June 5 Day Challenge (Day 3) Extreme Ownership & The Cackling Kamala Effect

Alright, letโ€™s talk about something Iโ€™ve been seeing WAY too much of this year.. I call it the Cackling Kamala effect.

A fucking latino student did the cackling kamala concept live on air, literally proving my point. But this video has 33 views meaning no more 5 day challenges. Eat a dick. Unless you start watching it instead of acting like a poor sewer I won’t say..

you know exactly what Iโ€™m talking about, even if you donโ€™t want to admit it

itโ€™s that pattern, almost like a script, that plays out every single time I call a student out on their bullshit

itโ€™s like clockwork

first, letโ€™s set the scene

Iโ€™m on a call, or maybe weโ€™re in the group chat, and I spot a mistake

maybe you didnโ€™t do the drill right

maybe you skipped the assignment, or youโ€™re still using that weak, fast, cortisol-ridden speech after I told you to slow down and calibrate

so what happens next

step one

the second I call you out, before I even finish the sentence, youโ€™re already scrambling for an excuse

itโ€™s automatic

itโ€™s like your brain is hardwired to dodge responsibility

oh, but John, I was tired that day

oh, but John, the weather was bad

oh, but John, I thought you meant something else

no, you didnโ€™t

you just didnโ€™t do it right, and you know it

step two

here comes the subtle blame-shifting

now, youโ€™re not just making excuses, youโ€™re trying to slide the blame onto me

you might not say it outright, but youโ€™re thinking it

well, maybe John didnโ€™t explain it clearly enough

maybe the instructions werenโ€™t detailed

maybe the program is too advanced for me

you start poking holes, trying to find a way out, instead of just owning your mistake

step three

and then, my favorite part, you give yourself a pat on the back

you act like you deserve a gold bar or a gold star for showing up

you reference something in the past, like, oh, I got a girlfriend before, or maybe I made eighteen thousand dollars, so Iโ€™m okay

or you say, I made twenty thousand a month, but youโ€™re not mentioning you have eighteen thousand of expenses

or you try to say something else like, Iโ€™ve done this, and you start giving yourself a pat on the back like youโ€™re special because you need to protect your narcissistic personality disorder, your massive ego, because itโ€™s been under attack

because you have such low self-esteem, because youโ€™ve been losing lately, because youโ€™re ADHD, and then youโ€™re gaslighting yourself

step four

now, I call you out again

I remind you, sometimes with receipts, sometimes with screenshots, sometimes with the exact audio, I remind you what you forgot

but hereโ€™s the thing

you forgot, not because youโ€™re stupid, but because your cortisol is through the roof

stress wipes your memory

you literally canโ€™t remember what you did or didnโ€™t do last week because youโ€™re running on anxiety and excuses

step five

and then, the punchline

you start laughing, like Kamala Harris at a press conference

itโ€™s that nervous, cackling laugh

you realize, oh shit, I actually did mess up

but instead of owning it, you laugh it off

like, if you can just laugh, maybe nobody will notice how badly you screwed up

itโ€™s almost like you think if you just keep laughing, the problem will disappear

spoiler alert, it doesnโ€™t

this isnโ€™t just a random thing I see once in a while

this has become a pattern, especially in 2025

itโ€™s epidemic

I see it in every group

every ethnicity

every age group

it doesnโ€™t matter if youโ€™re twenty or forty, Asian or white, rich or broke

this is the new default setting for people who donโ€™t want to take extreme ownership

and you know whatโ€™s wild

you think youโ€™re unique

you think your excuses are special

but Iโ€™ve heard them all

I could write a script, hand it to you, and youโ€™d follow it word for word without even knowing it

letโ€™s be honest

every time you go through this cycle, youโ€™re just digging yourself into a deeper hole

every time you shift the blame, pat yourself on the back, laugh it off, and forget what you did, youโ€™re making it harder to actually get results

youโ€™re training your brain to dodge responsibility

youโ€™re teaching yourself to avoid growth

youโ€™re literally rewiring your brain for mediocrity

and then you wonder why youโ€™re stuck

you wonder why youโ€™re not getting laid

you wonder why youโ€™re watching other students get results while youโ€™re still spinning your wheels, cackling in the corner

hereโ€™s the brutal truth

until you break this cycle

until you stop making excuses, stop shifting blame, stop laughing off your mistakes, and actually remember what youโ€™re supposed to do

youโ€™re never going to get the results you want

I donโ€™t care how many times you show up

I donโ€™t care how many messages you send

if youโ€™re living in the cackling Kamala cycle, youโ€™re just wasting time

so next time I call you out

donโ€™t make an excuse

donโ€™t try to blame me

donโ€™t give yourself a pat on the back for the bare minimum

donโ€™t laugh it off

just own it

fix it

and remember it next time

thatโ€™s how you break the cycle

thatโ€™s how you actually get results

otherwise, keep cackling

but donโ€™t be surprised when nothing changes

Day 3. Latino student. He did the โ€œCackling Kamalaโ€ routine live, right on the third day challenge…

just like the chart.

Literally, he went straight to excuses. Then he shifted the blame to me. Then, he started congratulating himself for finishing twelve videos on the mindset playlist.

Letโ€™s be real, he was taking so long, he was about to get kicked out. He also congratulated himself for having a good memory.

Then I pointed out he missed a detail. Instantly, he shifted the blame again, saying it was my fault for not explaining it well enough.

