I supplement away the cravings to push things off
Obviously I won’t teach you everything about it, but one thing you can do is use omega 3 to push off your cravings of eating fatty foods
THE FASTING WINDOW IS EXTREMELY SMALL…. NOT LIKE THE FASTING WINDOW OTHERS USES…
I remember why this guy kept making medical excuses why he can’t fast.
For him barely skipping breakfast is a fast for him…
