These students have a one-track mind, and it’s driving me insane. They can’t follow simple instructions, and when they do, it’s like pulling teeth. So, here’s the new policy: Every time they pull their one-track mind nonsense, they’re going to pay for it. Literally. There’s going to be a contract they sign where they agree to pay a fee every time they mess up.
This is only for coaching programs like Kaizen or Elite 60: Emotional Intellegence or Elite Access.
Not for Elite 30 or Elite Playbook which you won’t need my help.
And it’s not just about the money. They will be heavily vetted with the mindset playlist. You know, the one they can’t do because they’re allergic to anything that requires real effort and commitment. If they can’t even complete the mindset playlist, they’re out. No excuses, no second chances.
This isn’t about being unfair. This is about maintaining a standard. If they can’t follow through, they don’t belong here. They need to understand that making excuses and half-assing their efforts isn’t going to fly anymore.
