5 day challenge, day 2

Day 2 is HEREโ€”and if youโ€™ve made it this far, youโ€™re already ahead of 99% of people.

But listen closelyโ€ฆ today is CRUCIAL.

If you skip this, your entire challenge and progress could fall apart.

Why? Because today, Iโ€™m about to reveal one of the biggest myths holding you back in daygameโ€”and if you donโ€™t understand this, nothing else will work.

Most guys THINK they know what confidence is, but theyโ€™re dead wrong.

Stick with meโ€”because once you get this, everything changes.

You Donโ€™t Need to Be Rich, Good-Looking, or Have Status to Succeed

Let me ask you something:

Have you ever thought, โ€œIโ€™m not rich enough, I donโ€™t have status, and Iโ€™m not good-lookingโ€ฆ so women wonโ€™t give me a chanceโ€?

If youโ€™ve ever felt that way, youโ€™re not alone.

But hereโ€™s the truth: you donโ€™t need any of those things to succeed in daygame.

And Iโ€™m going to prove it to you.

Meet My 52-Year-Old German Student

This guy was one of the most stubborn students Iโ€™ve ever coached.

He was 5โ€™7โ€, bald, overweight, and honestly, probably the ugliest student Iโ€™ve ever worked with. He had no looks, no status, and no money to flash around.

But none of that mattered.

Why? Because he mastered confidence from the outside in.

He followed my system to the letter, and the results speak for themselves.

  • He got a Ukrainian girlfriend using husband material.
  • He got laid with three different women in their early 20s, including a stunning 21-year-old German woman rated 8.5/10.
  • Later, he slept with a Megan Fox lookalikeโ€”a 40-year-old yoga instructor who was a perfect 10/10.

This guy didnโ€™t have clout. He didnโ€™t have natural status. But women looked past all of that because of his confident body language, tonality, and mindset.

Confidence Comes from Outside In

Hereโ€™s the biggest myth Iโ€™m going to shatter for you today:

Most people think confidence is something you feel first, and then you act on it.

WRONG.

Confidence is built from the outside in.

When you fix your body language, master your tonality, and practice the right social skills, your internal confidence starts to grow naturally.

This is exactly what my German student did.

He didnโ€™t start with confidence. He started with drills.

He practiced his body language relentlessly, sent me videos every day, and made every correction I gave him.

He slowed down his speech, improved his tonality, and mastered the art of the daygame stop.

And guess what? Women responded.

The Economic Landscape Will Test You

Now, letโ€™s talk about the bigger picture.

With Trumpโ€™s tariffs and the shifting economy, you might feel uncertain. Inflation, financial stressโ€”itโ€™s all real.

But hereโ€™s my second prediction for this year:

This is a golden opportunity.

Even though the economy might feel unstable right now, itโ€™s going to rebound. Jobs will come back, wages will rise, and social dynamics will shift.

Women will become more open, more confident, and more willing to connect.

But only if youโ€™ve done the work to position yourself as a high-value man.

This is why you need to stay focused.

Master your confidence now, so when the opportunities come, youโ€™re ready to dominate.

Whatโ€™s Holding You Back?

If a 52-year-old bald, overweight German man can pull three women in their early 20s and sleep with a Megan Fox lookalike, whatโ€™s stopping you?

You donโ€™t need to be rich.
You donโ€™t need to have status.
You donโ€™t need to be good-looking.

What you DO need is the willingness to follow the system, do the drills, and master confidence from the outside in.

So, are you ready to stop making excuses and start making progress?

Because tomorrow, weโ€™re taking this to the next level.

You wonโ€™t believe whatโ€™s coming next.

Confidence Comes from Outside In

The Stubborn German Student

A 5โ€™7โ€ German student, referred by a friend, was one of the most stubborn and unattractive students Iโ€™ve ever coached. He had no looks, no status, and a big nose that made him look repulsive. But what he lacked in appearance, he made up for in determination.

The first step was fixing his fashionโ€”elevator shoes, proper pants, and the same style my students use today. This alone elevated his appearance.

He then started practicing body language like crazy, sending me videos constantly. Every day, I critiqued his hunch, his arm positioning, his stance, and every small detail until we fixed everything. His posture became confident, his movements precise, and his presence began to change.

Next, to build his confidence, I had him take photos standing next to attractive women for pre-selection. While it didnโ€™t boost his status, it opened his mindset, and he started trusting me more.

Eventually, he met a Ukrainian woman through daygame. She worked in the Ukrainian parliament before the war, though I canโ€™t confirm this. When they were alone in her room, he initially framed himself as a quick fling, which didnโ€™t work. I guided him to seed the idea of being husband material instead.

This shift changed everything. She opened up, and they had sex multiple timesโ€”six to eight times in a row. They later entered a courtship, moving from casual encounters to something more serious.

Letโ€™s talk about the core concept of outside-in.

This is the foundation of confidence, and itโ€™s the reason why so many people struggle to project the right energy in daygame.

Most people think they can just change their mindset and everything else will fall into place.

They believe that if they โ€œfeelโ€ confident, their tonality, body language, and results will automatically align.

But thatโ€™s not how it works.

Confidence doesnโ€™t start from your state of mindโ€”it starts from your body.

Your body language and facial expressions are the gateway to everything else.