But the last piece is explained clearly. It requires emotional intelligence to use it for the social skills flow drill…

not just memorization.

It was so textbook, so perfect, itโ€™s almost funny.

At first, you might not believe me that the โ€œCackling Kamalaโ€ concept is real. It sounds like some made-up Todd V mental gymnastics. But itโ€™s not. Itโ€™s real. Itโ€™s scientific. I go through this two times a day with students.

It might sound crazy, but Marcoโ€”the Latino studentโ€”would โ€œCackling Kamala Harrisโ€ me every time. He didnโ€™t take notes for Elite Tonality Mastery yesterday, and then he forgot. If I didnโ€™t remind him, he would do it again, just like the other Indian guy I kicked out.

He canโ€™t do it more than three times in a row. The pattern just repeats.

Watch him: shift blame, make excuses, then congratulate himself that he did it before. But thatโ€™s just the bare minimum.

Heโ€™d do this in front of the WhatsApp group if he couldโ€”no guilt, no remorse, just excuses. Not taking extreme ownership.

This is the cycle I see over and over. Itโ€™s not about race…

itโ€™s about mindset, emotional intelligence, and willingness to take feedback. But honestly, some students are just stuck in this loop.

And just for the record, thereโ€™s no reason not to show student lay picsโ€”just like thereโ€™s no reason for Sydney Sweeney not to show her boobs. Let me add some proof. Join me already. Stop making excuses and step up.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is 10th.jpg

Now, letโ€™s break down what I call Latino fuck behavior.. and yeah, this is the newest update.

What is your problem? economic uncertainy? Israel and iran war? thinking the economy is going to get fucked? Get over yourself, stop being a zombie, it would turn out good. I am psychic and I predicted this 11 months ago, so why worry now?

This isnโ€™t just some theory I pulled out of thin air.

This is what Iโ€™ve actually seen, year after year, with Latino students who just canโ€™t break out of their own cycle.

And letโ€™s be realโ€”this is the most sociopathic, low self-esteem trait youโ€™ll ever see in this game.

If the other low self-esteem traits are like purgatory, this is fucking hell.

Letโ€™s go step by step, because you know I donโ€™t sugarcoat this shit.

Step One: One-Track Mind

You get stuck on one thing.

Youโ€™re stubborn as hell.

You can only focus on one step at a timeโ€”like a horse with blinders on.

Multi-step drills? Forget it.

The social skills flow drill? You freeze up.

You want everything to be simple, direct, โ€œjust tell me what line to sayโ€but thatโ€™s not how real skill-building works.

If you canโ€™t handle more than one instruction at a time, youโ€™re always going to be stuck at the beginner level.

Step Two: Wrong Path, the Sociopath

Hereโ€™s where you go off the rails.

You make a bad decision….

maybe you ignore my advice, maybe you try to do it your way, maybe you listen to some other coach who tells you what you want to hear.

And then, exactly four months later, everything blows up in your face and you completely fail.

Not right awayโ€”no, it builds up over time.

But when it happens, itโ€™s a total disaster.

Step Three: Cackling Kamala

This is the new step Iโ€™m seeing everywhere in 2025.

You start making excuses.

You shift the blameโ€”sometimes to me, sometimes to the program, sometimes to the city, or the economy, or even women.

And then, you start laughing it off.

Like if you can just joke about it, itโ€™s not a real problem.

You cackle, you deflect, you act like itโ€™s funny that you messed up.

But deep down, you know youโ€™re just avoiding the truth.

Step Four: Meltdown

Now the emotions kick in.

You have an emotional crash.

You blow up in the group chat.

Or maybe youโ€™re texting me.

Or youโ€™re on the phone, and you have a meltdown.

And you sound like a zombie.

You get dramatic.

You feel like the worldโ€™s against you, and you start to believe your own excuses.

Step Five: Quitting

You give up.

Maybe you tell yourself itโ€™s just a break, but letโ€™s be honestโ€”youโ€™re quitting.

You disappear for a while.

You stop doing the drills.

You stop messaging me.

You convince yourself youโ€™ll come back when you โ€œfeel better,โ€ but you know youโ€™re just running away.

Step Six: Resurrection

But hereโ€™s the thingโ€”youโ€™re too stubborn to stay down for long.

You come crawling back.

You show up again, thinking this time itโ€™ll be different.

But unless you break the cycle, youโ€™re just going to repeat the same steps all over again.

One-track mind, wrong path (the sociopath), cackling Kamala, meltdown, quitting, resurrectionโ€”over and over.

Every time you go through this loop, it gets harder to break out.

And hereโ€™s the real killerโ€”memory loss from cortisol.

Every time you go through this stress, your memory gets wiped clean.

You forget what you learned.

You forget what you did wrong.

You forget the pain of your last meltdown.

So you make the same mistakes again and again.

No memory, no improvement.

Youโ€™re stuck in an endless loopโ€”like a movie where everything just loops in a circle.

You keep making the same mistakes until you finally change something.

Many movies have this…

Donnie Darko, Groundhog Day, Source Code.

But I want you to win.

Iโ€™m giving you all the clues to win.

You have to use the 640 concept.

Youโ€™ve got to watch every video six times when youโ€™re learning.

And then you must make a video calling yourself out for all your mistakes and listen to it 40 times.

Thereโ€™s no other way to get this through your head. There really isnโ€™t.

