Alright, letโs talk about something Iโve been seeing WAY too much of this year.. I call it the Cackling Kamala effect.
A fucking latino student did the cackling kamala concept live on air, literally proving my point. But this video has 33 views meaning no more 5 day challenges. Eat a dick. Unless you start watching it instead of acting like a poor sewer I won’t say..
you know exactly what Iโm talking about, even if you donโt want to admit it
itโs that pattern, almost like a script, that plays out every single time I call a student out on their bullshit
itโs like clockwork
first, letโs set the scene
Iโm on a call, or maybe weโre in the group chat, and I spot a mistake
maybe you didnโt do the drill right
maybe you skipped the assignment, or youโre still using that weak, fast, cortisol-ridden speech after I told you to slow down and calibrate
so what happens next
step one
the second I call you out, before I even finish the sentence, youโre already scrambling for an excuse
itโs automatic
itโs like your brain is hardwired to dodge responsibility
oh, but John, I was tired that day
oh, but John, the weather was bad
oh, but John, I thought you meant something else
no, you didnโt
you just didnโt do it right, and you know it
step two
here comes the subtle blame-shifting
now, youโre not just making excuses, youโre trying to slide the blame onto me
you might not say it outright, but youโre thinking it
well, maybe John didnโt explain it clearly enough
maybe the instructions werenโt detailed
maybe the program is too advanced for me
you start poking holes, trying to find a way out, instead of just owning your mistake
step three
and then, my favorite part, you give yourself a pat on the back
you act like you deserve a gold bar or a gold star for showing up
you reference something in the past, like, oh, I got a girlfriend before, or maybe I made eighteen thousand dollars, so Iโm okay
or you say, I made twenty thousand a month, but youโre not mentioning you have eighteen thousand of expenses
or you try to say something else like, Iโve done this, and you start giving yourself a pat on the back like youโre special because you need to protect your narcissistic personality disorder, your massive ego, because itโs been under attack
because you have such low self-esteem, because youโve been losing lately, because youโre ADHD, and then youโre gaslighting yourself
step four
now, I call you out again
I remind you, sometimes with receipts, sometimes with screenshots, sometimes with the exact audio, I remind you what you forgot
but hereโs the thing
you forgot, not because youโre stupid, but because your cortisol is through the roof
stress wipes your memory
you literally canโt remember what you did or didnโt do last week because youโre running on anxiety and excuses
step five
and then, the punchline
you start laughing, like Kamala Harris at a press conference
itโs that nervous, cackling laugh
you realize, oh shit, I actually did mess up
but instead of owning it, you laugh it off
like, if you can just laugh, maybe nobody will notice how badly you screwed up
itโs almost like you think if you just keep laughing, the problem will disappear
spoiler alert, it doesnโt
this isnโt just a random thing I see once in a while
this has become a pattern, especially in 2025
itโs epidemic
I see it in every group
every ethnicity
every age group
it doesnโt matter if youโre twenty or forty, Asian or white, rich or broke
this is the new default setting for people who donโt want to take extreme ownership
and you know whatโs wild
you think youโre unique
you think your excuses are special
but Iโve heard them all
I could write a script, hand it to you, and youโd follow it word for word without even knowing it
letโs be honest
every time you go through this cycle, youโre just digging yourself into a deeper hole
every time you shift the blame, pat yourself on the back, laugh it off, and forget what you did, youโre making it harder to actually get results
youโre training your brain to dodge responsibility
youโre teaching yourself to avoid growth
youโre literally rewiring your brain for mediocrity
and then you wonder why youโre stuck
you wonder why youโre not getting laid
you wonder why youโre watching other students get results while youโre still spinning your wheels, cackling in the corner
hereโs the brutal truth
until you break this cycle
until you stop making excuses, stop shifting blame, stop laughing off your mistakes, and actually remember what youโre supposed to do
youโre never going to get the results you want
I donโt care how many times you show up
I donโt care how many messages you send
if youโre living in the cackling Kamala cycle, youโre just wasting time
so next time I call you out
donโt make an excuse
donโt try to blame me
donโt give yourself a pat on the back for the bare minimum
donโt laugh it off
just own it
fix it
and remember it next time
thatโs how you break the cycle
thatโs how you actually get results
otherwise, keep cackling
but donโt be surprised when nothing changes

Day 3. Latino student. He did the โCackling Kamalaโ routine live, right on the third day challenge…
just like the chart.
Literally, he went straight to excuses. Then he shifted the blame to me. Then, he started congratulating himself for finishing twelve videos on the mindset playlist.
Letโs be real, he was taking so long, he was about to get kicked out. He also congratulated himself for having a good memory.
Then I pointed out he missed a detail. Instantly, he shifted the blame again, saying it was my fault for not explaining it well enough.