They determine your state of mind, which then influences your tonality and the words you say.

Itโ€™s an outside-in process.

Let me explain how this works.

When you adjust your body language, youโ€™re sending signals to your brain.

If you stand tall, shoulders back, chest slightly out, and head held high, your brain picks up on these physical cues and starts to believe, โ€œIโ€™m in control. Iโ€™m confident.โ€

This is why body language is so powerfulโ€”it doesnโ€™t just affect how others see you; it affects how you see yourself.

Your brain is constantly reading your body for feedback.

When your body language is strong and confident, your brain reacts by creating a confident state of mind.

Itโ€™s like a loop.

Your body tells your brain, โ€œWeโ€™re confident,โ€ and your brain reinforces that belief.

That confident state of mind then flows into your tonality.

Your voice becomes calm, controlled, and authoritative.

It projects strength and certainty, which women pick up on immediately.

But hereโ€™s the thingโ€”it works both ways.

If your body language is weak, your brain picks up on that too.

For example, if youโ€™re slouching, hunching over, or avoiding eye contact, your brain interprets these signals as, โ€œWeโ€™re not confident. Weโ€™re not in control.โ€

This creates a negative state of mind, which affects your tonality.

Your voice becomes shaky, unclear, or overly fast.

It lacks conviction, and women can feel that instantly.

This is why outside-in is so important.

You canโ€™t just start with your state of mind and expect everything else to fall into place.

If your body language is incongruentโ€”if it doesnโ€™t match the confidence youโ€™re trying to projectโ€”your brain will reject the idea of confidence altogether.

Itโ€™s like trying to convince yourself youโ€™re calm while your heart is racing.

Your body and mind are connected, and they need to work in harmony.

So, if you want to change your tonality, you must start by changing your body language.

Hereโ€™s how:

  1. Stand Tall: Keep your shoulders back, chest slightly out, and head held high. This is the foundation of confident body language.
  2. Open Your Posture: Avoid crossing your arms, slouching, or leaning too far back. Open, grounded posture signals confidence and approachability.
  3. Relax Your Face: A calm, relaxed face projects confidence. Avoid tension in your jaw or forehead, and practice smiling naturally.
  4. Control Your Movements: Confident people move with intention. Avoid fidgeting, shifting your weight excessively, or making erratic gestures.

When you adopt these physical cues, your brain will follow.

Itโ€™s like flipping a switch.

Your body creates the conditions for confidence, and your brain reinforces those conditions.

This is why I teach my students to stand at a 45-degree diagonal.

This posture projects confidence outward while also making you feel grounded and in control.

Itโ€™s a subtle adjustment, but it has a massive impact on your state of mind and how others perceive you.

Now, letโ€™s talk about how this ties into tonality.

Your tonality is a direct reflection of your state of mind.

When your body language signals confidence, your brain creates a confident state of mind, and that state of mind flows into your voice.

Your tonality becomes calm, steady, and authoritative.

Itโ€™s not rushed or shaky.

Itโ€™s not overly loud or aggressive.

Itโ€™s balanced and controlled.

But if your body language is weak, your tonality suffers.

For example, if youโ€™re slouching or hunching over, your voice will naturally become quieter and less engaging.

Itโ€™s not just about volumeโ€”itโ€™s about the energy behind your voice.

When your body language is strong, your voice has energy, presence, and emotional resonance.

When your body language is weak, your voice lacks those qualities.

This is why fixing your body language is the first step to fixing your tonality.

You canโ€™t just force yourself to sound confident if your body is sending the opposite signals.

Your tonality is a reflection of your state of mind, and your state of mind is shaped by your body language.

Itโ€™s all connected.

Hereโ€™s another way to think about it:

Your body language is the foundation.

Itโ€™s the base layer that everything else is built on.

If the foundation is weak, the whole structure collapses.

But if the foundation is strong, everything else falls into place.

This is why confidence starts from the outside in.

You canโ€™t skip this step.

You canโ€™t just think your way into confidence or hope that it will magically appear.

You have to take action.

You have to adjust your body language, practice the right habits, and create the conditions for confidence to grow.

When you do this consistently, everything changes.

Your tonality improves.

Your state of mind becomes stronger.

And you start to project an energy that women can feel.

Itโ€™s not just about what you sayโ€”itโ€™s about how you say it and the energy behind your words.

This is the power of outside-in.

Confidence is Always Outside-In

Letโ€™s simplify this: confidence is always outside-in.

Itโ€™s not some abstract concept or overly complicated process. Itโ€™s practical, actionable, and rooted in continuous improvement.

Think of it like Kaizenโ€”a Japanese concept that means continuous improvement. Every single day, you aim to get 1% better. Thatโ€™s how my students operate. They do 30-day challenges to reinforce the outside-in approach.

Why? Because confidence doesnโ€™t come from sitting around and thinking about it. It comes from action. It comes from fixing your body language, tonality, and facial expressions first. These external actions create the conditions for confidence to develop.

If youโ€™re unconfident and you try to start from the inside-out, youโ€™re setting yourself up for failure.

Hereโ€™s why:

When youโ€™re already unconfident, your body language will naturally collapse as you face rejection. Youโ€™ll start to hunch more, your tonality will weaken, and your energy will drain.

Itโ€™s like a vicious cycle.