If you donโ€™t interrupt this cycle, youโ€™re never going to get real results.

Youโ€™ll always be the guy who almost made it, but never broke through.

And thatโ€™s the truth most coaches wonโ€™t tell you. But I willโ€”because I actually want you to win.

Alright, before we dive into the specifics, letโ€™s talk about whatโ€™s really going on with this blame game operating system.

Do you want no more 5 day challenge because you are a poor zombie? shifting blame? thats why you needed to hear this.

Because every single year, without failโ€”especially in 2025โ€”I see the same shit.

A student doesnโ€™t get laid.

Does he look in the mirror?
Does he take extreme ownership?
Nope.

First thing he does is shift the blame.

And Iโ€™m telling you right nowโ€”if you want to stay stuck, if you want to guarantee failure, just keep blaming everything and everyone except yourself.

But if you want to actually win, you have to kill this habit.

You must never shift the blame.

Not to me.

Not to the economy.

Not to women.

Not to โ€œlooks theory.โ€

Not to your parents, your upbringing, your city, your geneticsโ€”none of it.

Because the second you start pointing the finger outward, you just gave away all your power.

Youโ€™re saying, โ€œIโ€™m not in control. Iโ€™m just a victim of my circumstances.โ€

And letโ€™s be realโ€”victims donโ€™t get results.

Winners take ownership.

Now, hereโ€™s the thingโ€”guys will dress this up in all kinds of belief systems, but itโ€™s all the same operating system underneath.

Youโ€™ve got the Black Pill guys.

Youโ€™ve got the Red Pill guys.

Youโ€™ve got the MGTOW guys.

They all think theyโ€™re so different, so unique, so โ€œwokeโ€ to the truth.

But honestly?

Itโ€™s all just different flavors of the same sociopathic, narcissistic, Machiavellian, delusional thinking.

Itโ€™s all about dodging responsibility.

Itโ€™s all about protecting your ego.

Itโ€™s all about finding some external reason to explain away your lack of results.

Letโ€™s call it what it is

Itโ€™s the same hardware, just running different software.

Black Pill, Red Pill, MGTOW

doesnโ€™t matter.

They all have the same traits:

  • Theyโ€™ll win at all costs… even if it means lying to themselves or others.
  • They never apologize…even when theyโ€™re dead wrong.
  • They go on the attack…especially if you point out their mistakes.
  • They never feel guilt or remorseโ€”because that would mean admitting theyโ€™re not perfect.
  • And most importantly…theyโ€™re always delusional.

They build these elaborate stories, these entire worldviews, just to justify why theyโ€™re not getting results.

But at the end of the day, itโ€™s all just one big excuse.

Itโ€™s a way to avoid the hard truth…that youโ€™re the only one responsible for your success or failure.

So before we go into the details of Black Pill, Red Pill, and MGTOW, just know this:

If youโ€™re stuck in the blame game,
If youโ€™re still running this operating system in your head,
Youโ€™re never going to get the results you want.

You have to uninstall this shit.

You have to take extreme ownershipโ€”no matter how uncomfortable it is.

Thatโ€™s the only way out.

And thatโ€™s what separates the students who win from the ones who keep making excuses year after year.

Asian in May, got a stripper. What did you get worshipping white dating coaches or white plausibiility halo effect, except a dick in your hand and pornhub?

Letโ€™s start with the Black Pill.

Mpre blame shifting

Because honestly, this is where the blame game always begins.

This is ground zero for shifting responsibility.

If you want to see the purest form of sociopathic blame-shifting, just look at the Black Pill crowd.

These are the guys who have turned blaming the world into a full-time job.

Itโ€™s always about โ€œlooks.โ€

Itโ€™s always about genetics.

Itโ€™s always about height, bone structure, race, age, jawline, hairline, whatever-the-fuck-line they can find to complain about.

Itโ€™s never about them.

Itโ€™s never about their skills.

Itโ€™s never about their effort.

Itโ€™s never about what they could actually control.

Nope.

Itโ€™s always, โ€œIf I was taller, if I was better looking, if I was younger, if I had a different face, if I had a different skin color, then Iโ€™d get results.โ€

Itโ€™s fate.

Itโ€™s destiny.

Itโ€™s just the cards I was dealt, John.

Thatโ€™s the Black Pill mantra.

And hereโ€™s the thingโ€”

This is the most sociopathic, low self-esteem mindset out there.

Itโ€™s not just self-pityโ€”itโ€™s a total abdication of responsibility.

Itโ€™s like theyโ€™re addicted to being the victim.

They want to be told itโ€™s hopeless so they can stop trying.

They want the excuse.

They want the out.

Because if itโ€™s all genetics, if itโ€™s all fate, if itโ€™s all predetermined, then nothing is ever their fault.

They never have to change.

They never have to risk failing.

They never have to be uncomfortable.

They can just sit back and say, โ€œSee? I told you, itโ€™s impossible for me.โ€

And the worst part?

They get a kind of twisted satisfaction out of it.

Itโ€™s like they want to drag everyone else down with them.

If you try to improve, if you try to work on your skills, if you try to take ownership, theyโ€™ll attack you.

Theyโ€™ll call you delusional.

Theyโ€™ll call you a cope.

Theyโ€™ll say, โ€œBro, youโ€™re just coping. Youโ€™re just wasting your time.โ€

Its over curry cel

Because your effort threatens their sociopath opinions as fact narrative.