But the last piece is explained clearly. It requires emotional intelligence to use it for the social skills flow drill…
not just memorization.
It was so textbook, so perfect, itโs almost funny.
At first, you might not believe me that the โCackling Kamalaโ concept is real. It sounds like some made-up Todd V mental gymnastics. But itโs not. Itโs real. Itโs scientific. I go through this two times a day with students.
It might sound crazy, but Marcoโthe Latino studentโwould โCackling Kamala Harrisโ me every time. He didnโt take notes for Elite Tonality Mastery yesterday, and then he forgot. If I didnโt remind him, he would do it again, just like the other Indian guy I kicked out.
He canโt do it more than three times in a row. The pattern just repeats.
Watch him: shift blame, make excuses, then congratulate himself that he did it before. But thatโs just the bare minimum.
Heโd do this in front of the WhatsApp group if he couldโno guilt, no remorse, just excuses. Not taking extreme ownership.
This is the cycle I see over and over. Itโs not about race…
itโs about mindset, emotional intelligence, and willingness to take feedback. But honestly, some students are just stuck in this loop.
And just for the record, thereโs no reason not to show student lay picsโjust like thereโs no reason for Sydney Sweeney not to show her boobs. Let me add some proof. Join me already. Stop making excuses and step up.

Now, letโs break down what I call Latino fuck behavior.. and yeah, this is the newest update.
What is your problem? economic uncertainy? Israel and iran war? thinking the economy is going to get fucked? Get over yourself, stop being a zombie, it would turn out good. I am psychic and I predicted this 11 months ago, so why worry now?
This isnโt just some theory I pulled out of thin air.
This is what Iโve actually seen, year after year, with Latino students who just canโt break out of their own cycle.
And letโs be realโthis is the most sociopathic, low self-esteem trait youโll ever see in this game.
If the other low self-esteem traits are like purgatory, this is fucking hell.
Letโs go step by step, because you know I donโt sugarcoat this shit.
Step One: One-Track Mind
You get stuck on one thing.
Youโre stubborn as hell.
You can only focus on one step at a timeโlike a horse with blinders on.
Multi-step drills? Forget it.
The social skills flow drill? You freeze up.
You want everything to be simple, direct, โjust tell me what line to sayโbut thatโs not how real skill-building works.
If you canโt handle more than one instruction at a time, youโre always going to be stuck at the beginner level.
Step Two: Wrong Path, the Sociopath
Hereโs where you go off the rails.
You make a bad decision….
maybe you ignore my advice, maybe you try to do it your way, maybe you listen to some other coach who tells you what you want to hear.
And then, exactly four months later, everything blows up in your face and you completely fail.
Not right awayโno, it builds up over time.
But when it happens, itโs a total disaster.
Step Three: Cackling Kamala
This is the new step Iโm seeing everywhere in 2025.
You start making excuses.
You shift the blameโsometimes to me, sometimes to the program, sometimes to the city, or the economy, or even women.
And then, you start laughing it off.
Like if you can just joke about it, itโs not a real problem.
You cackle, you deflect, you act like itโs funny that you messed up.
But deep down, you know youโre just avoiding the truth.
Step Four: Meltdown
Now the emotions kick in.
You have an emotional crash.
You blow up in the group chat.
Or maybe youโre texting me.
Or youโre on the phone, and you have a meltdown.
And you sound like a zombie.
You get dramatic.
You feel like the worldโs against you, and you start to believe your own excuses.
Step Five: Quitting
You give up.
Maybe you tell yourself itโs just a break, but letโs be honestโyouโre quitting.
You disappear for a while.
You stop doing the drills.
You stop messaging me.
You convince yourself youโll come back when you โfeel better,โ but you know youโre just running away.
Step Six: Resurrection
But hereโs the thingโyouโre too stubborn to stay down for long.
You come crawling back.
You show up again, thinking this time itโll be different.
But unless you break the cycle, youโre just going to repeat the same steps all over again.
One-track mind, wrong path (the sociopath), cackling Kamala, meltdown, quitting, resurrectionโover and over.
Every time you go through this loop, it gets harder to break out.
And hereโs the real killerโmemory loss from cortisol.
Every time you go through this stress, your memory gets wiped clean.
You forget what you learned.
You forget what you did wrong.
You forget the pain of your last meltdown.
So you make the same mistakes again and again.
No memory, no improvement.
Youโre stuck in an endless loopโlike a movie where everything just loops in a circle.
You keep making the same mistakes until you finally change something.
Many movies have this…
Donnie Darko, Groundhog Day, Source Code.
But I want you to win.
Iโm giving you all the clues to win.
You have to use the 640 concept.
Youโve got to watch every video six times when youโre learning.