If you try to โ€œthink your wayโ€ into confidence while your external actions are incongruent, your brain will reject the idea entirely. Itโ€™ll say, โ€œThis doesnโ€™t feel right,โ€ and youโ€™ll spiral further into doubt.

This is why it has to be outside-in.

You start by fixing your body language.

You stand tall, shoulders back, chest slightly out, and head held high.

You practice calm, controlled tonality.

You maintain relaxed, confident facial expressions.

These actions send signals to your brain, telling it, โ€œWeโ€™re confident. Weโ€™re in control.โ€

And over time, as you reinforce these actions, they become habits.

This is where the Kaizen approach shines.

Every day, youโ€™re 1% better.

Every day, youโ€™re reinforcing the outside-in process.

Every day, youโ€™re building a stronger foundation for confidence.

The Danger of Skipping Outside-In

But hereโ€™s the thingโ€”if you skip the outside-in process and try to start with inside-out, youโ€™ll crash.

Youโ€™ll face rejection, and instead of improving, youโ€™ll hunch more, weaken your tonality, and lose momentum.

Itโ€™s like trying to build a house without a foundation.

You canโ€™t just start with mindset.

You have to act your way into confidence by practicing the right habits and external skills.

But even with outside-in, thereโ€™s a limit.

At some point, youโ€™ll plateau.

Youโ€™ll hit a wall where external actions alone arenโ€™t enough to push you forward.

This is where the mindset playlist comes in.

The Mindset Playlist: Turning Zombies Back into Humans

Story 2: The Pandemic and Elite 60 A (high income skills)

A year later, the pandemic hit, and the German studentโ€™s mindset took a nosedive. He enrolled in Elite 60, but his teachability, adaptability, and belief were all low. He rarely approached women, and his fear made him difficult to coach.

Other students made 1.6 million in sales, not net, but gross. He got married now, he is that chinese guy. But he paid me for Skypes but I taught him the same thing. Another Indian student taking Elite 60 A, high income skills. He is making half a million dollars a year now in Toronto.

For the ugly 52 year old German who is bald and short. Despite his struggles, his earlier training left neural pathways intactโ€”his body language and skills were still there. However, his mindset was holding him back.

Eventually, I had to kick him out of the program. Months later, he asked to buy Elite Playbook, but I made it clear: he could only use the Skype coaching if he pulled a woman home.

It took him five months, but he finally succeeded. Afterward, he asked to rejoin the Kaizen program. His journey showed that while game alone wasnโ€™t enough for him due to his age and looks, persistence and following the system eventually led to results.

The Mindset Playlist: Turning Zombies Back into Humans

When you plateau, itโ€™s usually because your mindset is holding you back.

Your external actions are solid, but your internal confidence hasnโ€™t caught up.

This is when you need to shift to inside-out.

But itโ€™s not about skipping stepsโ€”itโ€™s about resetting your brain.

The mindset playlist is like a mental vaccine.

Itโ€™s designed to turn zombies back into humans.

Hereโ€™s what I mean:

When youโ€™re stuck, itโ€™s like youโ€™ve turned into a zombie.

Youโ€™re emotionally blind, reactive, and stuck in survival mode.

Youโ€™re not thinking rationally, and your bad emotions are clouding your judgment.

The mindset playlist is the antidote.

Itโ€™s 26 audios that walk you through exactly what youโ€™re doing wrong and how to fix it.

But itโ€™s not just about listeningโ€”itโ€™s about taking ownership.

Youโ€™ll write down all the takeaways from the 26 videos.

Youโ€™ll identify every mistake youโ€™ve madeโ€”like not taking extreme ownership, making excuses, or procrastinating.

Next to each of the 260 takeaways, youโ€™ll write down how youโ€™ve fallen short and what you need to do to improve.

This process forces you to confront your bad habits and take responsibility for your growth.

Itโ€™s like turning the mirror on yourself and saying, โ€œThis is what needs to change.โ€

And once youโ€™ve done this, youโ€™ll start to revert from zombie mode back to human.

Your emotions will stabilize.

Your mindset will reset.

And youโ€™ll be ready to take action again.

Why the Mindset Playlist is Critical Right Now

This process is more important now than ever before.

Think about the current economic climate.

Inflation is high.

The Trump tariff is in its early stages, and people are panicking.

Itโ€™s day two of the tariff, and many people are already reverting to zombie mode.

Hereโ€™s why:

When the economy feels unstable, people go into survival mode.

Itโ€™s like Maslowโ€™s hierarchy of needs.

At the very bottom of the chart is basic survivalโ€”food, water, and shelter.

The next level up is safetyโ€”security of employment, financial stability, and physical safety.

When these needs arenโ€™t met, people get stuck in survival mode.

Theyโ€™re constantly stressed about money, their job, and their future.

And that stress shows up in their body language.

They hunch over, their tonality weakens, and their energy collapses.

Itโ€™s a downward spiral.

When youโ€™re stuck in survival mode, itโ€™s almost impossible to project confidence.

Your body language and tonality reflect your internal state, and women can sense it immediately.

This is why the mindset playlist is so critical.

Itโ€™s a way to break free from survival mode and reset your brain.

Itโ€™s like a mental vaccine that protects you from the negative effects of stress, rejection, and self-doubt.