Your progress exposes their excuses.

And they canโ€™t have that.

So they double down.

They go deeper into the forums, the subreddits, the YouTube comment sections, searching for more proof that itโ€™s all hopeless.

They want more data, more face ratings, more โ€œscientificโ€ breakdowns of why theyโ€™re doomed.

But itโ€™s all just a cover, or confirmation bias.

I get students laid, they can’t even get their own peers laid so stfu.

Itโ€™s all just a way to avoid responsibility.

Itโ€™s all just a way to protect their fragile ego.

Because the truth is, if they actually tried… if they actually put in the work and still failedโ€”then theyโ€™d have to face the reality that maybe itโ€™s them.

Maybe itโ€™s their lack of skills.

Maybe itโ€™s their mindset.

Maybe itโ€™s their refusal to do the hard work due to a lack of resilience or growth mindset.

But thatโ€™s too painful, so they never go there.

They just keep shifting the blame.

And hereโ€™s what makes it sociopathic…

Itโ€™s not just that they blame the world.

Itโ€™s that they never feel guilt or remorse for dragging others down.

Theyโ€™ll do everything they can to keep you stuck.

Theyโ€™ll attack anyone who tries to improve.

Theyโ€™ll gaslight you, shame you, try to pull you back into the pit.

Because if you get out, it proves they couldโ€™ve gotten out too.

And thatโ€™s the one thing they canโ€™t handle.

So they become evangelists for hopelessness.

They spread the gospel of โ€œitโ€™s over rice cellโ€ everywhere they go.

And if youโ€™re not careful, you get sucked into it.

You start to believe it.

You start to see the world through their blacked-out lens.

You start to give up before you even try.

And thatโ€™s how you lose… before you even step on the field.

Hereโ€™s what nobody wants to admit…

A lot of these Black Pill guys are actually decent looking.

Theyโ€™re not ugly at all.

But the real reason women are turned off isnโ€™t their looksโ€”itโ€™s the cortisol.

Itโ€™s the loser effect.

Itโ€™s that intensity, that anger, that frustration they carry around everywhere.

Itโ€™s the vibe that screams, โ€œIโ€™ve already lost, and itโ€™s your fault.โ€

Women feel that.

They pick up on that energy instantly.

Itโ€™s not about your jawlineโ€”itโ€™s about your emotional state.

When youโ€™re stuck in the loser effect, your cortisol is through the roof.

Youโ€™re intense.

Youโ€™re angry.

Youโ€™re bitter.

And women just want to get away from you.

You shift the blame onto them, and they can sense it.

Thatโ€™s what actually turns them off.

Itโ€™s not your face… itโ€™s your state.

More of your facial expressions because you are more intense than wheat waffles or Elliot Rodgers.

So let me make this clear:

If youโ€™re in the Black Pill mindset,

If youโ€™re obsessed with looks, genetics, fate, and all that bullshitโ€”

Youโ€™re not even playing the game.

Youโ€™re just sitting in the bleachers, heckling the players, telling yourself itโ€™s impossible.

And you know what?

Thatโ€™s the only guarantee youโ€™ll never win.

Because you never even tried.

You never took responsibility.

You never took ownership.

You never gave yourself a chance.

So if you want to stay stuck, keep blaming your genetics.

Keep blaming your height, your face, your age.

Keep telling yourself itโ€™s over.

But if you actually want to get resultsโ€”if you actually want to get laidโ€”

You have to kill this mindset.

You have to stop shifting the blame.

You have to take extreme ownership.

You have to look in the mirror and say, โ€œWhat can I control? What can I improve? What skills am I missing? What am I willing to do to get better?โ€

Thatโ€™s the only way youโ€™ll ever break out.

Thatโ€™s the only way youโ€™ll ever get results.

And thatโ€™s the truth no one else is going to tell you.

But I will… because I actually want you to win.

Stop consuming black pill concept.

This 5’4 Filipino got 150 lays with my coaching. Hes not the only one with over 100 lays with my training.

RED PILL IS NEXT, DON’T SHIFT BLAME TO FEMALE NATURE AND THINK ITS ALL CLOUT MAXING.

Because honestly, out of all the โ€œpills,โ€ this is the one I see the most students get sucked into.

Itโ€™s everywhere.

YouTube, Reddit, forums, Discord, Telegram groups…

The Red Pill is like a virus.

It spreads fast because it gives you a ready-made excuse for everything.

You donโ€™t have to think for yourself.

You just have to memorize a few catchphrases, blame female nature, and suddenly youโ€™re โ€œwoke.โ€

But letโ€™s be real…

Most of you Red Pill guys arenโ€™t awake.

Youโ€™re just sleepwalking through life with a new set of blinders on.

You traded one set of blue pill lies for another set of Red Pill lies.

And you call it โ€œtruth.โ€

Letโ€™s break it down.

What is the Red Pill, really?

Itโ€™s a belief system built on the idea that women are hypergamous.

That women only want the top 10% of men.

That female nature is fixed, ruthless, and always looking to trade up.

Itโ€™s the idea that you need status, clout, money, looksโ€”

That you need to be an โ€œalphaโ€ or a โ€œhigh-value manโ€ to even have a shot.

And if youโ€™re not, well, youโ€™re just cannon fodder.

Youโ€™re invisible.