And then you must make a video calling yourself out for all your mistakes and listen to it 40 times.
Thereโs no other way to get this through your head. There really isnโt.
If you donโt interrupt this cycle, youโre never going to get real results.
Youโll always be the guy who almost made it, but never broke through.
And thatโs the truth most coaches wonโt tell you. But I willโbecause I actually want you to win.
Alright, before we dive into the specifics, letโs talk about whatโs really going on with this blame game operating system.
Do you want no more 5 day challenge because you are a poor zombie? shifting blame? thats why you needed to hear this.
Because every single year, without failโespecially in 2025โI see the same shit.
A student doesnโt get laid.
Does he look in the mirror?
Does he take extreme ownership?
Nope.
First thing he does is shift the blame.
And Iโm telling you right nowโif you want to stay stuck, if you want to guarantee failure, just keep blaming everything and everyone except yourself.
But if you want to actually win, you have to kill this habit.
You must never shift the blame.
Not to me.
Not to the economy.
Not to women.
Not to โlooks theory.โ
Not to your parents, your upbringing, your city, your geneticsโnone of it.
Because the second you start pointing the finger outward, you just gave away all your power.
Youโre saying, โIโm not in control. Iโm just a victim of my circumstances.โ
And letโs be realโvictims donโt get results.
Winners take ownership.
Now, hereโs the thingโguys will dress this up in all kinds of belief systems, but itโs all the same operating system underneath.
Youโve got the Black Pill guys.
Youโve got the Red Pill guys.
Youโve got the MGTOW guys.
They all think theyโre so different, so unique, so โwokeโ to the truth.
But honestly?
Itโs all just different flavors of the same sociopathic, narcissistic, Machiavellian, delusional thinking.
Itโs all about dodging responsibility.
Itโs all about protecting your ego.
Itโs all about finding some external reason to explain away your lack of results.
Letโs call it what it is
Itโs the same hardware, just running different software.
Black Pill, Red Pill, MGTOW
doesnโt matter.
They all have the same traits:
- Theyโll win at all costs… even if it means lying to themselves or others.
- They never apologize…even when theyโre dead wrong.
- They go on the attack…especially if you point out their mistakes.
- They never feel guilt or remorseโbecause that would mean admitting theyโre not perfect.
- And most importantly…theyโre always delusional.
They build these elaborate stories, these entire worldviews, just to justify why theyโre not getting results.
But at the end of the day, itโs all just one big excuse.
Itโs a way to avoid the hard truth…that youโre the only one responsible for your success or failure.
So before we go into the details of Black Pill, Red Pill, and MGTOW, just know this:
If youโre stuck in the blame game,
If youโre still running this operating system in your head,
Youโre never going to get the results you want.
You have to uninstall this shit.
You have to take extreme ownershipโno matter how uncomfortable it is.
Thatโs the only way out.
And thatโs what separates the students who win from the ones who keep making excuses year after year.
Asian in May, got a stripper. What did you get worshipping white dating coaches or white plausibiility halo effect, except a dick in your hand and pornhub?

Letโs start with the Black Pill.
Mpre blame shifting
Because honestly, this is where the blame game always begins.
This is ground zero for shifting responsibility.
If you want to see the purest form of sociopathic blame-shifting, just look at the Black Pill crowd.
These are the guys who have turned blaming the world into a full-time job.
Itโs always about โlooks.โ
Itโs always about genetics.
Itโs always about height, bone structure, race, age, jawline, hairline, whatever-the-fuck-line they can find to complain about.
Itโs never about them.
Itโs never about their skills.
Itโs never about their effort.
Itโs never about what they could actually control.
Nope.
Itโs always, โIf I was taller, if I was better looking, if I was younger, if I had a different face, if I had a different skin color, then Iโd get results.โ
Itโs fate.
Itโs destiny.
Itโs just the cards I was dealt, John.
Thatโs the Black Pill mantra.
And hereโs the thingโ
This is the most sociopathic, low self-esteem mindset out there.
Itโs not just self-pityโitโs a total abdication of responsibility.
Itโs like theyโre addicted to being the victim.
They want to be told itโs hopeless so they can stop trying.
They want the excuse.
They want the out.
Because if itโs all genetics, if itโs all fate, if itโs all predetermined, then nothing is ever their fault.
They never have to change.
They never have to risk failing.
They never have to be uncomfortable.
They can just sit back and say, โSee? I told you, itโs impossible for me.โ
And the worst part?
They get a kind of twisted satisfaction out of it.
Itโs like they want to drag everyone else down with them.
If you try to improve, if you try to work on your skills, if you try to take ownership, theyโll attack you.
Theyโll call you delusional.
Theyโll call you a cope.
