According to the 7 stages of grief model,
the first stage is shock and denial. This is when we may try to ignore or deny the reality of what’s happening, hoping that things will go back to normal soon. However, this stage can only last for so long.
As we begin to accept the reality of the situation, we may start to feel anger or frustration. This is the second stage of grief. It’s important to channel this anger into action, rather than letting it consume us.
The third stage is bargaining, where we may try to negotiate with ourselves or a higher power to make things better. In terms of daygame, this could manifest as hoping for an easy approach or an instant connection with someone, rather than putting in the necessary work.
