DAY 3 DAYGAME CHALLENGE

Would you rather take 10 minutes a day for 1.5 months doing small, rehearsed drills…

Or would you rather mass approach for 6 months or more, half-assing it with huge volume approaches for daygame?

Think about it.

Mass approaching takes so much time, energy, and effort.

And what do you get for it?

Nothing.

You’re running around giving direct compliments, collecting numbers that don’t go anywhere, and using gamey techniques like push-pulls and DHV stories.

But here’s the truth: that’s not skill.

It’s desperation.

And it’s the reason why you’re stuck.

Mass approaching doesn’t work anymore.

Back in the pandemic, sure, you could hit 10,000 approaches and eventually get laid.

But not today.

You could spend all that time and energy, and if your SMB (sexual market value) is low, guess what?

Nothing will happen.

Because mass approaching is just hacking away with a dull blade.

It reinforces bad habits.

Your body language gets worse.
You rush your speech.
You come across as uncalibrated.

And you’re stuck in the four traits of low self-esteem:

You’re delusional, thinking you’re making progress when you’re not.
You’re half-assing it, relying on schemes and shortcuts instead of building real skills.
You’re on the wrong path—the sociopath path—spamming women with low-value interactions.
And when it doesn’t work, you quit.

Then the cycle starts all over again.

Bootcamps Won’t Save You Either

You might think, “Well, I’ll just take a bootcamp. That’ll be faster.”

But here’s the thing: bootcamps aren’t working anymore either.

Most dating coaches don’t even have real laid testimonials these days.

They rely on optics—standing next to women in photos, faking Tinder results, or sending students to Latin or Asian countries where Tinder and night game dominate.

That’s not real pickup.

And you know it.

So why waste your money?

Long-Term Consistency Is the Answer

What if, instead of wasting months mass approaching…

Or burning through your wallet on bootcamps…

You spent just 10 minutes a day sharpening your skills?

That’s what my students do.

They focus on long-term consistency.

And it works.

Programs like Elite 30 and Kaizen have helped so many students get real results.

Why?

Because they compress all the essential skills—body language, social calibrations, social skills—into a focused, disciplined routine.

Now, with the Elite Tonality Mastery 21-Day Challenge, you can rewire your brain in just 21 days.

That’s all it takes to build new neural pathways.

But here’s the key: you can’t skip more than two days.

Consistency is what creates results.

Sharpen the Saw Before You Cut

If you had to cut down 100 trees, would you waste hours hacking away with a dull blade?

Or would you sharpen the saw first?

Mass approaching is like hacking away with a dull blade.

You’re putting in all this effort, but you’re not making any progress.

My students sharpen the saw first.

They focus on building their skills—body language, tonality, emotional control—so when they approach, they get results.

One approach. Six approaches. That’s all it takes.

Proof It Works

Take one of my Chinese students, for example.

Before he met me, he took an RSD bootcamp.

He only got one lay after five years—and that was in a Latin country.

But after training with me, he got 15 lays.

Five models.
Five white girls.
Two actresses.

And here’s the best part—he married one of those actresses.

Now? He has a daughter.

He didn’t spam approach. He didn’t rely on gimmicks.

He followed the system. He sharpened the saw.

And he got results most guys only dream of.

The New Algorithm for 2025

For 2025, the focus is on emotional control and tonality.

During the pandemic, it was about fixing body language.
During inflation, it was about mastering social skills.
Now, with tariffs and economic uncertainty, emotional control and tonality are the key to success.

That’s why I’ve created the Elite Tonality Mastery 21-Day Challenge.

Combine it with the 30-day challenge, and you’ve got 1.5 months of basic training that will transform your daygame.

Even if you only practice for 10-15 minutes a day, the results will be life-changing.

Because it’s not about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things consistently.

And that’s how you win.

Why Mass Approaching Fails in 2025

Why Mass Approaching Fails in 2025

Let’s be real—mass approaching and direct game tactics don’t work anymore.

Using push-pulls, DHV stories, or collecting flaky phone numbers might make you feel like you’re “doing something,” but it’s not real progress.

It’s a distraction.

Mass approaching doesn’t build skills. It reinforces bad habits.

You’re rushing your speech.
You’re hunching over.
You’re coming across as uncalibrated.

And when you rely on these tactics, you’re stuck in a loop of low self-esteem.

You become delusional, thinking you’re making progress.
You half-ass it, relying on shortcuts instead of real skills.
You’re on the wrong path, spamming women with low-value interactions.
And when it doesn’t work, you quit.

It’s not just about effort—it’s about how you’re using your time.

Would you rather spend 10 minutes a day sharpening your skills with rehearsed drills for 1.5 months?

Or spend 6 months mass approaching, wasting time, energy, and money, only to end up frustrated and stuck?

The Pandemic: The Easiest Period

The pandemic was actually the easiest time for daygame.

People still had money. Women’s mindsets weren’t affected.

A lot of dating coaches got their laid testimonials during this period.

But here’s the thing—they’re still recycling those same testimonials today.

They’re recutting them, putting them into bootcamp documentaries, and pretending they’re recent.

But that era is over.

Then Came the Inflation

Inflation started in 2022, but it hit its peak in 2023 and continued into 2024.

This is when most dating coaches stopped getting laid testimonials for daygame.

It became extremely rare.

I, on the other hand, got 56 laid and pull testimonials in 2024.

But nobody cared.

It was like Donald Trump winning the election, but people saying it didn’t count.

We’re in that era now.

An era where people are so brainwashed by optics that they can’t see the truth.

It’s like the far left destroying the country—except in this case, it’s the global game platform scammers destroying the daygame industry.

2025: The Tariff Era

Now we’re in 2025, and it’s even tougher.

But I’m still getting students laid.

I’ve gotten them married. I’ve gotten them procreating.

Meanwhile, other coaches are relying on optics because they can’t get real results.

Another student was also about to be a father, but in the last challenge we found out this Indian student’s fuck buddy just had a miscarriage.

The Optics Game

Here’s how the optics game works:

These coaches show short infields where they pull women, but they don’t actually have sex.

Asian dating coaches have been doing this for years—long before the pandemic for daygame.

Once their instructor pulls, not have sex, they are dating coaches.

Treating daygame like an after thought.

These former coaches of ABCS of attraction, the gaylent gentlemen, who has 6 laid testimonials, not from daygame. Just latin countries, one USA night game.

No proof, just standing next to women in a night club and written testimonials. 6 video ones, slandered my name and dragged my name across the mud turning off all Asians on redit using discord servers saying my laid testimonials were conviently actors, sounds scripted.

When they are the ones who scripted their testimonial page writing the testimonials.

They say they have better daygame content, but its super autistic.

They are all real, none are actors, AI since I posted it for years and Asians do sound monotoned as engineers.

They are just jealous and will be dealt with, but these Asians with their latin tours and their night game muscle maxing, will be dealt with as they have taken all of the Asians potential and flushed it down the toilet.

I can prove it all the students paid me for coaching, I have their invoices, their entire video testimonials and coversations leading up to it.

None of it was scripted.

I don’t tell students what to say, except the date when it happened, say they got laid incase they try to say pulled. Which is wrong.

Or to take Elite Bundle 2 or something like that.

The rest of it is up to the students, they can say whatever they want.

Just make the video testimonial as they are greatful as we discussed in the last challenge when someone asked if they get anything.

Nope, they get nothing except good job.

Or not being yelled at.

For these gaylent gentlemen or gentle women, for their hairstyle. These people goes to latin countries to stand next to women, in club promoter game, status maxing.

Its not even transferable to others who isn’t status maxing.

Also, they said they had better daygame content, it was the most autistic looking foolish clips form New York where their students got demolished. While my students can’t stop getting laid there easily.

This is the dunning kruger effect, where unskilled individuals with low skills, would they they are superior.

Narcissistic much?

The only lay proof they showed was in ABCS of Low Self Esteem Asians forum group, who knows if its from Tinder, or maybe night game before the pandemic.

But during the inflation, yeah right. Just keep standing next to women and take DSLR optics. What a joke.

For ABCS their former company…

They’ll show pulls from nightclubs or photos standing next to women, but nothing happens.

If they do pull, they still show the womens faces. Nothing happened, if they didn’t write they got laid. It was a demonstration. Which is a joke.

Their students? The only “results” they get are from Tinder in Latin or Asian countries.

The only one time they got laid for daygame was in mexico or peru. Which is super easy for my students there.

But Tinder isn’t pickup.

It’s not daygame.