Theyโll say, โBro, youโre just coping. Youโre just wasting your time.โ
Its over curry cel
Because your effort threatens their sociopath opinions as fact narrative.
Your progress exposes their excuses.
And they canโt have that.
So they double down.
They go deeper into the forums, the subreddits, the YouTube comment sections, searching for more proof that itโs all hopeless.
They want more data, more face ratings, more โscientificโ breakdowns of why theyโre doomed.
But itโs all just a cover, or confirmation bias.
I get students laid, they can’t even get their own peers laid so stfu.
Itโs all just a way to avoid responsibility.
Itโs all just a way to protect their fragile ego.
Because the truth is, if they actually tried… if they actually put in the work and still failedโthen theyโd have to face the reality that maybe itโs them.
Maybe itโs their lack of skills.
Maybe itโs their mindset.
Maybe itโs their refusal to do the hard work due to a lack of resilience or growth mindset.
But thatโs too painful, so they never go there.
They just keep shifting the blame.
And hereโs what makes it sociopathic…
Itโs not just that they blame the world.
Itโs that they never feel guilt or remorse for dragging others down.
Theyโll do everything they can to keep you stuck.
Theyโll attack anyone who tries to improve.
Theyโll gaslight you, shame you, try to pull you back into the pit.
Because if you get out, it proves they couldโve gotten out too.
And thatโs the one thing they canโt handle.
So they become evangelists for hopelessness.
They spread the gospel of โitโs over rice cellโ everywhere they go.
And if youโre not careful, you get sucked into it.
You start to believe it.
You start to see the world through their blacked-out lens.
You start to give up before you even try.
And thatโs how you lose… before you even step on the field.
Hereโs what nobody wants to admit…
A lot of these Black Pill guys are actually decent looking.
Theyโre not ugly at all.
But the real reason women are turned off isnโt their looksโitโs the cortisol.
Itโs the loser effect.
Itโs that intensity, that anger, that frustration they carry around everywhere.
Itโs the vibe that screams, โIโve already lost, and itโs your fault.โ
Women feel that.
They pick up on that energy instantly.
Itโs not about your jawlineโitโs about your emotional state.
When youโre stuck in the loser effect, your cortisol is through the roof.
Youโre intense.
Youโre angry.
Youโre bitter.
And women just want to get away from you.
You shift the blame onto them, and they can sense it.
Thatโs what actually turns them off.
Itโs not your face… itโs your state.
More of your facial expressions because you are more intense than wheat waffles or Elliot Rodgers.
So let me make this clear:
If youโre in the Black Pill mindset,
If youโre obsessed with looks, genetics, fate, and all that bullshitโ
Youโre not even playing the game.
Youโre just sitting in the bleachers, heckling the players, telling yourself itโs impossible.
And you know what?
Thatโs the only guarantee youโll never win.
Because you never even tried.
You never took responsibility.
You never took ownership.
You never gave yourself a chance.
So if you want to stay stuck, keep blaming your genetics.
Keep blaming your height, your face, your age.
Keep telling yourself itโs over.
But if you actually want to get resultsโif you actually want to get laidโ
You have to kill this mindset.
You have to stop shifting the blame.
You have to take extreme ownership.
You have to look in the mirror and say, โWhat can I control? What can I improve? What skills am I missing? What am I willing to do to get better?โ
Thatโs the only way youโll ever break out.
Thatโs the only way youโll ever get results.
And thatโs the truth no one else is going to tell you.
But I will… because I actually want you to win.
Stop consuming black pill concept.
This 5’4 Filipino got 150 lays with my coaching. Hes not the only one with over 100 lays with my training.

RED PILL IS NEXT, DON’T SHIFT BLAME TO FEMALE NATURE AND THINK ITS ALL CLOUT MAXING.
Because honestly, out of all the โpills,โ this is the one I see the most students get sucked into.
Itโs everywhere.
YouTube, Reddit, forums, Discord, Telegram groups…
The Red Pill is like a virus.
It spreads fast because it gives you a ready-made excuse for everything.
You donโt have to think for yourself.
You just have to memorize a few catchphrases, blame female nature, and suddenly youโre โwoke.โ
But letโs be real…
Most of you Red Pill guys arenโt awake.
Youโre just sleepwalking through life with a new set of blinders on.
You traded one set of blue pill lies for another set of Red Pill lies.
And you call it โtruth.โ
Letโs break it down.
What is the Red Pill, really?
Itโs a belief system built on the idea that women are hypergamous.
That women only want the top 10% of men.
That female nature is fixed, ruthless, and always looking to trade up.
Itโs the idea that you need status, clout, money, looksโ
That you need to be an โalphaโ or a โhigh-value manโ to even have a shot.
And if youโre not, well, youโre just cannon fodder.
Youโre invisible.
Youโre the beta, the provider, the backup plan.
