So basically I want to talk about how some of the students in my kaizen program were kicked out in the past. Some past behaviors.

A lot of them were very slow to the point where they’re just passing all the time.

This is not a place for slow zombies.

Another pattern is that they don’t make more than a dozen videos in one day.

I have no idea why they take so long.

Not only that they are also delusional.

It’s almost like they have ear muffs or something scrambling or signal in their ear.

The revision is almost like a zombie VR.

So it makes us slower for them.

There’s actually 4 steps to learning a new skill.

The 1st step is unconscious incompetence.

At this stage you don’t know what you don’t know how shit you are when it comes to kaizen and doing day game.

Then you go into the conscious incompetent stage where you are aware of your mistakes.

However, if you cannot hear your mistakes when I’m correcting it or see your mistakes that is a big problem.

When you do it correctly enough times you’re going to the conscious competent stage which is something that doesn’t happen very often for a lot of my students very last stage is the unconscious competence where everything just becomes natural.

The reason why a bad student did not reach the stage is very simple,

They simply don’t do it right the 1st time.

A Lot of The bad students are like burning a bunch of Steaks.

Instead they should be following recipes.

Because when you’re baking you have to be very precise with your recipes.

You don’t just start with your prototype or your bad habits..

Then try to work your way out of it wasting a lot of time, especially wasting an entire week.

That week could have been saved had you started doing things correctly the 1st time.

But you are delusional that’s why you are so fucked up.

I myself am very slow in marketing so I can relate to how you feel.

I just wrote 30 scripts for YouTube shorts and it’s killing me.

Then now I have to record all that stuff and it is not fun at all.

Did you know I do all my own marketing?

That’s right nobody else does any of the marketing for me.

It’s crazy to think it is a one man army basically running everything.

I have nobody to delegate it too because when I get video editors there are slower than a snail.

It looks like a massive fucking team slowly putting out content, but I can assure you it is not.

Then you got other video editors out there that says oh I can edit your videos for $500.

But that is something I can do in less than 10 minutes and they don’t do a good job with it.

Then you got the type of video editors who basically are so unadaptable, they’re not able to change anything.

Those types get fired on the spot the other video editor who takes like 3 weeks just to finish the projects.

That’s why I fired a guy from the Philippines.

But I do know what I feel like to be slow.

I am not a marketer I am a dating coach.

If I could just focus on teaching and Getting students laid that’ll make me a lot happier.

Do you know all those YouTube Post in the community section was written by me.

Did you know all those podcasts were Uploaded by me after I convert it to MP3..

Did you know I had to write every single blog post for all these years and it became a neural pathway.

Did you know I have to censor the student’s faces that’s why I go on YouTube live instead.

Honestly, I spent over a decade working myself to death.

Right now it’s blog post in filming all these videos.

I can assure you that it was not easy..

One thing I notice about the hustle culture is it is not true.

At 1st you have to learn how to work very hard that’s a given for the 1st 10 years of your business.

however after that you guys work smart.

So what I recommend is now you work hard 1st then you work smart later.

The same with day game working harder by Spam approaching does not mean you get better..

You have to start to do things correctly it’s better to work smart in the beginning but still have to work ethics.

You have to move the needle 4th period that’s exactly what kaisen provides.

It tells you exactly what you need to do to build your neural pathways.

If you fight against kaizen then you are stupid. What thing I’ve learned from a millionaire student is that a lot of the steps that are required to get something working properly Requires light over 10 to 20 steps.

I can see why it’s so hard for the normal person to do something because they like things simple.

But it’s very tactical the way I see things from what they do.

Also there’s a very specific set of skill sets that you need to build in a specific order too.

One thing I’ve noticed about them as they take a massive amount of risk.

They don’t actually have any sort of sense of fear whatsoever.

Also I feel that working harder as I’m getting older it just drains my battery or energy very quickly.

I USED TO WORK SO HARD. YOU NEED THAT IN THE FIRST 10 YEARS. BUT AFTERWARDS YOU NEED TO BE MORE OPTIMIZED. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE MORE OPTMIZED IN THE BEGINNING, NOT WORK HARD, YOU WILL DO LESS AND LESS AS TIME GOES ONE..

I much rather delegate the entire process of everything that I do know after reading a book by Ari Menzel.

He only worked one hour a week because he has crone’s disease in the past..

So so he figures out how to be super-efficient.

There are some things that are better delegated for example video editing.

but due to the sheer incompetence of other people and not working fast enough or adapting, almost seems counterintuitive.

But if I’m taking care of small things and putting on small fires in my business that I can’t focus on the big things.

I’m not hiring new people for video editing and if you show up saying “Hey I can edit your videos.”

There are some people that did that without any experience whatsoever and they don’t want to show me even a portfolio…

but they say they can do it.

You still gotta do it in a semi-professional way to some degree

And while I appreciate the gesture,

maybe even will give a Skype in exchange for video editing..

But I need somebody who is able to execute quickly on time period.

also there’s something called zapier.

It is a program that can connect different programs together let’s say I write a quick blog post then I get upload to zapier here,

then I’ll send it to somebody to check the spelling mistakes in grammar.

Then somebody else could go and make a video out of it or PowerPoint presentation.

You can trigger all this to happen with zapier program perfect

so really my time is extremely valuable these days as I’m getting older.

I may just start to schedule things in advance because writing one article at a time has been very time consuming.

People doesn’t give a fuck worrying about how to pay the bills for the low resilence foodstamp warriors.

I might even schedule some of my marketing in the YouTube post ahead of time ..

Or I may start to use content from videos transcripts and then move to other places.

I don’t know I’m trying to think of new ways to get something done

there’s always more efficient ways to get things done in the period

in the meantime I want to focus on coaching.

The YouTube shorts seems to be a good way to reach a New audience.

But at the same time it kind of messes up my algorithms for the shorter videos is like Costco…

where they give you free food in small sample size.

But there’s no guarantee they’re gonna stay for the bigger things on the back end.

I REHIRED MY VIDEO EDITOR. GAVE HIM THE MONEY TO BUY A NEW LAPTOP, NOT SUPER EXPENSIVE. BUT YEAH, WHEN HE FULLY GETS THE MONEY HE WILL START.

if you do work hard, then work smart too

I used to work non stop for the first 10 years

I didn’t burn out cause i’m the best daygame coach in the world…

So its easy for me

I enjoy what I do since it isn’t all about the money

but I make money without working hard now

as the millionare student taught me

He said I was burning out too, plus it is making me more angry when I talk on youtube live

so I did less of that,

I hope this makes sense.

I THINK HE WANTED A CULT OF WOMEN. MASSIVE FUCKING EGO BEFORE. YET HE CAN BARELY MAKE MONEY…

I THINK CULTURALLY THE MINDSETS IN HIS ENVIRONMENT, SELFISHNESS, SELF RIGHTOUSNESS DOESN’T HELP

but level up some skills first outside of daygame

don’t optimize what doesn’t need to be optimized

reduce the production time to get the car out of the factory

automation

if it already works, I might as well automate it somehow

save time time to focus on other things.