You can use AI images now to swipe—it’s not the same as real skills.

And then there’s seeking arrangements.

Some coaches are using it as lead generation and passing it off as daygame.

Standing in an elevator with a woman from seeking arrangements isn’t a lay testimonial.

It’s a joke.

Why Mass Approaching Doesn’t Work

Mass approaching is like hacking away at a tree with a dull blade.

You’re putting in all this effort, and you’re not making any progress.

It doesn’t teach you tonality as your tonality will get worst due to the winner and loser effect.

It doesn’t improve your body language, as you would hunch more due to getting rejected non stop with the winner and loser effect.

It doesn’t build emotional control. Your tonality will sound more depressed than ever, angry or beta sounding.

And without those skills, you’re stuck because your tonality betrays you.

The Three Adjustment Periods

Let me tell you a story about the boxer Mayweather Jr. 50 wins, 0 losses.

He always lose the first few rounds.

Then he makes an adjustment, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

Then sometimes he would make 3 adjustments even if he was getting demolished.

Then he wins the rest of the fight.

Very few people can make that many adjustments, but I can.

Let’s talk about the three toughest periods and how I made adjustments:

The Pandemic:

During the pandemic, I focused on body language.

Elite 30 and the Kaizen program were all about social calibrations.

That adjustment worked because body language is the foundation of daygame.

But it was the 30 day challenge of installing habits that makes it work.

Inflation:

During inflation, I added social skills to the mix.

Social calibrations and social skills together gave students five points for the 20/35 system.

2.5 points for social skills, 2.5 points for social calibrations.

But a bit of tonality for the Elite Access.

Now there is a new course called Elite Tonality Mastery that has all of these drills in one.

It was top secret until now as it got so many students laid from it.

2025:

Now, in 2025, the focus is on emotional control and tonality.

Along with the social skills, social calibrations and emotional control for tonality to make 7.5 points.

As each of them are 2.5 points towards the 20/35 line of fuckability.

These are the skills that will set you apart in today’s world.

These are the adjustments that has to be made.

Why Ethnicities Struggle

But not everyone is following through.

Here’s why three groups are struggling the most:

Asians:

Why Asians Failed in 2023

In 2023, Asians gave up on daygame.

It wasn’t because of ADHD or sociopathy like other ethnicities.

It was because of narcissistic personality disorder and their blind belief in the halo effect.

They convinced themselves that looks, muscles, and height were all that mattered.

And they started worshipping platformed scammers who sold them this delusion.

The Platformed Scammers

Let’s talk about the ABC’s of Low Self-Esteem Asian Company.

They’ve been pushing the same narrative for years:

“Just bulk up, hit the gym, and you’ll succeed in daygame.”

But here’s the truth—they don’t even do daygame.

Their results come from Tinder in Latin countries, where women are more receptive to foreigners.

And even then, their laid testimonials are almost non-existent.

Then there’s Queefing Cancel Casanova.

This tall, strong Asian dating coach was canceled in Brazil because his students were party pulling underage girls.

Now he’s running from the law.

But his followers still worship him because he fits the image of what they think a “successful” dating coach should look like.

It’s all optics.

And don’t forget his friend, Chin Nation or Chin National.

This guy claims to be the top 1% dating coach, but where are the results?

There’s not a single daygame laid testimonial.

Just more optics—posing like a bulky compound ninja turtle and using his height and muscles to sell the illusion of success.

GAYLENT Gentlewomen and Their Dunning-Kruger Effect

Then there’s GAYLENT Gentlewomen.

This team of two coaches is another example of why Asians are stuck.

They only have six video testimonials to their name.

And all of them are from night game in Latin countries—except for one.

There’s not a single daygame laid testimonial.

Their so-called “daygame” is laughable.

Their students couldn’t even get anything more than an instant date in New York.

And let’s be real—New York is one of the easiest places for my students to succeed, including Asians.

But here’s the kicker—they claim their daygame is better than mine.

That’s the Dunning-Kruger effect in action.

Unskilled individuals thinking they’re superior.

Meanwhile, their testimonials are written by them.

They’re scripted.

And the only proof they have is a picture of a student standing next to a woman in a nightclub.

That’s it.

You might as well go back to ABC’s of Low Self-Esteem Asian Company, where they came from.

Because defecting from them doesn’t make them any better.

The Rankings and the Halo Effect

Here’s the irony:

I’m the best Asian dating coach in the world.

I have the most daygame laid testimonials—more than all these other coaches combined.

And yet, Asians rank me at the very bottom.

Why?

Because of the halo effect.

Asians are the biggest sheeps in the world.

The more sociopathic, the more narcissistic, the more delusional you are, the more they worship you.

They don’t care about results.

They care about optics.

Why I’m Different

I don’t rely on optics.

I don’t have the height. I don’t have the muscles.

But I have the most daygame laid testimonials in the world.

And unlike these scammers, I show infields from open to sex.

No other Asian dating coach has ever done that.

Chin Nation, ABC’s, Queefing Cancel Casanova, GAYLENT—they’ve never shown that before.

The only results they post are from Tinder or glorified Tinder tours in expensive Latin countries.

That’s not pickup.

It’s not daygame.

The Asperger’s Syndrome Problem

Here’s another thing most people don’t realize:

A lot of these coaches have Asperger’s syndrome.

The main coaches are former engineers or biotech engineers.

They don’t have the social skills to teach daygame.

And their underlings—their minions—are just as bad.

Even if these minions defect, they’re still learning from the wrong system with the wrong mental filter.

That’s why Asians are stuck.

They’re following people who don’t have the right skills or the right mindset.

A Message to Asians

I spent two years during the inflation years dealing with these platformed scammers.

And where did it get you?

Nowhere.

You wasted two years listening to people who told you it’s all about muscles.

You became delusional.

And you got so offended by me that you quit daygame forever.

But here’s the thing—the more offended you are, the more sociopathic you are.

Maybe it’s time to take another look.

Because these scammers haven’t delivered.

The only one who got a laid testimonial was ABC’s—and it was in a Latin country like Mexico or Peru.

Who cares?

It’s time to stop worshipping optics and start focusing on real results.

Indians:

Why Indians Have Been Struggling the Most in 2024

Indians have been struggling more than ever in 2024.

Their ADHD is off the charts, and it’s holding them back in every way.

According to scientific studies, Indians have the highest ADHD in the world.

It’s not just a minor distraction—it’s a complete roadblock.

They’re constantly slipping away from their drills and homework assignments non-stop.

Three weeks at a time, they disappear.

And it’s not just ADHD—Indians also have the second-highest narcissism in the world, right after Chinese pickup artists.

While not all Chinese people are toxic, Chinese pickup artists definitely are.

But Indians?

They’re a mix of narcissism, sociopathy, and procrastination.

Every single one of them has sociopathic traits—it’s just part of their upbringing.

Even when they move to countries like the United States, these traits don’t go away.

They remain:

  • Narcissistic
  • Sociopathic
  • Procrastinators
  • Depressed

And depression is a loser trait.

They have impaired social skills, and their narrow focus doesn’t help.

The Bhenchoding Cycle

This constant crashing is what I call bhenchoding.

It’s like they’re stuck in a cycle of ADHD, procrastination, and backstabbing themselves.

They keep getting in their own way.

They’ll start a program, disappear for weeks, and then reappear only to repeat the same pattern.

It’s slippery behavior, and it’s why so many of them fail to build consistency.

Even my newest Indian student, who’s working on Elite Tonality Mastery, is bhenchoding.

He disappears for days at a time because he’s so occupied with work and other distractions.

But when he forces himself to focus—even for just 10 minutes a day—he gets results.

The Physical and Mental Barriers

Their diet doesn’t help either.

Most Indians follow a vegetarian diet, which isn’t good for ADHD.

It leaves them with low energy, double chins, and loose skin.

Their brains are like dual-core processors with very low RAM.

They can only handle two things at once:

  1. Their job.
  2. Whatever else occupies their limited mental capacity.

Daygame? That’s too much for them.

Their RAM is completely maxed out.

And because they’re so occupied, they let their ADHD and mental viruses take over.

Their tonality suffers.

Their state of mind crashes.

And they start backstabbing themselves, over and over again.

The Winner-Loser Effect and Supplementation

The winner-loser effect makes it even worse.

When they fail, their confidence spirals downward.

And their ADHD makes it impossible for them to climb back up.

That’s why supplementation is so important.

Their ADHD isn’t just a personality quirk—it’s a chemical imbalance.

With the right supplements, they can improve their focus, their tonality, and their overall state of mind.