Story 3: The Redemption Arc

After being kicked out of the Kaizen program, the 52-year-old German student came back, asking if he could rejoin. I told him he could return, but only on one condition: he had to follow every single instruction I gave him without question.

When I asked him why he wanted to come back, he said he had one goal leftโ€”he wanted to sleep with a 20-year-old woman. He believed achieving this would leave him with no regrets in life. But to get there, he had to work on his mindset.

This is where the mindset playlist came in. Unlike before, when it took him weeks to complete anything, he followed my instructions immediately. He completed the mindset playlist in less than a day and updated it whenever he messed up. For discipline, I told him he might need to pinch himself or do squats whenever he failed to follow through. It wasnโ€™t cruelโ€”it was about rewiring his behavior. He agreed and executed every assignment with military precision.

Two weeks into the program, he got a same-day lay with a German woman who was 21 years old and 8.5/10 in looks. She was stunning. During sex, he was so shocked it was happening that his mouth was wide open the entire time, even as she left. But he got it done.

Six weeks into Kaizen, he had another layโ€”this time with a 25-year-old Middle Eastern woman who looked like a Latina. She was incredibly attractive, and other students rated her an 8/10. She was the same woman he had pulled before but failed to close. This time, his improved body language, slower speech, and refined tonality made all the difference. Within minutes of talking, she told him to take her home. She refused to hold hands in public, saying his appearance might ruin her reputation, but she was so attracted to him she didnโ€™t care once they were alone.

Finally, his third lay came from a 21-year-old woman. This one wasnโ€™t a same-day lay but a date setup. He flawlessly executed the phone number close, went on a date, and pulled her home. While she didnโ€™t have the prettiest face compared to the other two, her body was incredible.

After achieving his goal of sleeping with younger women, he decided to quit daygame entirely. He felt he was too old to continue and had accomplished everything he wanted.

How the Mindset Playlist Works

Hereโ€™s how it works:

  1. Write Down the Takeaways: For each of the 26 audios, write down the key takeaways.
  2. Identify Your Mistakes: Next to each takeaway, write down how youโ€™ve fallen short. Be brutally honest with yourselfโ€”this is about taking extreme ownership. You would add it to the 260 takeaway at the end of the sentence. Not resist like an unteachable case did saying hes already done it. Crashing out.
  3. Take Action: Listen to the Audio I would create for you: The mindset playlist with the takeaways are converted into text-to-speech audio, so you can listen and absorb the lessons. To turn a zombie back into a human.

This process forces you to confront your bad habits and take responsibility for your growth.

Itโ€™s not easy, but itโ€™s necessary.

Its like a computer that is full of viruses and spyware.

Its all cleaned out and all the drivers are reinstalled.

Then you can go fast again for practicing and drilling down the habits to break bad habits.

Not like the unteachable cases who are lazy and said I did it once, so I got it already, why am I doing it again?

Those are foolish people, you can’t reason with them.

They will always sound unconfident, angry and mass approach like a zombie looking for half assed game techniques which no longer works.

And once youโ€™ve done this, youโ€™ll be ready to return to the outside-in process.

The Cycle: Outside-In, Inside-Out, and Back Again

Confidence is always outside-in at the start.

You have to act your way into it by fixing your body language, tonality, and facial expressions.

But at some point, youโ€™ll plateau.

When that happens, you need to shift to inside-out.

You need to reset your mindset, confront your bad habits, and take ownership of your growth.

The mindset playlist is the tool that makes this possible.

And once youโ€™ve reset your brain, you return to the outside-in process.

Itโ€™s a cycle.

Outside-in leads to inside-out.

Inside-out reinforces outside-in.

This cycle keeps building on itself, creating a stronger, more confident version of you.

Why This Matters More Than Ever

With the current economic challenges, this process is more important than ever.

The Trump tariff and inflation are creating uncertainty, and many people are reverting to zombie mode.

Theyโ€™re stuck in survival mode, stressed about money, and unable to project confidence.

But this is also an opportunity.

If you can master the outside-in and inside-out cycle, youโ€™ll rise above the chaos.

Youโ€™ll project confidence even in uncertain times.

And women will feel it.

Theyโ€™ll sense your energy, your presence, and your ability to stay grounded under pressure.

This is how you stand out.

This is how you succeed.

This is the main reason why daygame has been harder last year and even this year.

Not because it is harder because women changed.

I’m sure they are affected by the inflation of course and tariffs.

They too will be in survival mode and giving more objections.

However, the PUAs or pickup artist will be twice as affected expecially when autism, aspergers, will have more coritsol pumping into your blood stream.

Even if you have some control over this, breaking habits.

This is a hormonal issue that affects your tonality.

This is not a technique or rationalization.

It is the winner and loser effect.

The more you win, the more testosterone you get.

The more you lose the more cortisol you get.

Confidence isnโ€™t something you feel first.

Itโ€™s something you build.

And itโ€™s time to start building yours by breaking bad habits by not being lazy with the drills and taking days or weeks off.

To really hammer in the point again, the mindset playlist is like a mental vaccine.

Itโ€™s designed to turn zombies back into humans.

Hereโ€™s what I mean:

When youโ€™re stuck, itโ€™s like youโ€™ve turned into a zombie.

