I THINK THE RELATIONS ARE IMPROVED

I’m staying with the company for now. I’ll be making changes. I’ll be focusing on the Asians and I might introduce Johnny Wayne. He is a much more nicer guy. Hes not the Dan Pena, but the Dan Lok. I’m also going to focus on podcast and power point presentations. When people sees me not being nice. They kind of freak out. Until I can get a better camera. I’m thinking of getting a gimbal. I might have to pay Mr. S to be a camera man.

Video editing quality needs to improve a lot

I’ll be using the podcast to master my vocal tonality and then go and pay someone to master public speaking.

 

 

THEORY

I always sucked at this but I have a very good tip. I tried it to see what happens. Wow, did it ever work for me, I would like to share it with you.

Most of you are not doers, but talkers. So I’ll give concrete steps.

 

First one is write down what you do at every single hour. So only 24 notes. I used a white board.

That’s it. Then once you see how much time you waste listening to music, you will blog your fucking mind.

 

 

STEPS

Advice doesn’t mean anything unless you do it.

 

Step 1. Get out a piece of paper.

step 2, write out every single hour of your day what you did, list it all

step 3 do this until you reach 24 hours or 24 spaces.

Step 4. repeat the steps for the second day

 

Conclusion

 

I was shocked how much time I wasted when I talk to someone. An unimportant call. Or an argument, I get mentally distressed for the next few hours. Or talk to unnecessary time wasting clients

So I should turn my phone off sometimes. So that way I can focus on non distractions

Another strange habit is the excessive amount of 90’s music I listen to. I have no idea why. I listened to this song so much.

It was after the Roy Purdy video. He has a very good happy fun positive carefree vibe I have when I daygame. I’m not the same person. I’m pretty positive and stuff.

 

I talk to everyone the same. But I realized that I can decide for every aspect of business, friends and talking to clients. No I won’t suck up to you, but if you train under me, I am a disclipinarian. It gets results. But is there a better way?

I don’t know if there is a better way yet. The other appealing to the ego and making you understand. If you want into a boxing ring. I comfort you and tell you what to do without the drills concept I invented. You will get knocked out.

Seriously, that’s why I invented the drills concept after 5 years of Krav Maga. I was put though drills, exercises and sparring. I can fight, but that only worked because of the drills.

 

I don’t know a better way and there is no one better than me for coaching bootcamps. But not to brag, you know if I am a coach with so much track record. Then it benefits you too. Its not an ego thing, but you will have a higher standard. You will be forced to grow.

Squats doesn’t hurt too much. Imagine if you didn’t train your dog? You just talk to it, will it work?

 

Can I rationalize your way to winning an MMA fight? What if you go off to war? Can you rationalize soilders without training them? Of course not. Of course not.

 

I also noticed I spend a lot of time and able to focus in the morning. I don’t sleep much I work pretty hard on stuff.

I think I need to focus on the bigger things that are necessary that are making more money. I honestly put so much effort into copywriting improving it for this page.

 

 

 

I can transfer it back to the blog here and hopefully it works better. The skills can be useful. Its a long journey of kaizen.

 

I also realized looking over the schedule. I wasn’t focused on the main thing. I shifted around many different things. Instead of one thing at a time. It was very attention deficiet like. It wasn’t the main thing. I couldn’t even believe it.

 

If you wanted something done, instead of focusing on three things. Which slows down the efficiency, why not focus on one instead?

Imagine learning how to fight for example. Why not focus on mastering one punch until it is 7/10? I bought more courses on copywriting, to write sales letters. I’m just going to finish and applying one skill. See how it goes.

 

 

There is more important things to focus on.

In the past I used to have a chart of focus.

A-1, A-2, A-3 equals the order of importances.

B-1, B-2, B-3. this section is less important

C-1, C-2 etc

D means delagate to someone else

E = its not as important as I once thought anymore

 

So new systems will be in place. I’m excited to eventually get my new camera.
