The key is just showing up consistently. That’s it. Then, doing just a bit more every single week.
Most fat daygamers can’t even get out the door. They shut down because of cortisol, stress, and low self-esteem. But here’s the trick: habits can retrain this. Just showing up changes everything.
Secret #1: Fat Daygamers Have Cushing Syndrome
The first big secret is too much cortisol—what I call the “winner and loser effect.” Winners gain more testosterone, while losers end up with more cortisol, especially due to the high cost of living and the stress of being losers.
Why is this important? They stress-eat because they’re depressed. Then they get even more depressed and stress-eat more. You can measure the size of their double chin in inches—the bigger it is, the more weeks they will procrastinate. It’s a cortisol ADHD scorecard!
Secret #2: They Are Gaslighters
Here’s the thing: Fat daygamers gaslight themselves. They say they’ll do something, but then they do the opposite, lowering their own self-esteem and destroying mine.
If you say you’ll do something, do it. This way, you deposit into your emotional bank account. When you don’t follow through, you gaslight yourself, withdraw self-esteem, and destroy your confidence. You become more delusional, make wrong decisions, and quit.
Secret #3: They Are Quitters
Fat students quit one by one—total losers. They mentally and physically disable themselves for daygame, especially with today’s inflation.
Inflation started in 2022 and continued through 2024. Fat students get overwhelmed and stonewall others—a trait of sociopaths. When they can’t follow through, they shut down like losers with the lowest self-esteem.