The Red Pill tells you that the game is rigged.
That women are always looking for the next best thing.
That theyโre โnot yours, itโs just your turn.โ
And if you buy into this, you start to see every interaction through a filter of suspicion and competition.
You start to think every woman is out to manipulate you.
You start to believe that you need to one-up every guy in the room just to have a chance.
And hereโs where it gets really toxicโ
Because the Red Pill doesnโt just make you paranoid about women.
It makes you paranoid about yourself.
You start obsessing over your status.
Your money.
Your looks.
Your โalphaโ behaviors.
You start seeing every little thing as a test.
You start asking yourself, โAm I being alpha enough?โ
โDid I lose frame?โ
โDid I show too much interest?โ
You get stuck in your head, second-guessing everything.
And thatโs the trap.
Because the more you chase status, the more anxious you get.
The more you try to โhold frame,โ the more rigid and unnatural you become.
You stop being yourself.
You start being a caricature… a walking, talking Red Pill meme.
And women can smell it from a mile away.
You think youโre being โhigh-value,โ
But youโre just being weird.
You think youโre โgaming the system,โ
But youโre just playing yourself.
Letโs talk about the blame game here.
Red Pill guys are masters at shifting blame.
If something doesnโt go their way, itโs never their fault.
Itโs always โfemale nature.โ
โItโs hypergamy.โ
โItโs the modern dating market.โ
โItโs Tinder.โ
โItโs Instagram.โ
โItโs the simps.โ
โItโs the chads.โ
You see how this works?
Itโs always something outside of you.
Never you.
Never your skills.
Never your calibration.
Never your lack of social skills, emotional control, or actual value as a man.
Itโs always โthe system.โ
And thatโs why so many Red Pill guys never get results.
Theyโre too busy building a case against women,
Against society,
Against the world.
Theyโre in court 24/7,
Playing both prosecutor and victim.
And the verdict is always the same…
โItโs not my fault.โ
But hereโs the brutal truth…
If youโre blaming female nature,
If youโre blaming hypergamy,
If youโre blaming the dating market,
Youโre never going to get results.
Youโre just going to get more bitter, more resentful, and more stuck.
Iโve seen it a hundred times.
Guys come to me after years in the Red Pill trenches.
Theyโve read all the books.
Theyโve watched all the videos.
They know all the lingo.
But theyโre still not getting laid.
Theyโre still not happy.
Theyโre still not living the life they want.
Why?
Because they never took ownership.
They never looked in the mirror and said,
โMaybe itโs me.โ
โMaybe I need to get better.โ
โMaybe I need to learn some actual skills.โ
โMaybe I need to stop blaming women and start working on myself.โ
And when they doโwhen they finally drop the Red Pill excusesโ
Thatโs when things start to change.
Thatโs when they start seeing results.
Thatโs when they start getting laid.
Thatโs when they start enjoying the process again.
But as long as youโre stuck in the Red Pill blame game,
Youโre just spinning your wheels.
Youโre not learning.
Youโre not growing.
Youโre not changing.
Youโre just reciting the same tired lines and wondering why nothing is different.
Now, letโs talk about the other side of the Red Pill that nobody wants to admitโ
This obsession with โclout maxingโ and โstatus maxing.โ
You start thinking you need to have this insane, high-status lifestyle.
You need to be traveling all the time, showing off on Instagram, flexing your money, your cars, your vacations, your โnetwork.โ
You start thinking the only way to win is to have some high-status job,
To look like youโre living the dream 24/7.
You believe you need to be clout maxing, status maxing, lifestyle maxing…
Just to impress women.
But hereโs the reality… thereโs just not enough points to go around.
You can max out your looks, your money, your status,
But if you donโt have the social skills, the calibration, the emotional control, the game…
Youโre still going to be just below that 20/35 line of fuckability I talk about.
Youโre still not going to cross over.
And all that effort you put into clout maxing,
All that time you spent trying to look high-status for Instagram,
All that money you spent on travel and flexingโ
That could have been going towards building real skills.
Skills that actually get you results.
But instead, youโre just chasing the next thing to post, the next thing to flex, the next thing to make you look โhigh valueโ online.
And it never ends.
Youโre always one step behind.
Youโre always just below the line.
Youโre always frustrated, wondering why itโs not working.
But you never stop to realize…
Itโs because you never built the foundation.
You never focused on the skills that actually move the needle.
You thought you could just status-max your way to results.
But the 20/35 system doesnโt lie.
You need all the points, not just a few maxed out.
And until you get that,
Youโre just going to keep spinning your wheels.
Letโs talk about the sociopathic traits here.
Because the Red Pill is full of them.
Itโs all about winning at all costs.
Itโs all about never apologizing.
