USUALLY WHEN THEY ARE DUMB AS SHIT, THEY HAVE A LOT OF MENTAL ILLNESSES. AUTISTIC PEOPLE TYPICALLY HAS A LOWER I.Q THAN THE GENERAL POPULATION

What causes dumbness is some type of autism.

Even sociopaths are dumb as shit. You can literally figure out how they behave, by looking at a list of sociopathic traits… the sociopath might think the are clever, but they all act identical like the same tumor…
