The biggest problem with engineering students is that they don’t actually understand anything. So when you try to explain it to them, they still don’t understand and they don’t do.

Their goal is to drag it into the ground as much as humanly possible.

You are literally grabbing the bull by the horns.

Imagine Elon Musk has to explain to your dumb ask about things that you don’t understand. But why should he spend time trying to explain it to you over and over when you don’t get it because you’re an ignorant?

Won’t this impede action and stop you from taking the right action because you don’t understand?

Then this will go on for hours and endless b.s Loop

of their mental bullshit over and over again as you keep explaining and explaining and explaining and explaining.

I USUALLY DON’T DRILL DOWN THE SOCIAL SKILLS FLOW DRILL. I WRITE A NUMBER FOR EVERY TIME THEY DID IT RIGHT. FIRST DAY WAS 40 ATTEMPTS. SECOND DAY DOWN TO 15…

I don’t normally drill down how many times they do the social skill flow drill as they breakdown the components one step at a time.

But looking at the last few students in three MP, they didn’t get this into the neural pathways because they will not stop resisting and trying to understand.

You gotta treat it more like the army, where you’re doing repetitions over and over and over again.

It’s like planting a seed and then I water it over and over and then you germinate the seed that way it keeps growing.

After it keeps growing overtime,

eventually it will sprout off the ground.

You will never get it sprouting off the ground if you keep resisting and not doing the repetitions.

The Asian student is so ******* slow that doing 12 repetitions already tires him out.

This student did 21 repetitions yesterday for the newest 3 MP student.

But I expect him to do a minimum of 40 repetitions, so stop trying to resist.

THE OTHER ASIAN STUDENT IS SUPER SLOW. HE KNOWS IT, SO I AM LITERALLY SKIPPING TO THE INTADATE PART FIRST. SINCE HE IS LITERALLY GOING IN SLOW MOTION.

I’ve taught many unteachable cases before, and since they can’t do more than 12 repetitions, this is a common pattern.

I rather focus on the later steps like how to get Insta date rather than the earlier steps.

I’ve had students stuck on day one for more than 10 days or 15 days in a row. Seriously.

Most of those guys will be kicked out of my program if they’re that slow.

Right now the Asian student is on day four, but before he was stuck on day two forever.

They have to pass the exercise before I move on.

these days i changed my mind because some of them cannot actually pass the exercise.

There needs to be a cut off point at some point.

The more autistic they are, the more unlikely they’re gonna make it past the obstacle course.

This has nothing to do with their software or their brain.

This is entirely related to their their hardware.

P.S, how do you know all this stuff John. I’ve taught engineers for way too long. I finally want to speak up. Let the world know your weaknesses. For the first time in a long time, people gets a specific birds eye view of your lives. How you think. Don’t think I don’t understand you. I really do, more than anybody. Cause Elite 30 was created as an exact counter to Aspergers Syndrome.

UPDATE: THIS NEW STUDENT TODAY ON DAY 3 DID REALLY GOOD. HE WAS AT A LEVEL OF DAY 6. HE SEEMS TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO FEEL REMORSE, ALSO CAN SLIGHTLY EMPATHIZE, WHILE NOT PERFECTLY. HE WILL CRUSH THE OTHER STUDENTS IN DUST.

I’m not sure about his body language, but he can do the social skills flow drill now

yes he has made mistakes…

but nothing that isn’t intolerable…