But they need to force themselves to take action.

Even just 10 minutes a day can make a huge difference.

It’s about consistency.

It’s about breaking the cycle of procrastination and bhenchoding.

The Path to Success: Arrow Science

Indians need to follow the Arrow Science system.

It’s not about using alcohol or outdated tactics like push-pulls.

It’s about building real skills.

Arrow Science focuses on:

  1. Sharpening tonality to improve communication.
  2. Mastering state of mind to stay focused and confident.
  3. Overcoming objections using tested, effective methods—not alcohol crutches.

My students use Arrow Science to sexualize interactions and deal with objections effectively.

They don’t rely on alcohol.

They don’t rely on romantic flirts or gimmicks.

They rely on skills.

A Message to Indians

Isn’t it time to come back?

Come back home.

You’re more than welcome here.

Even my other Indian student, who gets laid year after year, has struggled with bhenchoding.

But when he forces himself to focus—even for just 10 minutes a day—he gets results.

So ask yourself:

How much time have you wasted?

You’ve spent years listening to platformed scammers.

You’ve been brainwashed into thinking it’s all about alcohol, push-pulls, and romantic flirts.

But where has it gotten you?

Nowhere.

You’ve been fooled by fake testimonials and empty promises.

And you’ve become so offended by me that you’ve refused to even consider my system.

But here’s the truth—the more offended you are, the more sociopathic you are.

It’s time to stop being delusional.

It’s time to stop procrastinating.

And it’s time to start focusing on what actually works.

Take the supplementation.

Force yourself to spend 10 minutes a day.

Because your ADHD and mental state are affecting your tonality, your focus, and your results.

It’s time to break the cycle.

It’s time to come back.

Latinos:

Why Latinos Are the Worst Students of 2025

Latinos have officially become the worst students of 2025.

But it wasn’t always this way.

Before the pandemic, Latinos had a perceived natural status of 7 out of 10 in looks.

They were decent-looking, tall, and had good faces—even if they weren’t super good-looking.

Getting laid was easy for them.

They’d brag about their past successes—girlfriends, multiple girlfriends, or even juggling several women at the same time.

It was that easy.

But when the pandemic hit, everything changed.

A lot of Latinos started to struggle.

Then, when inflation hit, they were crippled even further.

Except for my students.

The John Elite Difference

Almost every Latino laid testimonial across the industry comes from my students.

If you’re Latino and you can’t do it here, you can’t do it anywhere else.

If another coach claims a Latino laid testimonial, chances are that person was my former student.

Because when inflation hit, most Latinos failed.

But my students still got laid.

The Crash of 2025

Fast forward to 2025, and Latinos have completely crashed out.

They’ve gone from being naturally successful to being the worst students of all time.

What happened?

The inflation era hit their confidence hard.

And now, their emotional instability, stubbornness, and lack of resilience have left them stuck.

They’ve become unteachable cases.

The Ultimate Sheeps

Latinos are the ultimate sheeps.

They blindly worship tall, self-proclaimed white dating coaches who rely on Tinder lays and seeking arrangements lead generation.

These coaches post pictures of themselves standing next to women in elevators, calling it “proof.”

But here’s the problem:

  • They never show infields from open to sex.
  • Their “pulls” always end in a cab or some vague scenario.
  • They claim it’s because showing more isn’t legal, but that’s just an excuse.

If they had real results, they could at least show screenshots or proof that the woman ended up in bed.

But they don’t.

Because they can’t.

None of these white dating coaches can actually do that.

Tinder Is Not Pickup

Tinder doesn’t count as pickup.

It’s not a lay count—it’s a body count.

Even women can rack up over 100 lays in a year without any skill.

Pickup, on the other hand, requires real skills.

And using Tinder with AI images or hiring someone from another country to swipe for you isn’t pickup.

Here’s how it works:

  • An assistant swipes for you, using AI images to match with women.
  • They start a conversation with lines like, “What are you looking for on here?”
  • Once they get the woman’s contact information, they send it to the coach.

The coach never even swiped on these women.

It’s all make-believe mental bullshit.

It’s not pickup—it’s just a fabricated system designed to fool people.

The Latino Fuck Behavior: The Five Traits

Latinos exhibit what I call Latino Fuck Behavior.

It’s a cycle of failure driven by their mindset and emotional instability.

Here are the five traits:

  1. Throwing Shit Against the Wall
    • Latinos have a one-track mind.
    • They can’t even do simple breathing exercises to improve their tonality because they can’t count properly.
    • Their brains are like Pentium 1 processors—slow, outdated, and incapable of multitasking.
  2. The Wrong Path to Sociopath
    • They fail within four months and repeat this cycle three times a year.
    • Their stubbornness makes them think they’re always right.
  3. Meltdowns
    • At some point, all Latinos have a meltdown.
    • They start blaming me for their failures, even though they’ve already given up.
    • Their emotional blindness prevents them from hearing their own mistakes.
  4. Quitting
    • Latinos quit very easily.
    • Their emotional instability and lack of resilience make it hard for them to stick with anything.
  5. Resurrection
    • After quitting, they resurrect themselves and start over.
    • But they go right back to stage one, repeating the cycle endlessly.

This cycle happens three times before they quit for life.

The Winner-Loser Effect

Latinos are heavily influenced by the winner-loser effect.

When they succeed, their testosterone spikes, giving them a temporary boost.

But when they fail, their cortisol levels skyrocket, leading to emotional crashes.

This constant fluctuation leaves them stuck in a loop of:

  • Emotional blindness
  • ADHD
  • Sociopathy
  • Delusion

It’s why so many Latinos are broke, in debt, or emotionally unstable.

Even the ones who succeed end up with double chins and poor physical health.

The Problem With White Dating Coaches

Latinos worship white dating coaches who sell them lies.

These coaches have:

  • Less than a 1% success rate for daygame.
  • No same-day lay infields from open to sex.
  • Testimonials based on Tinder lays and seeking arrangements lead gen.

They even count positive YouTube comments as “testimonials.”

It’s all optics.

And Latinos can’t see through it.

They’re too busy spreading ego and worshipping these coaches to notice the lack of real results.

The Unteachable Cases of 2025

This year, almost all Latino students have become unteachable cases.

They argue with me, procrastinate, and do the exact opposite of what I teach.

They believe that once they learn something, they’ve “got it forever.”

But that’s not how skills work.

Their one-track mind and stubbornness make them impossible to coach.

The Contract and Probationary Period

From now on, all Latino students must sign a contract and go through a probationary period.

Here’s how it works:

  1. They pay for half the course upfront.
  2. They go through a test week to prove they’re coachable.
  3. If they disappear, fight back, or procrastinate, they fail the test.

If they pass, they can pay the remaining half and continue training.

This system will separate the Latinos who want to succeed from those who are completely insane.

A Message to Latinos

Latinos, it’s time to wake up.

You’ve been fooled by optics and lies.

You’ve wasted time and money worshipping coaches who can’t deliver real results.

It’s time to stop being stubborn.

It’s time to stop throwing shit against the wall and hoping something sticks.

And it’s time to start following a system that works.

If you’re ready to change, I’m here to help.

But you need to prove that you’re willing to put in the effort.

Because this is the gospel of daygame.

And someone needs to say it.

Why My Students Succeed

My students don’t rely on gimmicks or shortcuts.

They focus on long-term consistency.

They sharpen the saw before cutting down trees.

And that’s why they get results.

Even in 2025, during the toughest era yet, I’m still getting students laid, married, and procreating.

Because it’s not about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things consistently.

The Key to Success: Small, Consistent Efforts

The Solution: The 30-Day and 21-Day Challenges for 10 or 15 minutes a day.

Success in daygame isn’t about shortcuts or gimmicks.

It’s not about using outdated tactics like mass approaching, direct compliments, push-pull, or self-amusement.

These zombie tactics only reinforce bad habits, especially during this era of inflation and tariffs.

If you spend six months mass approaching, talking too fast, and relying on bad emotions, you’re setting yourself up for failure.

Why?

Because you’re reinforcing the winner-loser effect—a cycle where failure leads to emotional crashes and bad habits.

To succeed, you need to transform from zombie to human to superhuman.

That transformation starts with sharpening the saw—building real skills and habits that become second nature.

Why 30-Day and 21-Day Challenges Work

It takes 21 days to develop a new habit or break an old one.

That’s why I created the 30-Day Challenge of Elite 30 in the past.

It was designed to help students build foundational skills in just one month.

But in today’s world, it’s not enough.

