So every time he experienced this with the memories. He also has the feelings with it in the visualization

It’s very very painful especially when you care about that friend

They will get extremely depressed

Or even if they have done some war crimes

There are some people out there who do not experience a lot of mental Trauma

If you don’t have much emotions at all, then you never get triggered. 

You will never feel any sort of mental trauma

Also, sociopaths know how to use mental trauma against you. 

That’s why I ignore the word salad

The mechanism is to give a false accusation

Then they want to bring a pain point up

Then you try to make you feel guilty

And they like to argue in the circle that’s what they love to do

So they can continue to do this

Sociopaths do this automatically almost all of them. 

sociopaths and narcissists will all use the word Salad

You might have parents like this, you might have Bullies like this. 

You might have competitors like this

The point is, when they use the word salad. 

Try to scramble your mind you know you’re dealing with a sociopath and verbal violence

Or you’ve been in the heightened situation when it comes to war

You’ve been through a lot of post traumatic stress

Post meaning afterwards

Because you don’t deal with it and you have a heightened emotion

It’s not about stoicism or mental toughness

How do you try your best to be tough just to get a lot of mental flicted wounds that are painful

If you go through trauma you have to deal with it

Some people interpret things better than others. 

Your interpretations have a huge role in how you see the mental trauma

Cause your thoughts can also affect your feelings

This can also affect your actions in the future

Something happens where they feel ashamed it’s almost like all three of these are connected

They have a view of women that they’re very aggressive and hostile

Sometimes they don’t realize because of their own aspergers or lack of social intelligence that this happens

When they’re in school they’re very isolated and bullied even

They always pick on those who are the weakest the scape goat
