Second, I posted a thread about our marketing. Deepak believes he has great marketing. He always tells me of his great strategy and has more bootcamp clients than me.
I made a vote what do you think of our marketing. Turns out it was voted almost 3:1 we had shit marketing. Maybe this is a wakeup call.
My goal isn’t to embarrass Deepak, or myself. I always knew it sucked. Deepak didn’t. Yes, we have this much subscribers on the main channel, but it’s not growing.

When I started out, a lot of my testimonials were taken and used for the company. I had to fight to get my name on it.

In the future, I’ll always promote Deepak Wayne as a great mentor even if I am not with him. If that happens. It’s okay. I’ll tell people to train under him too. Even when I am famous. He is a good person. He has a good side. I don’t hurt people that didn’t hurt me. But I’m not that happy with the direction the company is going in. I will always be happy to work as a contractor if he needs help with the immersion.
Remember he is running a company and I am not. So you have to empathize why. It’s obviously not as easy. But if you cut out your employees and pressure them and they don’t feel valued. Can’t get over differences. They often just leave. Everyone told me to leave, everyone did every single time. I said no. But one day I will. Not now. I’m still here and going to help the company the best as I can. Even if I made a ton more after mastering marketing. I still have a bigger mission to do.