That’s why I added the 21-Day Elite Tonality Mastery Challenge.

This challenge, exclusive to the Elite Bundle Resurrections, focuses on:

  • Fixing tonality
  • Improving emotional control
  • Sharpening communication skills

Together, these challenges provide less than 1.5 months of basic training.

It’s like joining an elite army—training step by step to build the skills needed for daygame success.

How It Works: Step-by-Step Transformation

Here’s how the transformation happens:

  1. Daily Skill Focus
Each day, you focus on one specific skill.
    For example:
    • Day 1: Demonstrate a happy, fun, carefree, positive vibe.
    • Day 2: Practice box breathing to slow down your nervous system before approaching.
You’re not trying to get laid or pull same-day lays. You’re building skills, one day at a time.
  2. Short, Consistent Practice
All it takes is 10-15 minutes a day.
Practice in front of a mirror or record yourself.
Send your practice to me via Elite Access, and I’ll give you quick feedback in seconds. Now I don’t have to do as much work with Elite Tonality Mastery.
  3. Apply What You Learn
Once you’ve practiced, you go out and apply that one skill with women.
You’re not focusing on getting results yet—you’re sharpening the saw.
  4. Building the 20/35 System
Over time, you’ll develop the key components of the 20/35 system:
    • 2.5 points for social skills (flow drill)
    • 2.5 points for social calibrations
    • 2.5 points for tonality
    • 2.5 points for emotional control
When these skills are installed, you’ll start seeing results automatically—getting laid within just six approaches.

Why Elite Tonality Mastery Is a Game-Changer

The Elite Tonality Mastery course is packed with 10-15 hours of brand-new content.

These are the secret techniques my top students have been using for years to achieve massive success:

  • 20 lays, 15 lays, 8 lays—most with 9 out of 10 women.

These techniques have never been shared publicly until now.

The 21-day challenge is the core of the course, but the additional content ensures you’re fully equipped to succeed.

The Importance of Adaptation

In 2024, I focused on Elite Access first, teaching drills like:

  • Body language whitewash
  • Tonality slowing down
  • Social skills flow drill

Students would then move on to Elite 30, and they still got laid from it.

But in 2025, even good students have started acting like unteachable cases.

That’s why I adapted, just like Mayweather Jr. adapts to every fight.

This year, the focus is on:

  • Elite Tonality Mastery for emotional control and tonality.
  • Step-by-step skill installation through challenges.

This adaptation ensures that even in the toughest era, my students can succeed.

The Key to Success: Laser Focus

When you’re out there practicing, you must have laser focus.

For example:

  • On Day 1, your only goal is to demonstrate a positive vibe.
  • On Day 2, your only goal is to breathe properly before approaching.

You’re not trying to win every interaction.

It’s like fighting a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expert—you’ll lose at first.

But as you build more skills, you’ll start defending yourself and eventually winning every match.

This transformation only takes 10-15 minutes of practice a day.

The Solution: Stop Being a Zombie

Zombies can’t focus.

They pump their state, disappear for weeks at a time, and rely on outdated tactics like RSD.

If you want to succeed, you need to:

  1. Install real skills through consistent practice.
  2. Transform from zombie to human to superhuman.

This is the solution.

It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing better.

So stop wasting time with shortcuts and gimmicks.

Commit to the process, sharpen your saw, and watch how quickly your results change.

But that’s not all.

After Elite 30, you’ll move on to the Elite Tonality Mastery, a 21-day challenge designed to fix your tonality—absolutely critical in today’s world of inflation and tariffs.

This is the missing link my top students have been using in my inner circle and Elite Access. It’s the adjustment I’ve made for 2025, and it’s tailored to your ethnicity: Asians, Indians, and Latinos each have their own custom training method now.

Why This Matters Now

If you’ve ever wanted to get laid with high-value white girls, build a rotation, or find a girlfriend or wife through daygame, this is your golden opportunity.

The tariffs and economic shifts are creating a window of opportunity. The USA is going to bounce back, and you don’t want to miss out on this wealth of opportunities.

But if you quit now, you’re setting yourself up for regret.

Most people who quit never come back—or they take a 10-year break. By then, your brain’s neuroplasticity will be gone, and without social skills, you’ll be stuck.

Are You Coachable?

This isn’t for unteachable cases who refuse to change.

But if you’re someone who’s coachable and ready to transform, this is your chance.

Here’s How to Get Started:

5 day challenge, day 2

Day 2 is HERE—and if you’ve made it this far, you’re already ahead of 99% of people.

But listen closely… today is CRUCIAL.

If you skip this, your entire challenge and progress could fall apart.

Why? Because today, I’m about to reveal one of the biggest myths holding you back in daygame—and if you don’t understand this, nothing else will work.

Most guys THINK they know what confidence is, but they’re dead wrong.

Stick with me—because once you get this, everything changes.

You Don’t Need to Be Rich, Good-Looking, or Have Status to Succeed

Let me ask you something:

Have you ever thought, “I’m not rich enough, I don’t have status, and I’m not good-looking… so women won’t give me a chance”?

If you’ve ever felt that way, you’re not alone.

But here’s the truth: you don’t need any of those things to succeed in daygame.

And I’m going to prove it to you.

Meet My 52-Year-Old German Student

This guy was one of the most stubborn students I’ve ever coached.

He was 5’7”, bald, overweight, and honestly, probably the ugliest student I’ve ever worked with. He had no looks, no status, and no money to flash around.

But none of that mattered.

Why? Because he mastered confidence from the outside in.

He followed my system to the letter, and the results speak for themselves.

  • He got a Ukrainian girlfriend using husband material.
  • He got laid with three different women in their early 20s, including a stunning 21-year-old German woman rated 8.5/10.
  • Later, he slept with a Megan Fox lookalike—a 40-year-old yoga instructor who was a perfect 10/10.

This guy didn’t have clout. He didn’t have natural status. But women looked past all of that because of his confident body language, tonality, and mindset.

Confidence Comes from Outside In

Here’s the biggest myth I’m going to shatter for you today:

Most people think confidence is something you feel first, and then you act on it.

WRONG.

Confidence is built from the outside in.

When you fix your body language, master your tonality, and practice the right social skills, your internal confidence starts to grow naturally.

This is exactly what my German student did.

He didn’t start with confidence. He started with drills.

He practiced his body language relentlessly, sent me videos every day, and made every correction I gave him.

He slowed down his speech, improved his tonality, and mastered the art of the daygame stop.

And guess what? Women responded.

The Economic Landscape Will Test You

Now, let’s talk about the bigger picture.

With Trump’s tariffs and the shifting economy, you might feel uncertain. Inflation, financial stress—it’s all real.

But here’s my second prediction for this year:

This is a golden opportunity.

Even though the economy might feel unstable right now, it’s going to rebound. Jobs will come back, wages will rise, and social dynamics will shift.

Women will become more open, more confident, and more willing to connect.

But only if you’ve done the work to position yourself as a high-value man.

This is why you need to stay focused.

Master your confidence now, so when the opportunities come, you’re ready to dominate.

What’s Holding You Back?

If a 52-year-old bald, overweight German man can pull three women in their early 20s and sleep with a Megan Fox lookalike, what’s stopping you?

You don’t need to be rich.
You don’t need to have status.
You don’t need to be good-looking.

What you DO need is the willingness to follow the system, do the drills, and master confidence from the outside in.

So, are you ready to stop making excuses and start making progress?

Because tomorrow, we’re taking this to the next level.

You won’t believe what’s coming next.

Confidence Comes from Outside In

The Stubborn German Student

A 5’7” German student, referred by a friend, was one of the most stubborn and unattractive students I’ve ever coached. He had no looks, no status, and a big nose that made him look repulsive. But what he lacked in appearance, he made up for in determination.

The first step was fixing his fashion—elevator shoes, proper pants, and the same style my students use today. This alone elevated his appearance.

He then started practicing body language like crazy, sending me videos constantly. Every day, I critiqued his hunch, his arm positioning, his stance, and every small detail until we fixed everything. His posture became confident, his movements precise, and his presence began to change.

Next, to build his confidence, I had him take photos standing next to attractive women for pre-selection. While it didn’t boost his status, it opened his mindset, and he started trusting me more.

Eventually, he met a Ukrainian woman through daygame. She worked in the Ukrainian parliament before the war, though I can’t confirm this. When they were alone in her room, he initially framed himself as a quick fling, which didn’t work. I guided him to seed the idea of being husband material instead.