Youโ€™re emotionally blind, reactive, and stuck in survival mode.

For some unteachable cases which isn’t allowed in my training.

They will first go through a puratory like state of mind.

Story 4: The Rise and Fall of the German Student

After achieving his goal of sleeping with younger women, the 53-year-old German student quit daygame entirely. He believed he had done everything he wanted and no longer needed to continue. Despite my advice to keep going, he insisted he was done.

At this point, his ego had inflated, but his self-esteem had dropped. When self-esteem is low, the ego rises, and he became triggered easily. With his one-track mind, he decided to invest in another white dating coach to learn Tinder game. He spent double what the Kaizen program cost, only to see little to no results in daygame. Direct game didnโ€™t work for him, as I had warned, but he didnโ€™t listen. While he may have gotten laid on Tinder, it wasnโ€™t a worthwhile investment, and he completely quit daygame for two years.

When he came back, he was stuck. He couldnโ€™t afford the Kaizen program but wanted to train with me again. I offered him a lifetime membership for the inner circle, along with Elite Access for 1.5 years, which he accepted.

This time, he was determined to do things my way. The first step was the mindset playlist, and he completed it in half a dayโ€”an impressive turnaround compared to others who take weeks or even months. Next, he began practicing body language drills again, focusing on the daygame stop, keeping his body at a 45-degree angle, and correcting all the small details most people dismiss. Unlike before, he asked me not to make him pinch himself, and I respected that.

Soon after, while attending a conference for his job, he pulled an older woman, likely in her late 50s or 60s, and received a hand job in the bathroom. While it wasnโ€™t a full lay, it was still a result from pickup.

The following week, he had sex with a woman who looked exactly like Megan Foxโ€”except she had blonde hair and was 40 years old. She was stunning, a 10 out of 10, and even more attractive than the women other top students had pulled. She likely worked as a yoga instructor and had an incredible body and face. He tried to take a picture with her in the bedroom to create a testimonial, but she refused. Regardless, I believed him.

Despite these successes, his mindset began to crash again. His ego inflated, and his self-esteem plummeted. He became unteachable, unable to hear his mistakes, and started behaving like a zombie, stuck in a one-track mind. To combat this, I had him write down all his mistakes and play a 27-second audio designed to snap his brain out of its low self-esteem traits.

He has to go on google documents and write down all his mistakes as the 27 audio would help him for 30 seconds hear his mistakes.

I got many categories written down and sometimes he would repeat the mistakes more than 16 times unable to identify his mistakes like a latino during the inflation of 2024 at the time.

The audio addressed the four traits of low self-esteem:

  1. Delusional Brain: โ€œStop being a zombie. Shut the fuck up.โ€
  2. Half-Assed Brain: โ€œStop being lazy. Listen to John. Shut the fuck up.โ€
  3. Wrong Path to Sociopath: โ€œStop backstabbing yourself.โ€
  4. Quitter Brain: โ€œStop quitting and get back on track.โ€

While the audio helped temporarily, it wasnโ€™t enough. His mindset had completely crashed again. Eventually, he moved to another country for work, leaving Germany behind.

The 4 Traits of Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem is one of the biggest obstacles to success in daygameโ€”or in life, for that matter. Itโ€™s like a mental virus that infects every part of a personโ€™s behavior, decision-making, and ability to learn.

When someone has low self-esteem, it manifests in very predictable ways. Letโ€™s break it down:

  1. Delusional Thinking
People with low self-esteem often become delusional. Itโ€™s as if their senses are playing tricks on them, distorting reality to protect their fragile egos. For example, I once had a student who claimed there were no mistakes in his audio recordings. He couldnโ€™t hear the errors, even though everyone else on the YouTube Live could clearly hear them. This wasnโ€™t just about a lack of skillโ€”it was emotional blindness. Emotional blindness is when someone is so disconnected from reality that they canโ€™t process feedback objectively. They filter everything through their emotions, which makes them unable to recognize their own mistakes. And itโ€™s not just limited to one person or one ethnicityโ€”this is a universal problem for people with low self-esteem. They live in a bubble of denial, convincing themselves theyโ€™re doing everything right when, in reality, theyโ€™re falling short.
  2. Half-Assing It
The second trait of low self-esteem is laziness, or what I call โ€œhalf-assing it.โ€These are the students who do something once, take a break, and then complain about how hard it is. They have what I call a half-assed zombie mentality. Theyโ€™re not fully committed to the process. They do the bare minimum, and when you call them out on it, they crash out emotionally. Why? Because their high ego and low self-esteem make them incredibly sensitive to criticism. Instead of taking ownership, they get offended. They make excuses. They shut down. This laziness isnโ€™t just about physical effortโ€”itโ€™s a mental block. Itโ€™s the inability to push through discomfort and put in consistent, focused work.
  3. Making the Wrong Decisions
The third trait is consistently making poor decisions. People with low self-esteem often choose the wrong path, and it leads them to failure. In the past, it might have taken four months for their bad decisions to catch up with them. But now, in 2025, itโ€™s happening faster than ever. The economic stress, inflation, and uncertainty are magnifying these mistakes. Theyโ€™ll pick a strategy or approach thatโ€™s doomed to fail, ignore all the warning signs, and then act surprised when it doesnโ€™t work out.Itโ€™s not just bad luckโ€”itโ€™s a pattern. Their low self-esteem clouds their judgment, making them blind to better options.
  4. Quitting
Finally, the fourth trait of low self-esteem is quitting. When their delusions are shattered, when their half-assed efforts donโ€™t pay off, and when their poor decisions lead to failure, they give up. They throw in the towel, retreat into their comfort zones, and convince themselves that success just isnโ€™t possible for them. This is the ultimate expression of low self-esteem: the inability to persevere.

