I can use some if this for spare parts, get a cheaper version less ram, then use these parts, but I’m not interested in opening another laptop.

This new one has 2 nvme sad slots. I probably could take this one apart too and put it into new laptop. But I don’t want to reopen another laptop.

turns out the other laptop same brand cost $1700 cad, way cheaper. Same cpu, 3000 series nvida gpu.

I might get a tablet to edit too. Use that keyboard with it. Have multiple devices to edit videos.

The problem is the laptop is only 15 inches.
