HAVE ADHD MEDICATION, SET THE SCHEDULE TO 15 MINS TO GET IT ALL DONE. IF YOU CAN’T FINISH ANOTHER 15 MINS, IT USUALLY GETS DONE BEING EFFICIENT.

HOW MANY OF YOU WILL FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS?

NOT EVERYONE BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ARE NOT COACHABLE.