The 5 Traits of Stubborn, One-Track Behavior. If the 4 traits of low self esteem, what happens if the zombie decays into hell?

This is even lower than the other one I mentioned earlier.

Now, letโ€™s talk about a specific subset of behavior that Iโ€™ve observed in certain students. I wonโ€™t call it what I used to, but youโ€™ll recognize it.

This is the mentality of someone who is stuck in a rigid, one-track way of thinking. Itโ€™s like an old Pentium One computerโ€”slow, outdated, and incapable of adapting to new information.

Here are the five traits:

  1. One-Track Mind
These students approach every problem with a one-size-fits-all mentality. They believe thereโ€™s only one step, one solution, or one answer to every challenge. They canโ€™t think critically or adapt to new situations because their mental โ€œprocessorโ€ is too slow. This rigidity makes it almost impossible for them to grow or improve.
  2. Choosing the Wrong Path
Just like with low self-esteem, these students often make sociopathic decisions. They prioritize shortcuts, gimmicks, or ego-driven strategies over proven methods. And just like before, these decisions failโ€”usually within four months or less.Theyโ€™re so focused on their one-track approach that they canโ€™t see the bigger picture.
  3. Emotional Meltdowns
When their rigid strategies fail, they donโ€™t just accept it and move onโ€”they have emotional meltdowns. They crash out, often blaming others or claiming theyโ€™ve been offended. This is their narcissistic response to failure.Instead of taking responsibility, they lash out or shut down. This has been happening more frequently latelyโ€”almost weekly.Itโ€™s a symptom of the stress people are under in todayโ€™s economic climate.
  4. Quitting
After their meltdown, they quit. They give up on the process, retreat into their old habits, and convince themselves that success isnโ€™t possible.Itโ€™s a cycle of failure that keeps repeating itself.
  5. Resurrecting Themselves
But hereโ€™s the twistโ€”after quitting, they often try to resurrect themselves.Theyโ€™ll come back, claiming theyโ€™re ready to start fresh, but they havenโ€™t addressed the root of the problem.Theyโ€™re still stuck in their old patterns, and the cycle begins again.

Breaking the Cycle: The 4 Traits of Low Self-Esteem Are Fixable

The 4 traits of low self-esteem are not permanent.

They are fixable with the right tools and consistent effort.

It all starts with taking ownership and committing to the process.

Delusional thinking can be corrected with feedback and self-awareness.

Half-assing it can be overcome by developing discipline and following the Kaizen approachโ€”getting 1% better every day.

Making the wrong decisions can be avoided by following proven systems and resisting the urge to take shortcuts.

Quitting can be prevented by building resilience and focusing on small, incremental wins.

These are all behaviors that can be changed with the right mindset and tools.

But hereโ€™s the critical part:

You must take action.

You canโ€™t just hope these traits will go away on their own.

You have to actively work on them through drills, mindset resets, and consistent practice.

The mindset playlist is essential here.

Itโ€™s designed to reset your brain, confront your mistakes, and build a stronger foundation for confidence.

When you follow the process, youโ€™ll stop crashing out.

Youโ€™ll stop falling into the same patterns.

And youโ€™ll finally start seeing real progress.

The 5 Stages of Zombie Meltdown: When They Donโ€™t Fix It

But what happens when someone doesnโ€™t take action?

What happens when they ignore the tools, avoid the mindset playlist, and stay stuck in their bad habits?

Thatโ€™s when they enter the 5 stages of zombie meltdown.

This is a much harder cycle to break.

Itโ€™s not just low self-esteemโ€”itโ€™s a complete mental and emotional collapse.

Hereโ€™s how it happens:

  1. Self-Deception for the one track mind.
They start lying to themselves. They convince themselves that everything is fine, even when itโ€™s not. Theyโ€™ll talk about their past successesโ€”how they had girlfriends before or did well at their job. But all of that was before inflation and the current economic stress. They use these memories to shield themselves from reality. Itโ€™s a coping mechanism for their narcissism, but it only deepens their delusion.
  2. Triggered Behavior
When reality starts to break through their self-deception, they get triggered. They lash out at others, blaming anyone but themselves for their situation. Theyโ€™ll say things like, โ€œYouโ€™re triggering me,โ€ or โ€œYouโ€™re the reason Iโ€™m stuck.โ€ This is classic blame-shifting. Itโ€™s a sociopathic response, where they feel the need to win at all costs. Instead of taking responsibility, they double down on their delusion. In fact, this is very similar to the far left response to Donald Trump and Elon Musk doge, department of government efficiency. They start to lash out with bad decisions.
  3. Meltdown
This is where everything falls apart. The stress of survival mode, combined with their delusions and triggered behavior, leads to a complete meltdown. They crash out emotionally, financially, and mentally. Their body language collapses. Their tonality becomes weak and uncertain. Theyโ€™re stuck in the lowest level of Maslowโ€™s hierarchyโ€”pure survival mode. At this point, theyโ€™re no longer thinking like a rational human. Theyโ€™re operating purely on emotion, unable to see a way out. Its almost identical to people firebombing Tesla dealerships crashing out. They are in zombie mode. A narcissistic sociopath. With machevellian manipulation of self deception manipulating themselves to go further into low self esteem. Its similar to the woke mind virus. Its almost likely all of these people who are crashing out, they are almost always likely to have voted for Kamala Harriss. Lets not get too political as this is a metaphor. But yes people do think like that and Donald Trump calls them lunatics. I call them zombies.
  4. Stuck in Zombie Mode
After quitting, they donโ€™t move forward. They stay stuck in zombie modeโ€”emotionally blind, reactive, and unable to think clearly. They repeat the same patterns over and over again, never making real progress. And because theyโ€™re in survival mode, they crash out even faster the next time.
  5. They will resurrect. Maybe they would go back to Night game, or Tinder which worked during the pandemic, but before the inflation and now day 2 of the tariffs. If they didn’t go back to MGTOW. Men going their own way.

