I use two bread flours, one cup of all purpose flour

I let my bread maker do all the work kneeding the dough, since I don’t do anything except eat this stuff
It doesn’t take a lot of work
I’m thinking about freezing it so I can eat this anytime, not during the next day
I showed the student all the salmon, flavored tuna I stocked up, tons
Literally I don’t spend a lot of money on food cost
its all excuses,

I literally showed him the supplements if I needed vedgetables, if I need fatty acids, if I needed protein
