So, you want to know how to break out of your loser spiral and start winning?

You have no choice, if you want to save your mind from spending too much money due to depression and excessive ADHD
When that happens, that becomes and anti depressant, retail therapy.
Pretty soon you would be broke and in massive debt.
You would struggle with the Maslov chart of human needs being in survival mode.
A lot of these MGTOW guys doesn’t seem to do well financially and are quitting worst than Japan.
How people can’t afford to procreate, can’t afford a relationship or to even go on dates.
Its happening not only in the west, this is also happening in Asia.
Even China now with their economic stress, impacting Asian men everywhere.
If you don’t have a stable income, or not in survival mode, you would be stuck.
What is the 5 buckets.
- You have to have some emergency money, at least 20% because you never know when something breaks down. Which happens to poor people
- You have to have enough self investment money like for coaching, my coaching which is proven to work
- You need to invest in asssets which gets you more money. More you learn the more you earn.
- You need to pay the bills of course.
- Play money for yourself but you can only spend 20%.
So this way you never go broke.
You break these rules, they would break you.
Now you say instead of dating you are going to get distracted and focus on making more money
But you will bleed money if you can’t split it up.
If you are 2 paychecks away from being homeless… you are cooked.
You will always be stressed out due to cortisol due to the winner and loser effect.
Your only hope is to one day move to Thailand when you get older and become and expat…
That is no way to live.
You also got to drink Soylent or Huel in the morning so you don’t get hungry so you can eat at 3 to 6pm.
A very small window, where you can eat as much as you want.
You won’t turn fat due to spikes in insulin.
This diet which is extremely hard has kept me younger looking.
It has also saved a ton of money for food cost.
The obstacle that is in your way is simply you fat MGTOWs can’t control your own emotions.
You have to eat a ton of snacks.
You would get a cushing syndrome.
The fastest way to quit is to fat and full of cortisol.
I had 100% of the students who are fat and overweight quitting last year.
Step 6: Overcome Approach Anxiety
If you’re anxious about talking to women, then guess what? Your cortisol is calling the shots.
You’ve got to drown out those excuses in your head and FORCE yourself to approach.
Expect some rejection… 7 out of 10 might say no, but hey, 3 will talk to you. That’s just how it is for bad approach anxiety.
You have to drown out the low self esteem voice, with your own that women wants you to approach them.
You literally have to mentally scream it into your head before you approach over 30 to 40 times in a row.
Otherwise you would make excuses and run

Step 7: Build Conviction With Inner Game
Alright, let’s break this down a bit. So, the sixth point is all about those inner game affirmations…
repeating them until it’s like, you really believe in them, you know?
You have to convince your brain like a dictator against a country that is rebelling.
You must say it over and over and over again until the right brain rebelling, backs the fuck down.
Visualization of success is key here.
It’s not just about thinking; it’s about feeling that success as if you’ve already achieved it.
You can use a VR google cardboard to get more comfortable with women if you are too afraid of them if you are MGTOW like a phobia.
Now, when it comes to identity transformation, that’s crucial.
Like, if someone identifies as MGTOW, they embrace that label fully.
It’s similar to how smokers struggle to quit if they don’t shift their self-image.
I had this one student… let’s just say he was an unteachable case.
He was a MGTOW, overweight, bald, black and well, he wasn’t exactly the star of the class.
Kicked out, honestly, he was labeled the worst student of the year in 2022.
But it’s like, he couldn’t move past his situation. Constantly running away, all because of his low self-esteem.
He was also the worst student of 2024.
Oh, and maybe, just maybe, trying out binaural beats could help? It’s worth a shot, right? Just something to consider.
Stuff to raise your self esteem.
However he claimed he would actually go through it, but he didn’t.
Step 8: Reprogram Your Mindset
So, here’s the deal: they really ought to create a mindset playlist.

You know, something that helps them rebuild their thoughts and attitudes.
After that, they could transform their notes into an audio format.
Just imagine them listening over and over again…
really embedding those ideas into their minds.

But he didn’t do it, so he is stuck as usual.
This is self deception

And on top of that, they really need to grasp the five essential mindsets.
- Be teachable
- Be changable
- Be skillful
- Believe in yourself
- Your thoughts and feelings will manifest

Step 9: Get Physically Aggressive
Ninth, it’s essential for them to pick up some form of martial arts.
You know, transitioning from that instinctive flight or freeze reaction into a more proactive fight mode.
They really ought to adopt that tough Israeli survival mentality, like what you see in the IDF.
Learning Krav Maga and engaging in aggression drills could be a game-changer.
But, let’s be real for a second… would these MGTOW losers actually be willing to learn?
Or maybe they’re just too laid back and lack the discipline because of some underlying self-esteem issues?
It kind of makes you wonder, don’t you think?
Do they even have the grit to push through and really commit to this?

Step 10: 20/35 Build Social Skills & Emotional Intelligence
Alright, so here’s the deal: they really need to step up their 20/35 score and create a solid habit over 21 days for things like social skills, emotional control, social calibrations, and some game drills.