Why This is Happening More Often

Iโ€™ve been seeing this pattern more and more lately.

Every week, thereโ€™s a new meltdown.

Someone crashes out, blames me, and quits.

Itโ€™s happening because of the current economic stress.

Some of the former students, I save their life from being homeless by teaching them sales and tonality mastery to get more clients.

They still are ungreatful and dismiss and shoot down all of your ideas that they can’t deal with objections.

But in their one track mind, in the hell mode, they crash out.

Inflation, the Trump tariff, and financial uncertainty are putting people in survival mode.

When youโ€™re constantly stressed about money and security, itโ€™s hard to focus on growth.

Your body language weakens.

Your tonality collapses.

Your energy disappears.

And if you donโ€™t have the tools to reset your mindset, youโ€™ll stay stuck in this cycle.

The Solution: The Mindset Playlist

The mindset playlist is the key to breaking free.

If these students had done the mindset playlist, they wouldnโ€™t have crashed out.

Hereโ€™s how it works:

  • You listen to all 26 audios.
  • You write down 10 takeaways per videoโ€”thatโ€™s 260 takeaways total.
  • You write down all your mistakes and how they relate to those takeaways.
  • I create an AI-generated text-to-speech audio of your notes, so you can listen to them repeatedly without having to rewrite everything.

This process forces you to confront your mistakes, reset your brain, and start thinking like a human again.

Itโ€™s like a mental vaccine that protects you from the stress and delusion of zombie mode.

Once youโ€™ve reset your mindset, you can return to the outside-in process.

You can start practicing confident body language, tonality, and facial expressions again.

And this time, youโ€™ll do it with a clearer mind and stronger internal confidence.

Now, letโ€™s talk about the bigger challenges affecting confidence today.

I have a prediction that the tariffs and inflation weโ€™re seeing right nowโ€”like the Trump tariff that just happenedโ€”are going to affect peopleโ€™s tonalities a lot more.

Economic stress creates tension, and that tension shows up in your body language and your voice.

If youโ€™re not careful, it can drag you down without you even realizing it.

This is why fixing confidence from the outside in is so important.

It gives you a way to counteract those external stressors.

When you stand tall, speak with confidence, and project strength, youโ€™re not just fighting back against the challenges of the dayโ€”youโ€™re rising above them.

And this is where most other dating coaches fail.

They donโ€™t address these deeper issues.

They focus on lines, routines, and โ€œgame,โ€ but they never teach their students how to build real confidence.

Thatโ€™s why their students donโ€™t get consistent results.

Thatโ€™s why theyโ€™re not getting laid, getting married, or building real connections.

Confidence isnโ€™t about the words you sayโ€”itโ€™s about the energy you project.

And that energy starts with mastering external skills.

So, the question is: are you ready to take control?

Are you ready to stop waiting for confidence to โ€œclickโ€ and start building it yourself?

Because once you do, everything changes.

You stop overthinking.

You stop second-guessing yourself.

You start approaching with ease, knowing that your tonality and body language are doing most of the work for you.

And women feel it.

They feel your confidence.

They feel your presence.

And they respond to it.

This is how you create real, lasting confidence.

Not by waiting for it to happen, but by taking action.

By mastering the external skills that lead to internal transformation.

And when you do, youโ€™ll see the resultsโ€”not just in daygame, but in every area of your life.

Confidence isnโ€™t something you feel first.

Itโ€™s something you build.

And itโ€™s time to start building yours.

BACK TO OUTSIDE IN AGAIN. IF YOU DIDN’T CRASH OUT…

Once youโ€™ve plateaued with your mindset and dealt with the internal barriers holding you back, itโ€™s time to switch back to the outside-in process.

This is where the real work begins again.

But hereโ€™s the thingโ€”because of the damage caused by what weโ€™ll call โ€œone-track zombie behavior,โ€ youโ€™re not starting from the same place you were before.

Youโ€™re starting weaker.

Your body language has likely regressed.

Your facial expressions might be less congruent.

Your tonality might lack the energy and conviction it once had.

This is why you canโ€™t just casually return to outside-in.

You have to double down.

You have to focus harder than ever before.

