LEARNING TO SUBMIT TO MENTORS WHO CAN GET STUDENT RESULTS

The hardest part is to learn to submit and learn not to resist. If you can take away the resistance. You get a flood gate of results. You get more and more results.

Of course there are places where they don’t offer results. Guys with higher SMV like weight lifting coaches who has genetic muscle advantages. You learn from them, you get no results.

I listened and applied what I was taught by a coach who has health problems. I did what he said and guess what, it works. I gained muscles. He wasn’t levelling. He had it tougher than most.

 

You can never learn the game from someone with a higher SMV than you. SMV plays a huge role in the game and transferability.

That’s the best advice I can give. If you took Elite 30 and just did it exactly and not resist? Well lots of people get laid or pull on their first week. That’s the fundementals. That’s actually more than 60% of the game right there in that course.