Youโ€™re the beta, the provider, the backup plan.

The Red Pill tells you that the game is rigged.

That women are always looking for the next best thing.

That theyโ€™re โ€œnot yours, itโ€™s just your turn.โ€

And if you buy into this, you start to see every interaction through a filter of suspicion and competition.

You start to think every woman is out to manipulate you.

You start to believe that you need to one-up every guy in the room just to have a chance.

And hereโ€™s where it gets really toxicโ€”

Because the Red Pill doesnโ€™t just make you paranoid about women.

It makes you paranoid about yourself.

You start obsessing over your status.

Your money.

Your looks.

Your โ€œalphaโ€ behaviors.

You start seeing every little thing as a test.

You start asking yourself, โ€œAm I being alpha enough?โ€

โ€œDid I lose frame?โ€

โ€œDid I show too much interest?โ€

You get stuck in your head, second-guessing everything.

And thatโ€™s the trap.

Because the more you chase status, the more anxious you get.

The more you try to โ€œhold frame,โ€ the more rigid and unnatural you become.

You stop being yourself.

You start being a caricature… a walking, talking Red Pill meme.

And women can smell it from a mile away.

You think youโ€™re being โ€œhigh-value,โ€

But youโ€™re just being weird.

You think youโ€™re โ€œgaming the system,โ€

But youโ€™re just playing yourself.

Letโ€™s talk about the blame game here.

Red Pill guys are masters at shifting blame.

If something doesnโ€™t go their way, itโ€™s never their fault.

Itโ€™s always โ€œfemale nature.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s hypergamy.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s the modern dating market.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s Tinder.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s Instagram.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s the simps.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s the chads.โ€

You see how this works?

Itโ€™s always something outside of you.

Never you.

Never your skills.

Never your calibration.

Never your lack of social skills, emotional control, or actual value as a man.

Itโ€™s always โ€œthe system.โ€

And thatโ€™s why so many Red Pill guys never get results.

Theyโ€™re too busy building a case against women,

Against society,

Against the world.

Theyโ€™re in court 24/7,

Playing both prosecutor and victim.

And the verdict is always the same…

โ€œItโ€™s not my fault.โ€

But hereโ€™s the brutal truth…

If youโ€™re blaming female nature,

If youโ€™re blaming hypergamy,

If youโ€™re blaming the dating market,

Youโ€™re never going to get results.

Youโ€™re just going to get more bitter, more resentful, and more stuck.

Iโ€™ve seen it a hundred times.

Guys come to me after years in the Red Pill trenches.

Theyโ€™ve read all the books.

Theyโ€™ve watched all the videos.

They know all the lingo.

But theyโ€™re still not getting laid.

Theyโ€™re still not happy.

Theyโ€™re still not living the life they want.

Why?

Because they never took ownership.

They never looked in the mirror and said,

โ€œMaybe itโ€™s me.โ€

โ€œMaybe I need to get better.โ€

โ€œMaybe I need to learn some actual skills.โ€

โ€œMaybe I need to stop blaming women and start working on myself.โ€

And when they doโ€”when they finally drop the Red Pill excusesโ€”

Thatโ€™s when things start to change.

Thatโ€™s when they start seeing results.

Thatโ€™s when they start getting laid.

Thatโ€™s when they start enjoying the process again.

But as long as youโ€™re stuck in the Red Pill blame game,

Youโ€™re just spinning your wheels.

Youโ€™re not learning.

Youโ€™re not growing.

Youโ€™re not changing.

Youโ€™re just reciting the same tired lines and wondering why nothing is different.

Now, letโ€™s talk about the other side of the Red Pill that nobody wants to admitโ€”

This obsession with โ€œclout maxingโ€ and โ€œstatus maxing.โ€

You start thinking you need to have this insane, high-status lifestyle.

You need to be traveling all the time, showing off on Instagram, flexing your money, your cars, your vacations, your โ€œnetwork.โ€

You start thinking the only way to win is to have some high-status job,

To look like youโ€™re living the dream 24/7.

You believe you need to be clout maxing, status maxing, lifestyle maxing…

Just to impress women.

But hereโ€™s the reality… thereโ€™s just not enough points to go around.

You can max out your looks, your money, your status,

But if you donโ€™t have the social skills, the calibration, the emotional control, the game…

Youโ€™re still going to be just below that 20/35 line of fuckability I talk about.

Youโ€™re still not going to cross over.

And all that effort you put into clout maxing,

All that time you spent trying to look high-status for Instagram,

All that money you spent on travel and flexingโ€”

That could have been going towards building real skills.

Skills that actually get you results.

But instead, youโ€™re just chasing the next thing to post, the next thing to flex, the next thing to make you look โ€œhigh valueโ€ online.

And it never ends.

Youโ€™re always one step behind.

Youโ€™re always just below the line.

Youโ€™re always frustrated, wondering why itโ€™s not working.

But you never stop to realize…

Itโ€™s because you never built the foundation.

You never focused on the skills that actually move the needle.

You thought you could just status-max your way to results.

But the 20/35 system doesnโ€™t lie.

You need all the points, not just a few maxed out.

And until you get that,

Youโ€™re just going to keep spinning your wheels.

Letโ€™s talk about the sociopathic traits here.

Because the Red Pill is full of them.

Itโ€™s all about winning at all costs.

Itโ€™s all about never apologizing.