Itโs all about going on the attack…
Especially if someone calls you out.
Itโs all about never feeling guilt or remorse.
Itโs about building a wall around your ego so nothing can get in.
But hereโs the thing…
If you never let anything in,
You never let yourself grow.
You never let yourself change.
You never let yourself actually connect with anyone…
Not women,
Not friends,
Not even yourself.
Youโre just a fortress of excuses.
A castle made of Red Pill memes.
And you wonder why youโre alone.
You wonder why youโre not getting results.
You wonder why youโre not happy.
Itโs because youโre running the same old operating system.
Youโre just calling it something new.
But itโs the same shit.
Different label.
So if you recognize yourself in any of thisโ
If you feel that sting,
If you feel that resistance,
If you want to argue with me right nowโ
Thatโs the Red Pill talking.
Thatโs your ego trying to protect itself.
Thatโs the blame game in action.
But if you want to win…
If you actually want to get results,
If you actually want to get laid,
If you actually want to enjoy your life…
You have to drop the act.
You have to uninstall the Red Pill operating system.
You have to take extreme ownership.
You have to look in the mirror and say,
โItโs on me.โ
Not women.
Not society.
Not Tinder.
Not Instagram.
Not hypergamy.
Not โfemale nature.โ
Me.
Thatโs the only way out.
Thatโs the only way youโll ever get results.
And thatโs the truth no one else is going to tell you.
But I will.
Because I actually want you to win.
Keep making excuses the economy is bad. Nothing but excuses. He invested in himself, he wasn’t rich. Look at him now.

Letโs talk about MGTOW.
Men Going Their Own Way.
Honestly, out of all the blame-shifting operating systems, this one is the most defeatist.
This is the final boss of giving up.
This is the โthrow your hands up, blame the world, and walk off the fieldโ mindset.
And itโs everywhere now.
Especially after 2020, the economy, inflation, housing prices, student debtโ
You name it, thereโs a reason to quit.
But letโs get real about whatโs actually happening here.
MGTOW guys love to make it all about the economy.
โItโs impossible to afford a wife now.โ
โThereโs no way I can support a family.โ
โWhy even bother dating? Itโs all rigged.โ
โItโs not worth it, John. Women are too expensive.โ
โItโs too risky, too costly, too much stress.โ
So they just check out.
They pull the plug on their own life.
They say, โIโm going my own way,โ but really, theyโre just running away.
Theyโre not actually building anything.
Theyโre not leveling up.
Theyโre not getting stronger, smarter, or more successful.
Theyโre just hiding.
And hereโs the kicker…
All of this is just one big cortisol spiral.
Theyโre stressed out.
Theyโre overwhelmed.
Theyโre constantly doomscrolling, watching the news, reading about the next economic crash.
Their cortisol is through the roof.
They get stuck in survival mode.
They canโt think long-term, canโt focus, canโt even relax.
So what do they do?
They blame the economy.
They blame the government.
They blame women.
They blame society.
They blame the West.
They blame China, Japan, whatever country is trending on YouTube that week.
Itโs always someone elseโs fault.
Itโs never them.
Itโs never their skills.
Itโs never their lack of action.
Itโs never their refusal to adapt.
No, itโs always the world thatโs broken.
And hereโs the thingโ
They convince themselves that women arenโt even worth it.
They say, โWhy should I even try? Thereโs no ROI.โ
โIf I canโt get married, if I canโt have kids, if I canโt have a perfect family, then Iโll just quit.โ
Itโs all or nothing.
Black or white.
If they canโt win the whole game, they wonโt even play.
So they just check out.
They go MGTOW.
They say itโs about freedom, about โgoing their own way,โ about โpeace of mind.โ
But you can hear it in their voice.
You can see it in their eyes.
Itโs not peaceโtheyโre just burned out.
Theyโre just tired.
Theyโre just scared.
Theyโre just full of cortisol, stuck in the loser effect, and looking for the easiest way to justify giving up.
Because the truth is, a lot of these guys could actually win.
A lot of them have decent jobs, decent looks, decent potential.
But they never develop the skills.
They never fix their mindset.
They never learn to play the game as it is now.
They never take extreme ownership.
They just keep blaming the economy, blaming women, blaming โthe system.โ
And hereโs what happens…
They become more and more isolated.
They stop growing.
They stop pushing themselves.
They stop trying.
And every year, the excuses get louder.
Every year, the cortisol gets higher.
Every year, the belief that โitโs not worth itโ gets stronger.
Until one day, theyโre just spectators.
Watching life go by.
Watching other men win.
Watching other men get married, have kids, build families, build legacies.
And they just sit there, arms crossed, telling themselves itโs impossible.
But hereโs the real tragedy…
Itโs not impossible.
Itโs just uncomfortable.