This shift changed everything. She opened up, and they had sex multiple times—six to eight times in a row. They later entered a courtship, moving from casual encounters to something more serious.

Let’s talk about the core concept of outside-in.

This is the foundation of confidence, and it’s the reason why so many people struggle to project the right energy in daygame.

Most people think they can just change their mindset and everything else will fall into place.

They believe that if they “feel” confident, their tonality, body language, and results will automatically align.

But that’s not how it works.

Confidence doesn’t start from your state of mind—it starts from your body.

Your body language and facial expressions are the gateway to everything else.

They determine your state of mind, which then influences your tonality and the words you say.

It’s an outside-in process.

Let me explain how this works.

When you adjust your body language, you’re sending signals to your brain.

If you stand tall, shoulders back, chest slightly out, and head held high, your brain picks up on these physical cues and starts to believe, “I’m in control. I’m confident.”

This is why body language is so powerful—it doesn’t just affect how others see you; it affects how you see yourself.

Your brain is constantly reading your body for feedback.

When your body language is strong and confident, your brain reacts by creating a confident state of mind.

It’s like a loop.

Your body tells your brain, “We’re confident,” and your brain reinforces that belief.

That confident state of mind then flows into your tonality.

Your voice becomes calm, controlled, and authoritative.

It projects strength and certainty, which women pick up on immediately.

But here’s the thing—it works both ways.

If your body language is weak, your brain picks up on that too.

For example, if you’re slouching, hunching over, or avoiding eye contact, your brain interprets these signals as, “We’re not confident. We’re not in control.”

This creates a negative state of mind, which affects your tonality.

Your voice becomes shaky, unclear, or overly fast.

It lacks conviction, and women can feel that instantly.

This is why outside-in is so important.

You can’t just start with your state of mind and expect everything else to fall into place.

If your body language is incongruent—if it doesn’t match the confidence you’re trying to project—your brain will reject the idea of confidence altogether.

It’s like trying to convince yourself you’re calm while your heart is racing.

Your body and mind are connected, and they need to work in harmony.

So, if you want to change your tonality, you must start by changing your body language.

Here’s how:

  1. Stand Tall: Keep your shoulders back, chest slightly out, and head held high. This is the foundation of confident body language.
  2. Open Your Posture: Avoid crossing your arms, slouching, or leaning too far back. Open, grounded posture signals confidence and approachability.
  3. Relax Your Face: A calm, relaxed face projects confidence. Avoid tension in your jaw or forehead, and practice smiling naturally.
  4. Control Your Movements: Confident people move with intention. Avoid fidgeting, shifting your weight excessively, or making erratic gestures.

When you adopt these physical cues, your brain will follow.

It’s like flipping a switch.

Your body creates the conditions for confidence, and your brain reinforces those conditions.

This is why I teach my students to stand at a 45-degree diagonal.

This posture projects confidence outward while also making you feel grounded and in control.

It’s a subtle adjustment, but it has a massive impact on your state of mind and how others perceive you.

Now, let’s talk about how this ties into tonality.

Your tonality is a direct reflection of your state of mind.

When your body language signals confidence, your brain creates a confident state of mind, and that state of mind flows into your voice.

Your tonality becomes calm, steady, and authoritative.

It’s not rushed or shaky.

It’s not overly loud or aggressive.

It’s balanced and controlled.

But if your body language is weak, your tonality suffers.

For example, if you’re slouching or hunching over, your voice will naturally become quieter and less engaging.

It’s not just about volume—it’s about the energy behind your voice.

When your body language is strong, your voice has energy, presence, and emotional resonance.

When your body language is weak, your voice lacks those qualities.

This is why fixing your body language is the first step to fixing your tonality.

You can’t just force yourself to sound confident if your body is sending the opposite signals.

Your tonality is a reflection of your state of mind, and your state of mind is shaped by your body language.

It’s all connected.

Here’s another way to think about it:

Your body language is the foundation.

It’s the base layer that everything else is built on.

If the foundation is weak, the whole structure collapses.

But if the foundation is strong, everything else falls into place.

This is why confidence starts from the outside in.

You can’t skip this step.

You can’t just think your way into confidence or hope that it will magically appear.

You have to take action.

You have to adjust your body language, practice the right habits, and create the conditions for confidence to grow.

When you do this consistently, everything changes.

Your tonality improves.

Your state of mind becomes stronger.

And you start to project an energy that women can feel.

It’s not just about what you say—it’s about how you say it and the energy behind your words.

This is the power of outside-in.

Confidence is Always Outside-In

Let’s simplify this: confidence is always outside-in.

It’s not some abstract concept or overly complicated process. It’s practical, actionable, and rooted in continuous improvement.

Think of it like Kaizen—a Japanese concept that means continuous improvement. Every single day, you aim to get 1% better. That’s how my students operate. They do 30-day challenges to reinforce the outside-in approach.

Why? Because confidence doesn’t come from sitting around and thinking about it. It comes from action. It comes from fixing your body language, tonality, and facial expressions first. These external actions create the conditions for confidence to develop.

If you’re unconfident and you try to start from the inside-out, you’re setting yourself up for failure.

Here’s why:

When you’re already unconfident, your body language will naturally collapse as you face rejection. You’ll start to hunch more, your tonality will weaken, and your energy will drain.

It’s like a vicious cycle.

If you try to “think your way” into confidence while your external actions are incongruent, your brain will reject the idea entirely. It’ll say, “This doesn’t feel right,” and you’ll spiral further into doubt.

This is why it has to be outside-in.

You start by fixing your body language.

You stand tall, shoulders back, chest slightly out, and head held high.

You practice calm, controlled tonality.

You maintain relaxed, confident facial expressions.

These actions send signals to your brain, telling it, “We’re confident. We’re in control.”

And over time, as you reinforce these actions, they become habits.

This is where the Kaizen approach shines.

Every day, you’re 1% better.

Every day, you’re reinforcing the outside-in process.

Every day, you’re building a stronger foundation for confidence.

The Danger of Skipping Outside-In

But here’s the thing—if you skip the outside-in process and try to start with inside-out, you’ll crash.

You’ll face rejection, and instead of improving, you’ll hunch more, weaken your tonality, and lose momentum.

It’s like trying to build a house without a foundation.

You can’t just start with mindset.

You have to act your way into confidence by practicing the right habits and external skills.

But even with outside-in, there’s a limit.

At some point, you’ll plateau.

You’ll hit a wall where external actions alone aren’t enough to push you forward.

This is where the mindset playlist comes in.

The Mindset Playlist: Turning Zombies Back into Humans

Story 2: The Pandemic and Elite 60 A (high income skills)

A year later, the pandemic hit, and the German student’s mindset took a nosedive. He enrolled in Elite 60, but his teachability, adaptability, and belief were all low. He rarely approached women, and his fear made him difficult to coach.

Other students made 1.6 million in sales, not net, but gross. He got married now, he is that chinese guy. But he paid me for Skypes but I taught him the same thing. Another Indian student taking Elite 60 A, high income skills. He is making half a million dollars a year now in Toronto.

For the ugly 52 year old German who is bald and short. Despite his struggles, his earlier training left neural pathways intact—his body language and skills were still there. However, his mindset was holding him back.

Eventually, I had to kick him out of the program. Months later, he asked to buy Elite Playbook, but I made it clear: he could only use the Skype coaching if he pulled a woman home.

It took him five months, but he finally succeeded. Afterward, he asked to rejoin the Kaizen program. His journey showed that while game alone wasn’t enough for him due to his age and looks, persistence and following the system eventually led to results.

The Mindset Playlist: Turning Zombies Back into Humans

When you plateau, it’s usually because your mindset is holding you back.

Your external actions are solid, but your internal confidence hasn’t caught up.

This is when you need to shift to inside-out.

But it’s not about skipping steps—it’s about resetting your brain.

The mindset playlist is like a mental vaccine.

It’s designed to turn zombies back into humans.

Here’s what I mean:

When you’re stuck, it’s like you’ve turned into a zombie.

You’re emotionally blind, reactive, and stuck in survival mode.

You’re not thinking rationally, and your bad emotions are clouding your judgment.

The mindset playlist is the antidote.

It’s 26 audios that walk you through exactly what you’re doing wrong and how to fix it.

But it’s not just about listening—it’s about taking ownership.

You’ll write down all the takeaways from the 26 videos.

You’ll identify every mistake you’ve made—like not taking extreme ownership, making excuses, or procrastinating.

Next to each of the 260 takeaways, you’ll write down how you’ve fallen short and what you need to do to improve.

