When I was trained I used a lot of drills like they did

I had to learn how to get out of headlocks, choke holds, bear hugs, double leg take downs, weapon disarming

We would spend 15 minutes in a row, with that one drill over and over and over then get corrected.

 

In the beginning they try to tire you out so all your muscles fails. Then the class begins, it was savage.

That means only a small percentage of your moves works.

Krav Maga was very easy to implement, it was very natural for your instincts.

 

The weakness was some organizations doesn’t spar, but the one I was part of did.

I sparred every single time at the end of the class, did I ever get too much sparing experience…

 

 

THE CLASS WAS BROKEN UP INTO THE STRIKING SELF DEFENSE CLASS. AFTERWARDS WHO WAS INVITED WAS ALLOWED TO SPAR, THEN LASTLY WEAPON DISARMING

You had to be invited or graduate to fight class and weapon disarming. I graduated to it in the first week, while others takes years or many months

 

Without the last two components, without a resisting opponent. Its harder

THE SECRET TO SUCCESS IS TO MEASURE EVERYTHING SO YOU KNOW WHERE TO CALIBRATE

Know your numbers is the secret to success

Obviously if you are measuring things, but you aren’t calibrating, you will also burn out

You need to know how many approaches to an instadate, how many to a pull, how many to a lay.

I know how many student testimonials, even how many students got results, how many bootcamp student gets results

Know even how big your muscles are down to the cm.

If you got higher SMV you will know roughly X amount of approaches you will get Y results.

So its not so much about game to some, it is about SMVing it with protector status, preselection with just enough calibrations to get over that line.

Obviously every race isn’t equal, the start at different points

Same with different heights

Different levels of social calibrations for the body language which you can rate.

OR I CAN RATE FOR YOU, SINCE MOST DELUSIONAL IMPOSSIBLE CASES OVER ESTIMATE IT

Whatever you think your number is, divide it by 2.

So if you think you are teachable, you think it is a 3, it is really a 1.5.

You think you are changeable, adaptable, maybe a 5, it is really 3.5.

I know since I coach you, but always divide the first delusional number, don’t censor it, then divide it by half.