Itโs just hard.
It just requires a new strategy, new skills, and a willingness to adapt.
But MGTOW guys donโt want to hear that.
They want the excuse.
They want the out.
They want the story that lets them quit without feeling guilty.
So they blame the world.
They blame the economy.
They blame women.
And then they call it โfreedom.โ
But itโs not freedom.
Itโs just surrender.
Itโs just quitting.
Itโs just cortisol and blame, wrapped in a new package.
So if youโre stuck in this mindset…
If youโre telling yourself itโs all hopeless,
If youโre blaming the economy,
If youโre blaming women,
If youโre blaming the government,
If youโre blaming society…
You need to wake up.
You need to realize youโre just running from your own potential.
Youโre just hiding from the work.
Youโre just letting cortisol and excuses run your life.
And youโre missing out on everything you could have.
Because the truth is, you donโt need a perfect economy.
You donโt need a million dollars.
You donโt need to be Jeff Bezos to win in this game.
You just need to take extreme ownership.
You need to build skills.
You need to adapt.
You need to keep going… even when itโs hard, even when itโs uncomfortable, even when the world isnโt perfect.
Thatโs what separates the winners from the quitters.
Thatโs what separates the guys who get results from the guys who just make noise.
So if youโre ready to stop blaming the world and start building your life,
If youโre ready to get out of the cortisol spiral and actually play to win,
Then itโs time to drop the MGTOW mindset.
Itโs time to take ownership.
Itโs time to actually go your own way… forward, not backward.
Because I want you to win.
And thatโs the truth nobody else will tell you.
Latino student before all the cackling kamala excuses. He became a hasbeen… due to this cackling kamala concept…

Section 4: The Solution โ Take Extreme Ownership
Hereโs the only way out:
Take extreme ownership.
No matter what happens, itโs your fault.
But hereโs the catch… most students forget this every year because cortisol wipes their memory clean.
Every time you make an excuse, even a small one, or try to shift the blameโ
Itโs just like skipping the gym.
Skip enough times, and you never build the habit.
Skip enough times, and you never do the homework.
Skip enough times, and you never get laid.
Look at all the students who didnโt get resultsโthey all have the same sociopathic traits.
But the ones who DID get results?
They took extreme ownership.
They had enough grit.
They had a growth mindset.
They were changeable, teachable, and willing to do the hard work.
They didnโt just sit there blaming the world, blaming women, blaming the economy, or blaming their genetics.
They faced the pain, took responsibility, and actually did something about it.
This is the mindset that separates winners from quitters.
Every time you take ownershipโevery time you do the work instead of making excuses… you move closer to results.
Every time you blame, you move further away.
Thatโs the real formula. Thatโs how you win.
Letโs break down the solutions for each โblame gameโ mindset:
Black Pill Solution: Stop Shifting Blame & Fix Your State
First off, if youโre stuck in the Black Pill, you need to stop blaming your looks, your genetics, your height, your race… whatever excuse is running through your head.
The truth is, a lot of guys who are deep in the Black Pill arenโt even ugly.
Whatโs killing their results is the loser effect… the cortisol, the stress, the anger, the bitterness.
Thatโs what women pick up on, not your jawline.
You need to fix your state.
Take ashwagandha, St. Johnโs Wort, L-theanine… get your cortisol under control.
Celebrate small wins, manage your stress, and start pattern interrupting that cycle of negativity.
And above all, take ownership.
Ask yourself, โWhat can I control right now?โ
Focus on building real skills, not just obsessing over what you canโt change.
If you need help, get coaching, get feedback, and actually do the drills.
You canโt build a new life if youโre still blaming the old one.
Red Pill Solution: Stop Chasing Clout & Face Your Anger
For the Red Pill crowd, hereโs the reality… stop wasting your time on clout maxing, status maxing, and trying to impress women with your Instagram lifestyle.
If youโre a normal guy with a normal job, youโre never going to out-clout the top 1%.
You canโt run that game if you donโt have the resources.
And even if you could, it wonโt get you over the 20/35 line of fuckability if you donโt have the skills.
Instead, vent your anger.
Stop shifting it onto women, or society, or โfemale nature.โ
If youโre pissed off, talk to someone.
Get therapy if you need it.
Channel that energy into action… into actually working on your social skills, your emotional control, your calibration.
Stop hiding behind theories and start getting real-world feedback.
And again… take ownership.
If youโre not getting results, itโs on you.
Not the algorithm, not hypergamy, not the dating market.
You.
MGTOW Solution: Take the Leap, Build as You Go
Now for the MGTOW guys…
Youโve convinced yourself itโs not worth it, that the economy is too tough, that marriage and family are impossible.
But hereโs the truth… you always figure it out after you start.
You donโt need to have every answer before you take action.