Itโ€™s all about going on the attack…

Especially if someone calls you out.

Itโ€™s all about never feeling guilt or remorse.

Itโ€™s about building a wall around your ego so nothing can get in.

But hereโ€™s the thing…

If you never let anything in,

You never let yourself grow.

You never let yourself change.

You never let yourself actually connect with anyone…

Not women,

Not friends,

Not even yourself.

Youโ€™re just a fortress of excuses.

A castle made of Red Pill memes.

And you wonder why youโ€™re alone.

You wonder why youโ€™re not getting results.

You wonder why youโ€™re not happy.

Itโ€™s because youโ€™re running the same old operating system.

Youโ€™re just calling it something new.

But itโ€™s the same shit.

Different label.

So if you recognize yourself in any of thisโ€”

If you feel that sting,

If you feel that resistance,

If you want to argue with me right nowโ€”

Thatโ€™s the Red Pill talking.

Thatโ€™s your ego trying to protect itself.

Thatโ€™s the blame game in action.

But if you want to win…

If you actually want to get results,

If you actually want to get laid,

If you actually want to enjoy your life…

You have to drop the act.

You have to uninstall the Red Pill operating system.

You have to take extreme ownership.

You have to look in the mirror and say,

โ€œItโ€™s on me.โ€

Not women.

Not society.

Not Tinder.

Not Instagram.

Not hypergamy.

Not โ€œfemale nature.โ€

Me.

Thatโ€™s the only way out.

Thatโ€™s the only way youโ€™ll ever get results.

And thatโ€™s the truth no one else is going to tell you.

But I will.

Because I actually want you to win.

Keep making excuses the economy is bad. Nothing but excuses. He invested in himself, he wasn’t rich. Look at him now.

Letโ€™s talk about MGTOW.

Men Going Their Own Way.

Honestly, out of all the blame-shifting operating systems, this one is the most defeatist.

This is the final boss of giving up.

This is the โ€œthrow your hands up, blame the world, and walk off the fieldโ€ mindset.

And itโ€™s everywhere now.

Especially after 2020, the economy, inflation, housing prices, student debtโ€”
You name it, thereโ€™s a reason to quit.

But letโ€™s get real about whatโ€™s actually happening here.

MGTOW guys love to make it all about the economy.

โ€œItโ€™s impossible to afford a wife now.โ€

โ€œThereโ€™s no way I can support a family.โ€

โ€œWhy even bother dating? Itโ€™s all rigged.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s not worth it, John. Women are too expensive.โ€

โ€œItโ€™s too risky, too costly, too much stress.โ€

So they just check out.

They pull the plug on their own life.

They say, โ€œIโ€™m going my own way,โ€ but really, theyโ€™re just running away.

Theyโ€™re not actually building anything.

Theyโ€™re not leveling up.

Theyโ€™re not getting stronger, smarter, or more successful.

Theyโ€™re just hiding.

And hereโ€™s the kicker…
All of this is just one big cortisol spiral.

Theyโ€™re stressed out.

Theyโ€™re overwhelmed.

Theyโ€™re constantly doomscrolling, watching the news, reading about the next economic crash.

Their cortisol is through the roof.

They get stuck in survival mode.

They canโ€™t think long-term, canโ€™t focus, canโ€™t even relax.

So what do they do?

They blame the economy.

They blame the government.

They blame women.

They blame society.

They blame the West.

They blame China, Japan, whatever country is trending on YouTube that week.

Itโ€™s always someone elseโ€™s fault.

Itโ€™s never them.

Itโ€™s never their skills.

Itโ€™s never their lack of action.

Itโ€™s never their refusal to adapt.

No, itโ€™s always the world thatโ€™s broken.

And hereโ€™s the thingโ€”
They convince themselves that women arenโ€™t even worth it.

They say, โ€œWhy should I even try? Thereโ€™s no ROI.โ€

โ€œIf I canโ€™t get married, if I canโ€™t have kids, if I canโ€™t have a perfect family, then Iโ€™ll just quit.โ€

Itโ€™s all or nothing.

Black or white.

If they canโ€™t win the whole game, they wonโ€™t even play.

So they just check out.

They go MGTOW.

They say itโ€™s about freedom, about โ€œgoing their own way,โ€ about โ€œpeace of mind.โ€

But you can hear it in their voice.

You can see it in their eyes.

Itโ€™s not peaceโ€”theyโ€™re just burned out.

Theyโ€™re just tired.

Theyโ€™re just scared.

Theyโ€™re just full of cortisol, stuck in the loser effect, and looking for the easiest way to justify giving up.

Because the truth is, a lot of these guys could actually win.

A lot of them have decent jobs, decent looks, decent potential.

But they never develop the skills.

They never fix their mindset.

They never learn to play the game as it is now.

They never take extreme ownership.

They just keep blaming the economy, blaming women, blaming โ€œthe system.โ€

And hereโ€™s what happens…
They become more and more isolated.

They stop growing.

They stop pushing themselves.

They stop trying.

And every year, the excuses get louder.

Every year, the cortisol gets higher.

Every year, the belief that โ€œitโ€™s not worth itโ€ gets stronger.

Until one day, theyโ€™re just spectators.

Watching life go by.

Watching other men win.

Watching other men get married, have kids, build families, build legacies.

And they just sit there, arms crossed, telling themselves itโ€™s impossible.

But hereโ€™s the real tragedy…
Itโ€™s not impossible.