This process forces you to confront your bad habits and take responsibility for your growth.

It’s like turning the mirror on yourself and saying, “This is what needs to change.”

And once you’ve done this, you’ll start to revert from zombie mode back to human.

Your emotions will stabilize.

Your mindset will reset.

And you’ll be ready to take action again.

Why the Mindset Playlist is Critical Right Now

This process is more important now than ever before.

Think about the current economic climate.

Inflation is high.

The Trump tariff is in its early stages, and people are panicking.

It’s day two of the tariff, and many people are already reverting to zombie mode.

Here’s why:

When the economy feels unstable, people go into survival mode.

It’s like Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

At the very bottom of the chart is basic survival—food, water, and shelter.

The next level up is safety—security of employment, financial stability, and physical safety.

When these needs aren’t met, people get stuck in survival mode.

They’re constantly stressed about money, their job, and their future.

And that stress shows up in their body language.

They hunch over, their tonality weakens, and their energy collapses.

It’s a downward spiral.

When you’re stuck in survival mode, it’s almost impossible to project confidence.

Your body language and tonality reflect your internal state, and women can sense it immediately.

This is why the mindset playlist is so critical.

It’s a way to break free from survival mode and reset your brain.

It’s like a mental vaccine that protects you from the negative effects of stress, rejection, and self-doubt.

Story 3: The Redemption Arc

After being kicked out of the Kaizen program, the 52-year-old German student came back, asking if he could rejoin. I told him he could return, but only on one condition: he had to follow every single instruction I gave him without question.

When I asked him why he wanted to come back, he said he had one goal left—he wanted to sleep with a 20-year-old woman. He believed achieving this would leave him with no regrets in life. But to get there, he had to work on his mindset.

This is where the mindset playlist came in. Unlike before, when it took him weeks to complete anything, he followed my instructions immediately. He completed the mindset playlist in less than a day and updated it whenever he messed up. For discipline, I told him he might need to pinch himself or do squats whenever he failed to follow through. It wasn’t cruel—it was about rewiring his behavior. He agreed and executed every assignment with military precision.

Two weeks into the program, he got a same-day lay with a German woman who was 21 years old and 8.5/10 in looks. She was stunning. During sex, he was so shocked it was happening that his mouth was wide open the entire time, even as she left. But he got it done.

Six weeks into Kaizen, he had another lay—this time with a 25-year-old Middle Eastern woman who looked like a Latina. She was incredibly attractive, and other students rated her an 8/10. She was the same woman he had pulled before but failed to close. This time, his improved body language, slower speech, and refined tonality made all the difference. Within minutes of talking, she told him to take her home. She refused to hold hands in public, saying his appearance might ruin her reputation, but she was so attracted to him she didn’t care once they were alone.

Finally, his third lay came from a 21-year-old woman. This one wasn’t a same-day lay but a date setup. He flawlessly executed the phone number close, went on a date, and pulled her home. While she didn’t have the prettiest face compared to the other two, her body was incredible.

After achieving his goal of sleeping with younger women, he decided to quit daygame entirely. He felt he was too old to continue and had accomplished everything he wanted.

How the Mindset Playlist Works

Here’s how it works:

  1. Write Down the Takeaways: For each of the 26 audios, write down the key takeaways.
  2. Identify Your Mistakes: Next to each takeaway, write down how you’ve fallen short. Be brutally honest with yourself—this is about taking extreme ownership. You would add it to the 260 takeaway at the end of the sentence. Not resist like an unteachable case did saying hes already done it. Crashing out.
  3. Take Action: Listen to the Audio I would create for you: The mindset playlist with the takeaways are converted into text-to-speech audio, so you can listen and absorb the lessons. To turn a zombie back into a human.

This process forces you to confront your bad habits and take responsibility for your growth.

It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.

Its like a computer that is full of viruses and spyware.

Its all cleaned out and all the drivers are reinstalled.

Then you can go fast again for practicing and drilling down the habits to break bad habits.

Not like the unteachable cases who are lazy and said I did it once, so I got it already, why am I doing it again?

Those are foolish people, you can’t reason with them.

They will always sound unconfident, angry and mass approach like a zombie looking for half assed game techniques which no longer works.

And once you’ve done this, you’ll be ready to return to the outside-in process.

The Cycle: Outside-In, Inside-Out, and Back Again

Confidence is always outside-in at the start.

You have to act your way into it by fixing your body language, tonality, and facial expressions.

But at some point, you’ll plateau.

When that happens, you need to shift to inside-out.

You need to reset your mindset, confront your bad habits, and take ownership of your growth.

The mindset playlist is the tool that makes this possible.

And once you’ve reset your brain, you return to the outside-in process.

It’s a cycle.

Outside-in leads to inside-out.

Inside-out reinforces outside-in.

This cycle keeps building on itself, creating a stronger, more confident version of you.

Why This Matters More Than Ever

With the current economic challenges, this process is more important than ever.

The Trump tariff and inflation are creating uncertainty, and many people are reverting to zombie mode.

They’re stuck in survival mode, stressed about money, and unable to project confidence.

But this is also an opportunity.

If you can master the outside-in and inside-out cycle, you’ll rise above the chaos.

You’ll project confidence even in uncertain times.

And women will feel it.

They’ll sense your energy, your presence, and your ability to stay grounded under pressure.

This is how you stand out.

This is how you succeed.

This is the main reason why daygame has been harder last year and even this year.

Not because it is harder because women changed.

I’m sure they are affected by the inflation of course and tariffs.

They too will be in survival mode and giving more objections.

However, the PUAs or pickup artist will be twice as affected expecially when autism, aspergers, will have more coritsol pumping into your blood stream.

Even if you have some control over this, breaking habits.

This is a hormonal issue that affects your tonality.

This is not a technique or rationalization.

It is the winner and loser effect.

The more you win, the more testosterone you get.

The more you lose the more cortisol you get.

Confidence isn’t something you feel first.

It’s something you build.

And it’s time to start building yours by breaking bad habits by not being lazy with the drills and taking days or weeks off.

When you plateau, it’s usually because your mindset is holding you back.

Your external actions are solid, but your internal confidence hasn’t caught up.

This is when you need to shift to inside-out.

But it’s not about skipping steps—it’s about resetting your brain.

To really hammer in the point again, the mindset playlist is like a mental vaccine.

It’s designed to turn zombies back into humans.

Here’s what I mean:

When you’re stuck, it’s like you’ve turned into a zombie.

You’re emotionally blind, reactive, and stuck in survival mode.

For some unteachable cases which isn’t allowed in my training.

They will first go through a puratory like state of mind.

Story 4: The Rise and Fall of the German Student

After achieving his goal of sleeping with younger women, the 53-year-old German student quit daygame entirely. He believed he had done everything he wanted and no longer needed to continue. Despite my advice to keep going, he insisted he was done.

At this point, his ego had inflated, but his self-esteem had dropped. When self-esteem is low, the ego rises, and he became triggered easily. With his one-track mind, he decided to invest in another white dating coach to learn Tinder game. He spent double what the Kaizen program cost, only to see little to no results in daygame. Direct game didn’t work for him, as I had warned, but he didn’t listen. While he may have gotten laid on Tinder, it wasn’t a worthwhile investment, and he completely quit daygame for two years.

When he came back, he was stuck. He couldn’t afford the Kaizen program but wanted to train with me again. I offered him a lifetime membership for the inner circle, along with Elite Access for 1.5 years, which he accepted.

This time, he was determined to do things my way. The first step was the mindset playlist, and he completed it in half a day—an impressive turnaround compared to others who take weeks or even months. Next, he began practicing body language drills again, focusing on the daygame stop, keeping his body at a 45-degree angle, and correcting all the small details most people dismiss. Unlike before, he asked me not to make him pinch himself, and I respected that.

Soon after, while attending a conference for his job, he pulled an older woman, likely in her late 50s or 60s, and received a hand job in the bathroom. While it wasn’t a full lay, it was still a result from pickup.

The following week, he had sex with a woman who looked exactly like Megan Fox—except she had blonde hair and was 40 years old. She was stunning, a 10 out of 10, and even more attractive than the women other top students had pulled. She likely worked as a yoga instructor and had an incredible body and face. He tried to take a picture with her in the bedroom to create a testimonial, but she refused. Regardless, I believed him.

Despite these successes, his mindset began to crash again. His ego inflated, and his self-esteem plummeted. He became unteachable, unable to hear his mistakes, and started behaving like a zombie, stuck in a one-track mind. To combat this, I had him write down all his mistakes and play a 27-second audio designed to snap his brain out of its low self-esteem traits.