You want a family?
Get into a relationship.
Get married.
Have a kid.
Then figure it out.
Youโll always make more money as you go.
Youโll always find a way.
But if you let fear and cortisol paralyze you, youโll never move.
Youโll just keep making excuses, and the years will pass you by.
So take ownership.
Make the leap.
Start building, even when itโs uncomfortable.
Youโll be surprised how much you can handle when youโre forced to rise to the challenge.
Instead of rage quitting.
The Bottom Line:
Every single solution comes back to this:
Extreme ownership.
You canโt control the economy, or your genetics, or what women want.
But you can control your actions, your mindset, your habits, and your willingness to change.
If you want to break out of the blame game, you need to:
Stop making excuses.
Fix your emotional state.
Build real skills.
Take action, even when youโre scared.
Get support and feedback when you need it.
And above all, keep going.
Thatโs how you win.
Thatโs how you become one of the students who actually gets resultsโ
Not just another guy with a story about why it โdidnโt work out.โ
And if youโre ready to drop the excuses and take extreme ownership,
Thatโs when youโll finally see the results youโve always wanted.ed.
Let me explain why this actually matters.
Because I know some of you are thinking,
โSo what if I make excuses? So what if I donโt have grit, or teachability, or a growth mindset? Who cares?โ
But hereโs the truth…
These arenโt just buzzwords.
These are the things that create real transformation in your life.
This is what actually changes you.
You can have the best tactics, the best system, the best coach, the best program in the world…
But if you donโt have these mindsets,
Youโre not going anywhere.
Youโre stuck.
Youโre pulling the handbrake on your own progress.
Youโre suffocating your own growth.
Letโs break it down.
Teachability and Changeability
If youโre not teachable, you canโt learn.
If youโre not changeable, you canโt adapt.
That means youโll keep repeating the same mistakes, over and over, like some video game character who keeps dying at the same level and never learns how to beat the boss.
Youโll always be stuck at square one,
No matter how many times you try.
Skill Index and Belief
If you donโt believe you can improve, you wonโt even try.
If you donโt build your skill index… your actual, measurable abilities… youโre just spinning your wheels.
Belief is the fuel.
Skill is the engine.
If you donโt have both, youโre not moving.
Manifestation Index
This is your ability to take what you believe and actually turn it into action.
Itโs the bridge between knowing and doing.
But itโs more than thatโitโs your thoughts and your feelings.
If your feelings are angry, bitter, resentfulโif your thoughts are all negative, running the wrong operating system because youโre glued to toxic forums and negativity all dayโ
Youโre just reinforcing your own limitations.
Youโre actually manifesting a bad future for yourself.
Youโre programming your brain to expect failure, to expect rejection, to expect the worst.
And thatโs exactly what you get.
Your thoughts and feelings shape your reality.
If you want to change your results, you have to change what youโre feeding your mind and emotions.
Break the cycle.
Run a new operating system.
Grit
This is the big one.
Grit is what gets you through the hard days.
Grit is what keeps you going when you want to quit.
Grit is what separates the guys who get results from the ones who just talk about it.
But grit is really about resilience.
Itโs about bouncing back when you get knocked down.
Itโs about sticking with it when things get hard.
A lot of people donโt have resilience… they donโt have grit.
Itโs easier to just blame and run away.
Thatโs what theyโre doingโtheyโre runners.
Itโs always easier to make an excuse than to face the pain and push through.
But hereโs the truth:
If you stop shifting the blame,
If you take extreme ownership,
If you actually listen and do the work with my coachingโ
Youโll probably get laid.
Youโll change.
Youโll move forward.
Thatโs the only way to steer things forward.
Thereโs no other way.
If you donโt do this, your boat will not move forward at all.
Youโll just keep pulling the anchor down and youโll stay stuckโyear after year.
Youโre suffocating your own progress.
Youโre pulling the handbrake on your own transformation.
So why does it matter?
Because these mindsets are the difference between success and failure.
Theyโre the difference between being stuck in the same place for years
… or finally breaking through and getting the life you want.
Every time you make an excuse,
Every time you shift the blame,
Every time you laugh off your own failureโ
Youโre robbing yourself of the very things that would change your life.
Youโre pulling the handbrake on your own transformation.
Youโre suffocating your progress before it even starts.
So if you actually want to changeโ
If you actually want to get results,
If you want to be the guy who gets the testimonials,
If you want to be the guy who finally breaks the cycle…
You have to protect these mindsets like your life depends on it.
Because it does.
This is what creates transformation.
This is what gives you power.
This is what takes you from stuck to unstoppable.
Donโt suffocate it.
Donโt pull the handbrake.
Donโt throw your anchor down.
Let go of the excuses, and let yourself actually change.
Thatโs how you win.