Itโ€™s just uncomfortable.

Itโ€™s just hard.

It just requires a new strategy, new skills, and a willingness to adapt.

But MGTOW guys donโ€™t want to hear that.

They want the excuse.

They want the out.

They want the story that lets them quit without feeling guilty.

So they blame the world.

They blame the economy.

They blame women.

And then they call it โ€œfreedom.โ€

But itโ€™s not freedom.

Itโ€™s just surrender.

Itโ€™s just quitting.

Itโ€™s just cortisol and blame, wrapped in a new package.

So if youโ€™re stuck in this mindset…

If youโ€™re telling yourself itโ€™s all hopeless,

If youโ€™re blaming the economy,

If youโ€™re blaming women,

If youโ€™re blaming the government,

If youโ€™re blaming society…

You need to wake up.

You need to realize youโ€™re just running from your own potential.

Youโ€™re just hiding from the work.

Youโ€™re just letting cortisol and excuses run your life.

And youโ€™re missing out on everything you could have.

Because the truth is, you donโ€™t need a perfect economy.

You donโ€™t need a million dollars.

You donโ€™t need to be Jeff Bezos to win in this game.

You just need to take extreme ownership.

You need to build skills.

You need to adapt.

You need to keep going… even when itโ€™s hard, even when itโ€™s uncomfortable, even when the world isnโ€™t perfect.

Thatโ€™s what separates the winners from the quitters.

Thatโ€™s what separates the guys who get results from the guys who just make noise.

So if youโ€™re ready to stop blaming the world and start building your life,

If youโ€™re ready to get out of the cortisol spiral and actually play to win,

Then itโ€™s time to drop the MGTOW mindset.

Itโ€™s time to take ownership.

Itโ€™s time to actually go your own way… forward, not backward.

Because I want you to win.

And thatโ€™s the truth nobody else will tell you.

Latino student before all the cackling kamala excuses. He became a hasbeen… due to this cackling kamala concept…

Section 4: The Solution โ€“ Take Extreme Ownership

Hereโ€™s the only way out:

Take extreme ownership.

No matter what happens, itโ€™s your fault.

But hereโ€™s the catch… most students forget this every year because cortisol wipes their memory clean.

Every time you make an excuse, even a small one, or try to shift the blameโ€”

Itโ€™s just like skipping the gym.

Skip enough times, and you never build the habit.

Skip enough times, and you never do the homework.

Skip enough times, and you never get laid.

Look at all the students who didnโ€™t get resultsโ€”they all have the same sociopathic traits.

But the ones who DID get results?

They took extreme ownership.

They had enough grit.

They had a growth mindset.

They were changeable, teachable, and willing to do the hard work.

They didnโ€™t just sit there blaming the world, blaming women, blaming the economy, or blaming their genetics.

They faced the pain, took responsibility, and actually did something about it.

This is the mindset that separates winners from quitters.

Every time you take ownershipโ€”every time you do the work instead of making excuses… you move closer to results.

Every time you blame, you move further away.

Thatโ€™s the real formula. Thatโ€™s how you win.

Letโ€™s break down the solutions for each โ€œblame gameโ€ mindset:

Black Pill Solution: Stop Shifting Blame & Fix Your State

First off, if youโ€™re stuck in the Black Pill, you need to stop blaming your looks, your genetics, your height, your race… whatever excuse is running through your head.

The truth is, a lot of guys who are deep in the Black Pill arenโ€™t even ugly.

Whatโ€™s killing their results is the loser effect… the cortisol, the stress, the anger, the bitterness.

Thatโ€™s what women pick up on, not your jawline.

You need to fix your state.

Take ashwagandha, St. Johnโ€™s Wort, L-theanine… get your cortisol under control.

Celebrate small wins, manage your stress, and start pattern interrupting that cycle of negativity.

And above all, take ownership.

Ask yourself, โ€œWhat can I control right now?โ€

Focus on building real skills, not just obsessing over what you canโ€™t change.

If you need help, get coaching, get feedback, and actually do the drills.

You canโ€™t build a new life if youโ€™re still blaming the old one.

Red Pill Solution: Stop Chasing Clout & Face Your Anger

For the Red Pill crowd, hereโ€™s the reality… stop wasting your time on clout maxing, status maxing, and trying to impress women with your Instagram lifestyle.

If youโ€™re a normal guy with a normal job, youโ€™re never going to out-clout the top 1%.

You canโ€™t run that game if you donโ€™t have the resources.

And even if you could, it wonโ€™t get you over the 20/35 line of fuckability if you donโ€™t have the skills.

Instead, vent your anger.

Stop shifting it onto women, or society, or โ€œfemale nature.โ€

If youโ€™re pissed off, talk to someone.

Get therapy if you need it.

Channel that energy into action… into actually working on your social skills, your emotional control, your calibration.

Stop hiding behind theories and start getting real-world feedback.

And again… take ownership.

If youโ€™re not getting results, itโ€™s on you.

Not the algorithm, not hypergamy, not the dating market.

You.

MGTOW Solution: Take the Leap, Build as You Go

Now for the MGTOW guys…

Youโ€™ve convinced yourself itโ€™s not worth it, that the economy is too tough, that marriage and family are impossible.

But hereโ€™s the truth… you always figure it out after you start.

You donโ€™t need to have every answer before you take action.

You want a family?

Get into a relationship.