Think of it like a magnifying glass.

If you scatter the sunlight, it wonโ€™t create any real heat.

But if you focus that beam on a single point, it becomes powerful enough to start a fire.

Thatโ€™s exactly how your focus needs to be when switching back to outside-in.

You canโ€™t scatter your energy across multiple areas.

You canโ€™t half-ass your drills or take breaks longer than two days.

Itโ€™s like drilling for oilโ€”you have to pick one or two spots and keep digging.

If you keep stopping or jumping around, youโ€™ll never hit the reservoir.

This level of focus is non-negotiable.

Zombie mode cripples you.

It leaves you emotionally drained, mentally scattered, and physically weak.

If you donโ€™t reset properly and commit to focused action, youโ€™ll stay stuck in that state.

Hereโ€™s what happens if you donโ€™t focus:

Your body language will remain weak and incongruent.

Your facial expressions will continue to betray your lack of confidence.

Your tonality will project uncertainty and hesitation.

Women will pick up on all of this immediately.

You canโ€™t fake confidence when your external actions are out of alignment.

This is why drills are so important.

Drills are the fastest way to break bad habits and rebuild strong, confident behaviors.

Drills are like watering a plant.

If you stop watering it, even for a few days, it starts to wither.

The same is true for your confidence.

You have to keep practicing your drills consistentlyโ€”every day if possible.

Stand tall, shoulders back, chest slightly out.

Practice open, grounded posture.

Avoid fidgeting or shifting your weight excessively.

Maintain a calm, relaxed face.

Practice smiling naturally and making strong eye contact.

Avoid tension in your jaw or forehead.

Focus on speaking with a calm, steady, and authoritative voice.

Avoid rushing your words or sounding overly aggressive.

Practice projecting your voice with confidence.

Commit to your drills dailyโ€”no breaks longer than two days.

Track your progress and focus on incremental improvements.

Treat every drill session like a workout for your confidence.

To rebuild your confidence, you need momentum.

This is why the 21-day or 30-day challenges are so effective.

They force you to stay consistent and focused, even when itโ€™s hard.

By the end of the challenge, youโ€™ll have rebuilt the habits that zombie mode destroyed.

Youโ€™ll feel stronger, more grounded, and more in control.

But the key is not taking breaks.

If you take too many breaks, youโ€™ll lose momentum.

And once you lose momentum, itโ€™s incredibly hard to get it back.

If you scatter your focus, youโ€™ll never make real progress.

Itโ€™s like trying to juggle too many things at onceโ€”youโ€™ll drop all of them.

This is why you need to focus on one or two areas at a time.

Start with body language and tonality.

Once those are solid, move on to facial expressions and emotional control.

By narrowing your focus, youโ€™ll see faster, more consistent results.

If you donโ€™t commit to this process, youโ€™ll stay stuck in zombie mode.

Your confidence will remain weak.

Your results will stagnate.

And youโ€™ll find yourself repeating the same patterns over and over again.

Itโ€™s a vicious cycle, and the only way out is through consistent, focused action.

Switching back to outside-in after plateauing at mindset isnโ€™t easy.

It requires discipline, focus, and a commitment to daily improvement.

But itโ€™s the only way to rebuild your confidence and start seeing results again.

So, ask yourself:

Are you ready to focus like a laser beam?

Are you ready to commit to the 21-day or 30-day challenge?

Are you ready to double down on your drills and rebuild your external confidence?

Because if you are, everything changes.

Youโ€™ll stop feeling stuck.

Youโ€™ll stop second-guessing yourself.

And youโ€™ll start projecting the kind of confidence that women can feel.

Confidence isnโ€™t something you feel firstโ€”itโ€™s something you build.

And itโ€™s time to start building yours again.

Once you go back to outside-in, donโ€™t fall into the trap of thinking this is a gamified process where you can just do one technique once and think youโ€™re done.

Thatโ€™s not how it works.

You canโ€™t just check a box and expect everything to magically improve.

This is about consistent, focused effort.

You need to keep building on your progress, day after day, without taking long breaks or losing momentum.

For those who might not understand the Death Star reference, let me explain.

In Star Wars, the Death Star is a massive battle station capable of destroying an entire planet.

It doesnโ€™t scatter its power across multiple targets.

Instead, it focuses multiple beams into one single, concentrated blast.

Thatโ€™s the kind of focus you need.

You canโ€™t scatter your energy across too many areas or half-ass your drills.

You need to channel everything into one powerful effort, aiming directly at your target.

If you do this consistently, youโ€™ll see results.

But if you scatter your focus or take shortcuts, youโ€™ll crash out.

Youโ€™ll lower your self-esteem, and the whole process will unravel.

Self-esteem is built by completing tasks, staying consistent, and making real transformations.

Every time you finish a task, youโ€™re depositing into your self-esteem bank account.

The more deposits you make, the stronger your confidence becomes.

Your ego goes down.

You become less triggered.

You crash out less.

This is the cycle: outside-in until you plateau, then inside-out to reset, and then back to outside-in to keep building.

This is the true nature of transformation.

Anyone can be confident if they focus.

Itโ€™s all about staying consistent, staying human, and keeping your beam locked on the target.

Iโ€™ll see you in the next challenge.

You wonโ€™t believe what the next topic is.
