• getting enough REM sleep is important, rapid eye movement, or you don’t recharge your mental resources.
• Why not pay someone else to do this, would of been cheaper than saving wasting time focused on the poor? If they quit, the whole economy of daygamrs will shrink and the industry will shrink. You know I don’t have to spell out its going to be a disaster.
• This is working, now I have to create some affirmations for my Kaizen student, he fucknig dismissed brainwashing, he keeps dismissing things due to low self esteem bhenchoding which blows up in his face later on. But doing things roughly and getting the first 3 steps done asap helps.