Get married.

Have a kid.

Then figure it out.

Youโ€™ll always make more money as you go.

Youโ€™ll always find a way.

But if you let fear and cortisol paralyze you, youโ€™ll never move.

Youโ€™ll just keep making excuses, and the years will pass you by.

So take ownership.

Make the leap.

Start building, even when itโ€™s uncomfortable.

Youโ€™ll be surprised how much you can handle when youโ€™re forced to rise to the challenge.

Instead of rage quitting.

The Bottom Line:

Every single solution comes back to this:

Extreme ownership.

You canโ€™t control the economy, or your genetics, or what women want.

But you can control your actions, your mindset, your habits, and your willingness to change.

If you want to break out of the blame game, you need to:

Stop making excuses.

Fix your emotional state.

Build real skills.

Take action, even when youโ€™re scared.

Get support and feedback when you need it.

And above all, keep going.

Thatโ€™s how you win.

Thatโ€™s how you become one of the students who actually gets resultsโ€”

Not just another guy with a story about why it โ€œdidnโ€™t work out.โ€

And if youโ€™re ready to drop the excuses and take extreme ownership,

Thatโ€™s when youโ€™ll finally see the results youโ€™ve always wanted.ed.

Let me explain why this actually matters.

Because I know some of you are thinking,

โ€œSo what if I make excuses? So what if I donโ€™t have grit, or teachability, or a growth mindset? Who cares?โ€

But hereโ€™s the truth…

These arenโ€™t just buzzwords.

These are the things that create real transformation in your life.

This is what actually changes you.

You can have the best tactics, the best system, the best coach, the best program in the world…

But if you donโ€™t have these mindsets,

Youโ€™re not going anywhere.

Youโ€™re stuck.

Youโ€™re pulling the handbrake on your own progress.

Youโ€™re suffocating your own growth.

Letโ€™s break it down.

Teachability and Changeability

If youโ€™re not teachable, you canโ€™t learn.

If youโ€™re not changeable, you canโ€™t adapt.

That means youโ€™ll keep repeating the same mistakes, over and over, like some video game character who keeps dying at the same level and never learns how to beat the boss.

Youโ€™ll always be stuck at square one,

No matter how many times you try.

Skill Index and Belief

If you donโ€™t believe you can improve, you wonโ€™t even try.

If you donโ€™t build your skill index… your actual, measurable abilities… youโ€™re just spinning your wheels.

Belief is the fuel.

Skill is the engine.

If you donโ€™t have both, youโ€™re not moving.

Manifestation Index

This is your ability to take what you believe and actually turn it into action.

Itโ€™s the bridge between knowing and doing.

But itโ€™s more than thatโ€”itโ€™s your thoughts and your feelings.

If your feelings are angry, bitter, resentfulโ€”if your thoughts are all negative, running the wrong operating system because youโ€™re glued to toxic forums and negativity all dayโ€”

Youโ€™re just reinforcing your own limitations.

Youโ€™re actually manifesting a bad future for yourself.

Youโ€™re programming your brain to expect failure, to expect rejection, to expect the worst.

And thatโ€™s exactly what you get.

Your thoughts and feelings shape your reality.

If you want to change your results, you have to change what youโ€™re feeding your mind and emotions.

Break the cycle.

Run a new operating system.

Grit

This is the big one.

Grit is what gets you through the hard days.

Grit is what keeps you going when you want to quit.

Grit is what separates the guys who get results from the ones who just talk about it.

But grit is really about resilience.

Itโ€™s about bouncing back when you get knocked down.

Itโ€™s about sticking with it when things get hard.

A lot of people donโ€™t have resilience… they donโ€™t have grit.

Itโ€™s easier to just blame and run away.

Thatโ€™s what theyโ€™re doingโ€”theyโ€™re runners.

Itโ€™s always easier to make an excuse than to face the pain and push through.

But hereโ€™s the truth:

If you stop shifting the blame,

If you take extreme ownership,

If you actually listen and do the work with my coachingโ€”

Youโ€™ll probably get laid.

Youโ€™ll change.

Youโ€™ll move forward.

Thatโ€™s the only way to steer things forward.

Thereโ€™s no other way.

If you donโ€™t do this, your boat will not move forward at all.

Youโ€™ll just keep pulling the anchor down and youโ€™ll stay stuckโ€”year after year.

Youโ€™re suffocating your own progress.

Youโ€™re pulling the handbrake on your own transformation.

So why does it matter?

Because these mindsets are the difference between success and failure.

Theyโ€™re the difference between being stuck in the same place for years

… or finally breaking through and getting the life you want.

Every time you make an excuse,

Every time you shift the blame,

Every time you laugh off your own failureโ€”

Youโ€™re robbing yourself of the very things that would change your life.

Youโ€™re pulling the handbrake on your own transformation.

Youโ€™re suffocating your progress before it even starts.

So if you actually want to changeโ€”

If you actually want to get results,

If you want to be the guy who gets the testimonials,

If you want to be the guy who finally breaks the cycle…

You have to protect these mindsets like your life depends on it.

Because it does.

This is what creates transformation.

This is what gives you power.

This is what takes you from stuck to unstoppable.

Donโ€™t suffocate it.

Donโ€™t pull the handbrake.

Donโ€™t throw your anchor down.

Let go of the excuses, and let yourself actually change.

Thatโ€™s how you win.