He has to go on google documents and write down all his mistakes as the 27 audio would help him for 30 seconds hear his mistakes.

I got many categories written down and sometimes he would repeat the mistakes more than 16 times unable to identify his mistakes like a latino during the inflation of 2024 at the time.

The audio addressed the four traits of low self-esteem:

  1. Delusional Brain: “Stop being a zombie. Shut the fuck up.”
  2. Half-Assed Brain: “Stop being lazy. Listen to John. Shut the fuck up.”
  3. Wrong Path to Sociopath: “Stop backstabbing yourself.”
  4. Quitter Brain: “Stop quitting and get back on track.”

While the audio helped temporarily, it wasn’t enough. His mindset had completely crashed again. Eventually, he moved to another country for work, leaving Germany behind.

The 4 Traits of Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem is one of the biggest obstacles to success in daygame—or in life, for that matter. It’s like a mental virus that infects every part of a person’s behavior, decision-making, and ability to learn.

When someone has low self-esteem, it manifests in very predictable ways. Let’s break it down:

  1. Delusional Thinking
People with low self-esteem often become delusional. It’s as if their senses are playing tricks on them, distorting reality to protect their fragile egos. For example, I once had a student who claimed there were no mistakes in his audio recordings. He couldn’t hear the errors, even though everyone else on the YouTube Live could clearly hear them. This wasn’t just about a lack of skill—it was emotional blindness. Emotional blindness is when someone is so disconnected from reality that they can’t process feedback objectively. They filter everything through their emotions, which makes them unable to recognize their own mistakes. And it’s not just limited to one person or one ethnicity—this is a universal problem for people with low self-esteem. They live in a bubble of denial, convincing themselves they’re doing everything right when, in reality, they’re falling short.
  2. Half-Assing It
The second trait of low self-esteem is laziness, or what I call “half-assing it.”These are the students who do something once, take a break, and then complain about how hard it is. They have what I call a half-assed zombie mentality. They’re not fully committed to the process. They do the bare minimum, and when you call them out on it, they crash out emotionally. Why? Because their high ego and low self-esteem make them incredibly sensitive to criticism. Instead of taking ownership, they get offended. They make excuses. They shut down. This laziness isn’t just about physical effort—it’s a mental block. It’s the inability to push through discomfort and put in consistent, focused work.
  3. Making the Wrong Decisions
The third trait is consistently making poor decisions. People with low self-esteem often choose the wrong path, and it leads them to failure. In the past, it might have taken four months for their bad decisions to catch up with them. But now, in 2025, it’s happening faster than ever. The economic stress, inflation, and uncertainty are magnifying these mistakes. They’ll pick a strategy or approach that’s doomed to fail, ignore all the warning signs, and then act surprised when it doesn’t work out. It’s not just bad luck—it’s a pattern. Their low self-esteem clouds their judgment, making them blind to better options.
  4. Quitting
Finally, the fourth trait of low self-esteem is quitting. When their delusions are shattered, when their half-assed efforts don’t pay off, and when their poor decisions lead to failure, they give up. They throw in the towel, retreat into their comfort zones, and convince themselves that success just isn’t possible for them. This is the ultimate expression of low self-esteem: the inability to persevere.

The 5 Traits of Stubborn, One-Track Behavior. If the 4 traits of low self esteem, what happens if the zombie decays into hell?

This is even lower than the other one I mentioned earlier.

Now, let’s talk about a specific subset of behavior that I’ve observed in certain students. I won’t call it what I used to, but you’ll recognize it.

This is the mentality of someone who is stuck in a rigid, one-track way of thinking. It’s like an old Pentium One computer—slow, outdated, and incapable of adapting to new information.

Here are the five traits:

  1. One-Track Mind
These students approach every problem with a one-size-fits-all mentality. They believe there’s only one step, one solution, or one answer to every challenge. They can’t think critically or adapt to new situations because their mental “processor” is too slow. This rigidity makes it almost impossible for them to grow or improve.
  2. Choosing the Wrong Path
Just like with low self-esteem, these students often make sociopathic decisions. They prioritize shortcuts, gimmicks, or ego-driven strategies over proven methods. And just like before, these decisions fail—usually within four months or less. They’re so focused on their one-track approach that they can’t see the bigger picture.
  3. Emotional Meltdowns
When their rigid strategies fail, they don’t just accept it and move on—they have emotional meltdowns. They crash out, often blaming others or claiming they’ve been offended. This is their narcissistic response to failure.Instead of taking responsibility, they lash out or shut down. This has been happening more frequently lately—almost weekly. It’s a symptom of the stress people are under in today’s economic climate.
  4. Quitting
After their meltdown, they quit. They give up on the process, retreat into their old habits, and convince themselves that success isn’t possible. It’s a cycle of failure that keeps repeating itself.
  5. Resurrecting Themselves
But here’s the twist—after quitting, they often try to resurrect themselves. They’ll come back, claiming they’re ready to start fresh, but they haven’t addressed the root of the problem. They’re still stuck in their old patterns, and the cycle begins again.

Breaking the Cycle: The 4 Traits of Low Self-Esteem Are Fixable

The 4 traits of low self-esteem are not permanent.

They are fixable with the right tools and consistent effort.

It all starts with taking ownership and committing to the process.

Delusional thinking can be corrected with feedback and self-awareness.

Half-assing it can be overcome by developing discipline and following the Kaizen approach—getting 1% better every day.

Making the wrong decisions can be avoided by following proven systems and resisting the urge to take shortcuts.

Quitting can be prevented by building resilience and focusing on small, incremental wins.

These are all behaviors that can be changed with the right mindset and tools.

But here’s the critical part:

You must take action.

You can’t just hope these traits will go away on their own.

You have to actively work on them through drills, mindset resets, and consistent practice.

The mindset playlist is essential here.

It’s designed to reset your brain, confront your mistakes, and build a stronger foundation for confidence.

When you follow the process, you’ll stop crashing out.

You’ll stop falling into the same patterns.

And you’ll finally start seeing real progress.

The 5 Stages of Zombie Meltdown: When They Don’t Fix It

But what happens when someone doesn’t take action?

What happens when they ignore the tools, avoid the mindset playlist, and stay stuck in their bad habits?

That’s when they enter the 5 stages of zombie meltdown.

This is a much harder cycle to break.

It’s not just low self-esteem—it’s a complete mental and emotional collapse.

Here’s how it happens:

  1. Self-Deception for the one track mind.
They start lying to themselves. They convince themselves that everything is fine, even when it’s not. They’ll talk about their past successes—how they had girlfriends before or did well at their job. But all of that was before inflation and the current economic stress. They use these memories to shield themselves from reality. It’s a coping mechanism for their narcissism, but it only deepens their delusion.
  2. Triggered Behavior
When reality starts to break through their self-deception, they get triggered. They lash out at others, blaming anyone but themselves for their situation. They’ll say things like, “You’re triggering me,” or “You’re the reason I’m stuck.” This is classic blame-shifting. It’s a sociopathic response, where they feel the need to win at all costs. Instead of taking responsibility, they double down on their delusion. In fact, this is very similar to the far left response to Donald Trump and Elon Musk doge, department of government efficiency. They start to lash out with bad decisions.
  3. Meltdown
This is where everything falls apart. The stress of survival mode, combined with their delusions and triggered behavior, leads to a complete meltdown. They crash out emotionally, financially, and mentally. Their body language collapses. Their tonality becomes weak and uncertain. They’re stuck in the lowest level of Maslow’s hierarchy—pure survival mode. At this point, they’re no longer thinking like a rational human. They’re operating purely on emotion, unable to see a way out. Its almost identical to people firebombing Tesla dealerships crashing out. They are in zombie mode. A narcissistic sociopath. With machevellian manipulation of self deception manipulating themselves to go further into low self esteem. Its similar to the woke mind virus. Its almost likely all of these people who are crashing out, they are almost always likely to have voted for Kamala Harriss. Lets not get too political as this is a metaphor. But yes people do think like that and Donald Trump calls them lunatics. I call them zombies.
  4. Stuck in Zombie Mode
After quitting, they don’t move forward. They stay stuck in zombie mode—emotionally blind, reactive, and unable to think clearly. They repeat the same patterns over and over again, never making real progress. And because they’re in survival mode, they crash out even faster the next time.
  5. They will resurrect. Maybe they would go back to Night game, or Tinder which worked during the pandemic, but before the inflation and now day 2 of the tariffs. If they didn’t go back to MGTOW. Men going their own way.

Why This is Happening More Often

I’ve been seeing this pattern more and more lately.

Every week, there’s a new meltdown.

Someone crashes out, blames me, and quits.

It’s happening because of the current economic stress.

Some of the former students, I save their life from being homeless by teaching them sales and tonality mastery to get more clients.

They still are ungreatful and dismiss and shoot down all of your ideas that they can’t deal with objections.

But in their one track mind, in the hell mode, they crash out.

Inflation, the Trump tariff, and financial uncertainty are putting people in survival mode.

When you’re constantly stressed about money and security, it’s hard to focus on growth.

Your body language weakens.

Your tonality collapses.

Your energy disappears.

And if you don’t have the tools to reset your mindset, you’ll stay stuck in this cycle.

The Solution: The Mindset Playlist

The mindset playlist is the key to breaking free.

If these students had done the mindset playlist, they wouldn’t have crashed out.

Here’s how it works:

  • You listen to all 26 audios.
  • You write down 10 takeaways per video—that’s 260 takeaways total.
  • You write down all your mistakes and how they relate to those takeaways.
  • I create an AI-generated text-to-speech audio of your notes, so you can listen to them repeatedly without having to rewrite everything.

This process forces you to confront your mistakes, reset your brain, and start thinking like a human again.

It’s like a mental vaccine that protects you from the stress and delusion of zombie mode.

Once you’ve reset your mindset, you can return to the outside-in process.

You can start practicing confident body language, tonality, and facial expressions again.

And this time, you’ll do it with a clearer mind and stronger internal confidence.

Now, let’s talk about the bigger challenges affecting confidence today.

I have a prediction that the tariffs and inflation we’re seeing right now—like the Trump tariff that just happened—are going to affect people’s tonalities a lot more.

Economic stress creates tension, and that tension shows up in your body language and your voice.

If you’re not careful, it can drag you down without you even realizing it.

This is why fixing confidence from the outside in is so important.

It gives you a way to counteract those external stressors.

When you stand tall, speak with confidence, and project strength, you’re not just fighting back against the challenges of the day—you’re rising above them.

And this is where most other dating coaches fail.

They don’t address these deeper issues.

They focus on lines, routines, and “game,” but they never teach their students how to build real confidence.

That’s why their students don’t get consistent results.

That’s why they’re not getting laid, getting married, or building real connections.

Confidence isn’t about the words you say—it’s about the energy you project.

And that energy starts with mastering external skills.

So, the question is: are you ready to take control?

Are you ready to stop waiting for confidence to “click” and start building it yourself?

Because once you do, everything changes.

You stop overthinking.

You stop second-guessing yourself.

You start approaching with ease, knowing that your tonality and body language are doing most of the work for you.

And women feel it.

They feel your confidence.

They feel your presence.

And they respond to it.

This is how you create real, lasting confidence.

Not by waiting for it to happen, but by taking action.

By mastering the external skills that lead to internal transformation.

And when you do, you’ll see the results—not just in daygame, but in every area of your life.

Confidence isn’t something you feel first.

It’s something you build.

And it’s time to start building yours.

BACK TO OUTSIDE IN AGAIN. IF YOU DIDN’T CRASH OUT…

Once you’ve plateaued with your mindset and dealt with the internal barriers holding you back, it’s time to switch back to the outside-in process.

This is where the real work begins again.

But here’s the thing—because of the damage caused by what we’ll call “one-track zombie behavior,” you’re not starting from the same place you were before.

You’re starting weaker.

Your body language has likely regressed.

Your facial expressions might be less congruent.

Your tonality might lack the energy and conviction it once had.

This is why you can’t just casually return to outside-in.

You have to double down.

You have to focus harder than ever before.

Think of it like a magnifying glass.

If you scatter the sunlight, it won’t create any real heat.

But if you focus that beam on a single point, it becomes powerful enough to start a fire.

That’s exactly how your focus needs to be when switching back to outside-in.

You can’t scatter your energy across multiple areas.

You can’t half-ass your drills or take breaks longer than two days.

It’s like drilling for oil—you have to pick one or two spots and keep digging.

If you keep stopping or jumping around, you’ll never hit the reservoir.

This level of focus is non-negotiable.

Zombie mode cripples you.

It leaves you emotionally drained, mentally scattered, and physically weak.

If you don’t reset properly and commit to focused action, you’ll stay stuck in that state.

Here’s what happens if you don’t focus:

Your body language will remain weak and incongruent.

Your facial expressions will continue to betray your lack of confidence.

Your tonality will project uncertainty and hesitation.

Women will pick up on all of this immediately.

You can’t fake confidence when your external actions are out of alignment.

This is why drills are so important.

Drills are the fastest way to break bad habits and rebuild strong, confident behaviors.

Drills are like watering a plant.

If you stop watering it, even for a few days, it starts to wither.

The same is true for your confidence.

You have to keep practicing your drills consistently—every day if possible.

Stand tall, shoulders back, chest slightly out.

Practice open, grounded posture.

Avoid fidgeting or shifting your weight excessively.

Maintain a calm, relaxed face.

Practice smiling naturally and making strong eye contact.

Avoid tension in your jaw or forehead.

Focus on speaking with a calm, steady, and authoritative voice.

Avoid rushing your words or sounding overly aggressive.

Practice projecting your voice with confidence.

Commit to your drills daily—no breaks longer than two days.

Track your progress and focus on incremental improvements.

Treat every drill session like a workout for your confidence.

To rebuild your confidence, you need momentum.

This is why the 21-day or 30-day challenges are so effective.

They force you to stay consistent and focused, even when it’s hard.

By the end of the challenge, you’ll have rebuilt the habits that zombie mode destroyed.

You’ll feel stronger, more grounded, and more in control.

But the key is not taking breaks.

If you take too many breaks, you’ll lose momentum.

And once you lose momentum, it’s incredibly hard to get it back.

If you scatter your focus, you’ll never make real progress.

It’s like trying to juggle too many things at once—you’ll drop all of them.

This is why you need to focus on one or two areas at a time.

Start with body language and tonality.

Once those are solid, move on to facial expressions and emotional control.

By narrowing your focus, you’ll see faster, more consistent results.

If you don’t commit to this process, you’ll stay stuck in zombie mode.

Your confidence will remain weak.

Your results will stagnate.

And you’ll find yourself repeating the same patterns over and over again.

It’s a vicious cycle, and the only way out is through consistent, focused action.

Switching back to outside-in after plateauing at mindset isn’t easy.

It requires discipline, focus, and a commitment to daily improvement.

But it’s the only way to rebuild your confidence and start seeing results again.

So, ask yourself:

Are you ready to focus like a laser beam?

Are you ready to commit to the 21-day or 30-day challenge?

Are you ready to double down on your drills and rebuild your external confidence?

Because if you are, everything changes.

You’ll stop feeling stuck.

You’ll stop second-guessing yourself.

And you’ll start projecting the kind of confidence that women can feel.

Confidence isn’t something you feel first—it’s something you build.

And it’s time to start building yours again.

Once you go back to outside-in, don’t fall into the trap of thinking this is a gamified process where you can just do one technique once and think you’re done.

That’s not how it works.

You can’t just check a box and expect everything to magically improve.

This is about consistent, focused effort.

You need to keep building on your progress, day after day, without taking long breaks or losing momentum.

For those who might not understand the Death Star reference, let me explain.

In Star Wars, the Death Star is a massive battle station capable of destroying an entire planet.

It doesn’t scatter its power across multiple targets.

Instead, it focuses multiple beams into one single, concentrated blast.

That’s the kind of focus you need.

You can’t scatter your energy across too many areas or half-ass your drills.

You need to channel everything into one powerful effort, aiming directly at your target.

If you do this consistently, you’ll see results.

But if you scatter your focus or take shortcuts, you’ll crash out.

You’ll lower your self-esteem, and the whole process will unravel.

Self-esteem is built by completing tasks, staying consistent, and making real transformations.

Every time you finish a task, you’re depositing into your self-esteem bank account.

The more deposits you make, the stronger your confidence becomes.

Your ego goes down.

You become less triggered.

You crash out less.

This is the cycle: outside-in until you plateau, then inside-out to reset, and then back to outside-in to keep building.

This is the true nature of transformation.

Anyone can be confident if they focus.

It’s all about staying consistent, staying human, and keeping your beam locked on the target.

I’ll see you in the next challenge.

You won’t believe what the next topic is.
